This study focuses specifically on the effect of Entrepreneurial Values and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Financial Performance of Indonesian state-owned enterprise and also incorporates Environmental Dynamism (ED) and Resource Availability (RA) as moderating variables which will influence the effect of (i) Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) on Financial Performance (FP), (ii) Entrepreneurial Values (EV) on Financial Performance (FP), and (iii) Entrepreneurial Values (EV) on Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO). In addition, this study also provides a better understanding about the effect of Financial Performance on Intention to Sustainable Development (ITS) as well as Financial Performance on Intention to Collaboration (ITC) in Indonesian state-owned enterprises. The method of analysis used in this study is PLS-SEM methodology with purposive sampling method. The unit of analysis is all the state-owned enterprises listed which consists of 81 out of 106 state-owned enterprises, while the unit of observation is individuals from those state-owned enterprises (represented by the paired CEO and CFO who are originated from the same company). The findings of this study are that there is a significantly positive effect of: (i) EV on EO; (ii) EO on FP; (iii) FP on ITS; and (iv) FP on ITC. Meanwhile, (i) there is not any significantly positive effect of EV on FP, and (ii) there is no significant moderating effect of ED and RA on the relationship between (1) EV and FP, (2) EO and FP, as well as (3) EV and EO.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence and business environment on the business success of creative industry SMEs in West Java which were affected by Covid-19. Data collection was done using a questionnaire distributed to 254 respondents. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that entrepreneurial competence and business environment influenced the SMEs’ business success during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article also presents some managerial implications of the study.

Knowledge management is a process of systematic and transparent creation, development and application of knowledge to maximize knowledge-related performance and business value from knowledge and available wisdom assets. Knowledge management is vitally important with business and one of the competitive advantages. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between the knowledge management process and employees’ commitment in the digital marketing companies. Through the mix-method research, the research result pointed out that four dimensions of knowledge management process; i.e., Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Conversion, Knowledge Application, and Knowledge Protection, positively impact on the employee's commitment. Some managerial implications for the digital marketing businesses were proposed to improve the employee commitment based the knowledge management process.

This study examines the relationship of two important constructs (the belief and attitude constructs) with managers’ proclivity for using Social Dialogue – a tool for managing people at work (patronised by ILO) for maintaining peace and harmony in Bangladeshi textile industries. Managers’ personal belief and attitude within an organisation might affect the managerial responses towards social dialogue. The obtained data from the questionnaires are analysed through the 1st generation statistical packaged software (SPSS) and hypotheses are tested using Smart PLS software package well known as 2nd generation data analysis software. Analyses results strongly supported the relationship of the belief and attitude construct with managers’ proclivity for using social dialogue. The research surveyed three hundred fifty-one managers at 49 textile industries. The findings of this study suggest that the belief and attitude construct have a significant positive relationship with managers’ penchant for supporting social dialogue. The result of the paper provides managers with a credible argument to continually question their employee perceptions and objectively analyse whether their beliefs and attitudes impact their intention to use social dialogue. The selected sample should have been from strategic, tactical, and operational level of management that remains as a research limitation.

This research aimed at identifying the impact of psychological capital dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience) on team performance at advertising agencies operating in Amman city. Moreover, the study examines the moderating role of leadership behavior on the relationship between the psychological capital and team performance. The researchers rely on descriptive and analytical approach, where the research population consists of all employees working in thirteen advertising agencies operating in Amman city. Convenience sampling technique was applied to distribute (250) questionnaires on the research sample. To analyze the research data; the researchers used a set of statistical methods including Cronbach's alpha along with a normality test, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multiple regression, interactive hierarchical regression and process procedures methods using SPSS-V20 and AMOS-V23. The results indicate that there was a statistically impact of psychological capital dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience) on team performance in advertising agencies operating in Amman city. There was also a significant and role for leadership behavior as moderating variable between psychological capital dimensions and team performance.

