Abstract:
This is one of the first studies of customer relationship management (CRM) in an emerging market of Telecommunications Companies in Jordan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of customer relationship management (CRM) success factors on the mental image among a sample of Jordanian Telecommunications Companies customers. A review of the literature relating to CRM and mental image in both developed and emerging markets was undertaken. The variables which were chosen formed the overall success factors of CRM which are (profitability, knowledgeability, loyalty, attitude, and satisfaction) for enhancing the mental image of telecommunications companies in Jordan. The study sample was selected randomly with a total of 340 citizens by using a quantitative method (questionnaire) to collect data. A 64 percent response rate was achieved. The results revealed the sample held a positive attitude towards the main hypothesis of the study. The variable testing indicated that the most influential variable of the aforementioned on the mental image of the organization appeared through the analysis to be employee attitude as the most influential while profitability appeared to be the least influential variable of all. The researchers recommend the start giving enough attention to the success factors.

Abstract:
The study identified factors affecting the level of nursing home activity worker’s requirements fulfillment in Vietnam. A quantitative survey was conducted amongst 336 elderly people in Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho, Vietnam. Through the multiple linear regression, the study showed four factors that had significant effects on the level of social worker's requirements fulfillment, including (i) Self-belief in ability, (ii) Ability to create trust, (iii) Emotional expression, (iv) Relationship building skill with elderly residents. The results show that the skills to build relationships with the elderly are most appreciated. On this basis, the study offers some meaningful solutions to enhance the level of requirements fulfillment of social workers when providing support services to the elderly in Vietnam in the near future.

Abstract:
The paper investigates residents’ perception of peri-urban agriculture and analyzed factors affecting their perception of agricultural roles in a suburb area of Hanoi city. The research results indicate that although on-farm income has been decreased in comparison with off-farm ones, most of respondents still see agriculture is important because of its income contribution, job provision, food security and food safety, land property right and communal relationship maintenance. Household’s livelihood strategy is the most vital factor affecting residents’ perception of agricultural income contribution and employment creation, whereas educational level influences their perception of agricultural roles in food security and food safety most. Further, respondents’ age strongly affects their idea of maintaining communal relationship through peri-urban agricultural production.

Abstract:
This study examines two models of knowledge sharing. Model 1 investigates the association of willingness to share knowledge, ability to share knowledge and knowledge sharing. Model 2 tests the individual’s effectiveness as an integration term of willingness to share and ability to share with knowledge sharing. The final sample of this study consists of 204 accounting students at Umm Al-Gura University for the academic year 2013/2014. Using a survey-based methodology, the multiple regression of Model 1 shows that the willingness to share and the ability to share knowledge are associated positively with knowledge sharing. In addition, the result of the simple regression of Model 2 illustrates that individual’s effectiveness was positively associated with knowledge sharing. The results of this study are useful for educational policy makers in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere, as there is an opportunity of enhancing the knowledge sharing in the educational context.

Abstract:
E-sellers need to build buyer confidence in new transactions through a variety of transaction services so they can create retention behavior drivers. The research aim is to examine the driving factors for shaping customer retention by understanding the pattern of transaction characteristics and trust in online purchases in e-commerce. Questionnaire data collection came from buyers in the top six e-commerce in Indonesia with a purposive technique. We use PLS-based SEM analysis to answer hypotheses. As a result, we accepted all hypotheses, namely customization, contact interactivity, care, and character factors that had positive and significant effects on trust and buyer retention. Trust has proven to be an essential factor in shaping buyer retention on e-commerce sites.

Abstract:
Manufacturing flexibility is critical for businesses in adapting to the unstable conditions cre-ated by environmental influences such as consumer demand complexities, raw material disruptions, and industrial policy changes. In order to analyze the way of improving manufacturing flexibility, this study suggests that strategic supplier integration (SSI) and strategic customer integration (SCI) lead to the flexibilities in production process, resulting in high financial performance. This research measures the analysis of structural equation modelling based on empirical data obtained from 139 manufacturers in Indonesia. The study aims to shed light into how manufacturing flexibility mediates the impact of strategic external integration on financial performance within the bottled drinking industry in Indonesia. The study reveals that both SSI and SCI had a major impact on financial performance, while they indirectly increase the financial performance through manufacturing flexibility.

Abstract:
Current organizations need to create advantages by measuring and developing intangible resources. Business intelligence and knowledge management help to achieve it. On the other hand, virtual teams have problems that make the regularization of their work processes and their social interaction methods difficult and restrict the team members to unfold efficiently. Knowledge management purposes skills from structural capital and human capital and it is believed to solve these types of problems in virtual teams. This research has the objective to identify the best practices and opportunity areas for the intelligent management of virtual teams by showing practical suggestions in the discussion built with the inferential statistics testing of five hypotheses. The results indicate that three hypotheses were accepted while two were rejected.

Abstract:
This study explores how spiritual leadership through its effects on individuals’ spiritual well-being enhances employee engagement and augments employees’ organizational commitment. The research conducted a general survey of 207 millennial employees in China, which was tested using partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. The results suggest that employee engagement was significantly influenced by spiritual leadership. In addition, the results demonstrate that organizational commitment was influenced by the sequential intervening effects of employee well-being and work engagement. Both the explained variance (R2) and the effect size of exogenous variables on endogenous variables (ƒ2) showed moderate-to-high effects, supporting the predictive ability of this PLS spiritual leadership model. This study suggests that young workers’ engagement and commitment to their work and organizations are roused when the organization and its leaders satisfy workers’ higher-order humanistic needs. This is accomplished when employees’ socio-psychological resources, such as spiritual well-being, are enhanced through spiritual leadership, which can be augmented by organizational climates that embrace young workers’ “whole” selves. This study expands our understanding of the role that spiritual leadership plays in not only motivating organizational commitment but, more importantly, in engaging employees in their work roles.

Abstract:
Many startups fail, and we still do not know why. It is the purpose of this study to know if a relationship exists between business model innovation and startup, and whether networking and competitive advantage can improve their relationship. We hypothesized that business model innovation relates to startup and that networking and competitive advantage significantly enhance the relationship between business model innovation and startup. Fifty-one respondents participate in this study. The partial least square statistical technique is used to analyze the data. This analytical technique is appropriate for parametric analysis for such a sample size. The null hypothesis that no relationship exists between business model innovation and startup is rejected. The null hypothesis that networking and competitive advantage is not related to business model innovation is also rejected. However, the null hypothesis that there is no direct relationship between networking and startup is accepted; the association is not direct but indirect. The null hypothesis that no direct association between competitive advantage and startup is rejected. There is a negative association between competitive ad-vantage and startup. Both networking and competitive advantage improve the relationship between business model innovation and startup. However, they must be used with caution.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the factors affecting public investment results in educational institutions in Vietnam. The study uses exploratory factor analysis (EFA) as well as regression estimate to determine the factors. The results show that factors affecting public investment results include public investment management, human resources to carry out public investment activities and to organize public investment, economic conditions, legal policies and natural conditions. These factors have different levels of influence on the results of public investment in educational institutions in Vietnam. From the results of that study, the authors propose recommendations to enhance the results of public investment activities at educational institutions in Vietnam.
