Abstract:
Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy (ESE) has gained immense importance in the past few years in the field of entrepreneurship. The focus of this study is to test the effect of each of the five dimensions of ESE and understand their importance in connection with firms’ performance. This study was carried out among small businesses entrepreneurs in Pakistan and a valid sample of 353 entrepreneurs was selected for this purpose. A survey technique was used for data collection and AMOS was used for data analysis. In line with expectation, the analysis concluded a significant positive relationship between ESE dimensions and performance of small businesses. It was also concluded that the Risk dimension of ESE contributes majorly in the improvement of firms’ performance whereas the financial control dimension of ESE contribution was least. It is also suggested that all five dimensions of ESE are important to achieve desirable performance outcomes.

Abstract:
The current study examines the change in environment performance through green human resource management in a developing country’s higher education institutes. The data were collected by survey using a reliable and valid instrument adopted from the literature. The unit of analysis in the current study is an individual consisting of employees working in higher educational institutions of Pakistan. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed while 220 questionnaires were found completely filled for statistical analysis. The current study utilizes the multiple regression techniques through structural equation modelling using second-generation software SmartPLSv3.0. The results indicate the positive influence of green human resource policies on environmental performance and provide significant insights on the partial mediating effect of employee eco-friendly behavior between green human resource management and environmental performance. The present study provides numerous theoretical and practical implications through the extension of Ability-Motivation-Opportunity theory by constituting the employee behaviors for the implementation of environmental strategies in the organization context. The findings of the present study suggest guidelines for human resource managers and management of educational institutes to implement green human resource policies that are likely to improve institutes environmental performance.

Abstract:
The objective of the study has two folds: first, the study analyzes the role of country governance in tourism. Second, the study investigates the impact of tourism on the environmental quality. For this purpose, the data from 1997 to 2018 are collected from the World Bank and Global Economy. Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) test and ordinary least square regression models are used to analyze the impact. The study finds positive impact of rule of law, control of corruption, political stability and government effectiveness on tourism. The study also finds a negative relation between tourism and environmental quality of Pakistan. The study recommends the tourism destination planners to continuously monitor their country and to work with the government towards stability and protection and safety of tourists and for the general public. The rules to control corruption must also be implemented in a blanket form. The study also recommends the researchers to promote research on the relationship between country governance and tourism. Overall, the evidence of the study provides innovative information regarding the impact of country governance on tourism and tourism on environmental quality, which political leaders, tourist analysts and policymakers can use to shape policies in order to promote the tourist industries.

Abstract:
SMEs in the food and beverage sector should be a responsive business for reaching consumers more effectively, expanding the market, and reducing consumer transaction costs. Still, many SMEs’ in the food and beverage sector are hesitant to use social media due to lack of some aspects in their business platforms. The study aims to give an overview model of the innovation marketing process by emphasizing the characteristics of SMEs’, which is simultaneously associated with marketing mix. The proposed model combined the TOE model and characteristics with a marketing mix using SEM on 198 SMEs in the Indonesian food and beverage sector. The findings proved that each technological, environmental, organizational, and characteristics are positively related to each of the people and processes. The management team roles in innovative solutions and contingencies of a complex environment gave the highest positive effects to technology and environment. However, technology does not always facilitate the work process, the quality of result, and process consistency for more efficiency. There are highlight points, i.e. the clear visibility of employee appraisals process for bridging the gap of competencies; using perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust for generating business ideas, and attracting new customers.

Abstract:
This research paper aims to study the impact of high-performance work systems (HPWS) according to the AMO includes three human resource management practices which are (Ability-enhancing human resource management practices, motivation-enhancing human resource management practices, and opportunities -enhancing human resource management practices). The authors select a random sample of 400 individuals from 10 banks in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Sudan to prove the validity of the hypotheses; The study found a set of results and one of them indicate that there is a significant positive relationship among high-performance work systems according to the AMO model on the results of human resource performance.

Abstract:
Vocational education is no longer just an education that prepares its graduates to work or become mediocre workers. Creative thinking skills are the basis of science that is very important for students. This research uses a quantitative approach and the population of this study included 106 Cadets of The School of Aviators in Indonesia. Sampling techniques taken were saturated sampling techniques and the samples were taken as many as 106 cadets. Data analysis techniques used were Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS help (Analysis of Moment Structures) program. The results of this study show that critical thinking has a significant effect on decision making.

Abstract:
This study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial skills and benchmarking on the performance of culinary innovations (restaurants, restaurants, and cafes) of micro-small-medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia sub-urban areas. Online questionnaires were used as the instrument to collect data, and the data were analyzed by deception analysis to illustrate various features of the variables studied. Hypothesis test was conducted by Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM-PM). The MSME population was 231 and the representative sample was 144 culinary companies. It was found that entrepreneurial skills, benchmarking, and performance of culinary MSME innovations tended to be lower than expected. The results of this study revealed that entrepreneurship and benchmarking skills had significant effects on innovation performance. To improve innovation performance, companies must pay more attention to practical knowledge, especially knowledge of bookkeeping and digital marketing, and make more comparisons on financial aspects.

Abstract:
This study tries to explore how distinctive or not the Vietnamese students are in learning English, thus investigating factors influencing the language proficiency of Vietnamese students. The study suggests the significance of five intrinsic factors related to the students’ characteristics (which are learning purpose, learning ability, learning method, hard-working, and self-awareness) and three extrinsic factors that are related to demographic factors, parental indicators, and schooling-environment in determining the English proficiency of Vietnamese people. Data was collected from online questionnaires sent to more than 2500 students from eight famous universities in Vietnam and converted into an excel version before translated into SPSS and EVIEW. Research results show that intrinsic factors, especially learning methods, play a vital role in shaping Vietnamese students’ capability to learn a second language. From educators’ perspectives, the higher level of English exposure the students are equipped at school, the higher their language proficiency. Finally, we compare the difference in learning language ability among genders and ages. The findings suggest that girls and minorities are less proficient in language than others.

Abstract:
The study examines how school-related factors influence the cognitive, psychological, and mental development of Vietnamese students. We randomly sent the questionnaires to more than 2000 students with different majors at five top universities in Vietnam based on the Ranking Web of Universities and conducted in-depth online interviews with respondents. Subsequently, we tested the correlation between student development and four school-related factors, including academic staff quality, school infrastructure, teaching curriculum, and school environment, using SPSS 22 and STATA version 2016. The findings suggest the significant role of staff quality in determining the level of student satisfaction. Specifically, students express their satisfaction and appreciation with their studies if their teachers have a solid academic platform. More importantly, infrastructure is positively correlated with three dependent variables, while teaching curriculum only influences cognitive development. The school environment positively affects psychological, mental, but not cognitive development. We also find that gender does not moderate students’ development but does influence student satisfaction.

Abstract:
The aim of this research paper is to test the effect of service quality on employee satisfaction at Indonesian electrical owned state company context. The data collection was carried out through questionnaire dissemination to 70 respondents. The respondents are employees in education and training at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative, and sampling is done by non-probability sampling. The data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that service quality still had a significant effect on participant's satisfaction in education and training, both simultaneously and partially at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. Employee satisfaction affected by 48.16% of service quality and the rest is 51.84% influenced by other factors that are not examined.