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of psychometric tests in the selection of personnel in retail sector jobs. The study used the scientific deductive method of explanatory level, with non-experimental design on companies in the retail sector in the region of Junín, Peru. The most relevant psychometric tests in the study was the interview whose intention was to go into the life of the interviewee ensuring, suggestions, opinions and behavioral attitudes, knowledge tests to assess the capabilities and skills of the candidate and finally personality tests that allow to know the working relationship, performance, satisfaction and staff turnover. The results generated through structural equations, show that the interview, positively influences the selection of personnel (p≤0.05). In relation to knowledge tests based on IQ, the results reveal that it had a positive impact on personnel selection (p≤0.05). Finally, personality tests based on psychological traits, significantly influence in personnel selection (p≤0.05). The conclusion of the study indicates that the interview, knowledge tests and personality tests in the selection of personnel contribute to the efficiency of the human resources area, thus optimizing the resources of the organization.

Considering the speedy developments of e-services usages, countries are thriving to present better e-government services; particularly, regarding the business sector. Therefore, the matter of evaluating e-government service quality from the business perspective has become an important issue to study. This paper discussed how the business sector perceive the e-services provided by Jordanian government, which is basically derived based on the lack of literature and models addressing such issue. In this regard, this study aims to fill this existed gap. To tackle this problem, a conceptual framework of SERVQUAL questionnaire was developed and proposed. Then, the proposed model was verified and validated. The results of this paper concluded that business perceives different gaps between the actual and anticipated e-services in which the actual recorded less than the anticipated. Additionally, the gaps revealed in the developed SERVQUAL model, which included five dimensions showed, that only one element was found to be statistically insignificant and that is the Security and Privacy. Finally, the proposed model was revised and modified.

The issue of pension funds is not only a financial matter, but also a human resource. Pension funds do not stand alone, but are assumed to be related to other human resource (HR) variables. Starting from this background, this study aims to examine the effect of the occupational pension scheme (OPS) and retirement intentions (RI) variables partially on employee productivity (EP) directly or through employee engagement (EE), the effect of OPS on RI, and the effect of OPS on EP through RI. Post-positivist is the research paradigm, with a quantitative research approach, with explanatory causal types and statistical studies. Dapenma-Pamsi is selected as the location of this research and we choose the Joint Pension Fund of municipal waterwork which are located in six provinces in Java Island. The sampling technique for this study was proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 500 active Dapenma-Pamsi participants in six provinces in Java. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-7. The data analysis technique used SEM-AMOS. The results of the study are supported by ten research hypotheses. The novelty of this research is the integration of variables rooted in the discipline of financial management and variables from the discipline of human resource management. This research is also could help Indonesia Government foster the growth of Private Pension Fund Program in Indonesia.

The development of green marketing has received the attention of various levels of business around the world. The promotion of green marketing is now shaping all business sectors' practices, including the property industry. Yogyakarta is one of the cities whose industry has been developing so fast. This study explored green purchase intention to succeed in green marketing promotion. It examined how the relationship between green purchase intention with the variables supporting it and measuring its value. This research was completed with two methods: identifying the relationship between the green purchase intention variables (endogenous) with variables and their indicators (exogenous) that affect the value of green purchase intention. The identification using structural equation modelling. While the measurement of green purchase intention values was carried out using a dynamic system simulation. The data was collected through the survey method on 400 sample sizes. The results obtained, a significant relationship between 4 exogenous variables and the endogenous variable and also obtained some prediction value per unit time.

Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) greatly relies on tacit knowledge sharing. Hence, it is important to investigate the means of promoting knowledge retention. The growth of technology in knowledge management system triggers the transformation of knowledge quality to leverage institutional knowledge. HEIs as knowledge provider needs a knowledge sharing network which can meet the demands of changing knowledge. This paper aims to study the mediating role of knowledge management (KM) system quality between organizational factors and tacit knowledge sharing among academics of HEIs. Barron and Kenny method was used to measure the direct and indirect influence of KM system quality between organisational factors and tacit knowledge sharing. The prelude findings reveal that knowledge management system was effective through organisational factors which promote tacit knowledge sharing among academics of HEIs.
