This study aimed to determine the impact of financial literacy on financial behaviour among teachers of secondary school. Financial behaviour in this study was explored as saving behaviour, shopping behaviour, short-term planning and long-term planning. Data were collected at the Greater Jakarta, Indonesia, involving 142 participants who were approached conveniently. Data were analysed using the reflective measurement model in Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling. As a result, financial literacy had a significant impact on financial behaviour in terms of saving behaviour, shopping behaviour, short-term planning and long-term planning.

This study seeks to explore how innovative performance development model, which is based on human capital and network quality, can contribute to the improvement of marketing performance. Respondents are the chief executives of Pertamina lubricants distributors, with sample size of 120 out of 460. For the analysis, the Struc-tural Equation Model (SEM) is applied along with AMOS software. The result of the study shows that there was improvement on marketing performance through the implementation of innovative performance management based on network quality.

Presently, different kinds of sampling methods are used to collect consumer data for research in the coffee business, depending on topic, goal and budget. However, what survey method is capable of generating data that does represent the entire population is questionable. By comparing these surveys – one online, one face to face interviews and the other telephone surveys – this study aims to determine the differences between these sampling methods and determine the most effective methods in coffee consumer. Face-to-face surveys with 130 respondents and a telephone survey with 130 respondents are compared with telephone surveys with 130 sampling using identical questions when the total of respondents is 500 and 390 are valid. With regard to consumer behavioral characteristics, telephone data yielded the best results, followed by online quota survey and finally face to face interviews. Telephone surveys can be a good sampling method so the authors recommend using it for a larger sample.

This research was conducted for assessing the predictive ability of future cash flows from operating activities by using accounting earnings and cash flows information in the past. Data were collected from the firms listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) from 2009 to 2018, including the sample of 242 non-financial listed companies. Three statistical methods approaches were employed to address econometric issues and to improve the accuracy of the regression coefficients based on Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), Random Effects Model (REM), and Fixed Effects Model (FEM). The findings showed that earnings and cash flows and aggregated accruals had remarkable ability to forecast future cash flows and the model of operating cash flows combined with aggregated accruals had the most effective prediction ability for companies listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

This study aims to examine the effect of supply chain information integration consisting of internal and exter-nal Information Integration on organizational performance, which consists of customer satisfaction, supply chain performance, and financial performance. The technique of collecting data is based on a questionnaire distributed to 185 small food industry owners. Methods of data analysis is based on using SEM-PLS. The results show that internal information integration affected customer satisfaction, supply chain, and financial performance. External information integration is proven to have a nonlinear effect on customer satisfaction and on the performance of the supply chain. Customer satisfaction and supply chain performance affect financial performance. Internal information integration is more dominant and plays an important role in increasing the performance of the organization.

Companies seek to adopt competitive strategies that achieve sustainability standards, not only in achieving economic success but also in serving society and preserving the environment at the same time. Pharmaceutical companies and their supply chains are facing increasing pressure to preserve the environment because of the problems caused by medical waste, and it is necessary to show their role through their strategies in preserving the environment and serving society as well. This study aims to investigate the relationship between sustainable supply chain strategies and supply chain collaboration and its effect on competitive priorities. The study investigates whether Jordanian Pharmaceutical companies incorporate the sustainability strategy into supply chain strategy, and whether that may impact its competitive priorities. The study population consists of (23) Jordanian Pharmaceutical companies. A structured questionnaire is designed and distributed among top managers in the surveyed companies. A Structural Equation Modeling technique is used to analysis the data and provide the results. Analysis proves the relationship between sustainable supply chain strategies and supply chain collaboration, where companies are interested in attaining some achievements in the area of social and environmental to gain some collaborative strategies with their partners in the supply chain. The study suggests that organizations may adopt the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework to evaluate their performance in a broader perspective and extend the collaboration with suppliers and customers through information sharing along the supply chain partners.

The aim of this study was to examine the role of entrepreneurial marketing as a mediating variable in the relationship between environmental turbulence and dynamic capability with sustainable competitive advantage. This study involved 130 craft industries in Malang Regency, Malang City, and Batu City, East Java, Indonesia. Application of loading factor followed by SEM-PLS developed a model showing how environmental turbulence and dynamic capability influence on entrepreneurial marketing which consequently leads to differentiation and performance improvement which are the established indicators of sustainable competitive advantage for the firms. The model was empirically validated using model fit indices and was found satisfacto-ry. The findings show that environmental turbulence did not have any significant relationship with a sustaina-ble competitive advantage. Dynamic capability had a significant relationship with a sustainable competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial Marketing mediates the relationship between environmental dynamic capabilities with sustainable competitive advantage. The analysis shows that highly dynamic capability and entrepreneurial marketing tends to highly sustainable competitive advantage. It indicated that dynamic capability and entrepreneurial marketing offer systematic model for supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to build a well-maintained environment and sustainable competitive advantage.

Word of mouth (WOM) advertisement plays an essential role for business development. WOM helps consum-ers become familiar with new products and services, the quality of services and promotes different choices with possibly better features. This paper examines the effect of word of mouth advertisement in medical treatments in Batavia hospital in west Jakarta, Indonesia. The study examines the effects of WOM on patient’s fulfillment, satisfaction and re-admission in this hospital. The study designs a questionnaire and distrib-utes it among some patients who are waiting to receive medical care at this hospital. The survey only concentrates on patience who used the medical treatment for at least two times. Structural equation modeling is used to examine the hypotheses of this survey. The results indicate that WOM could increase the patience’s awareness and positively influence on patience’s choice for getting more treatment.

In this VUCA world, much can be achieved when one is open to learning. The purpose of this study is to ana-lyze the impact of organizational learning culture, employee commitment, and job satisfaction towards motivation to transfer learning. The data are collected by distributing 200 questionnaires for employees working in Jakarta area. The method used to do the analysis is by using a multilinear regression. Based on the result, organizational learning culture and job satisfaction had significant impacts to motivation to transfer learning. Meanwhile, employee commitment does not have significant effect on motivation to transfer learning, however, it has an impact on the gender, age, and length of work.

This study addresses the issue of rising turnover intention in Pakistan’s aviation industry and provides a theoretical foundation for lowering the turnover intention with the help of consumer citizenship behavior (CCB) and consumer-based brand equity by using the S-O-R theory. The data is collected with the help of structured personally administered questions following the intercept approach. Three most frequently used international airports which are located at Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar are targeted for data collection and total of 388 Pakistani flyers who traveled to international destinations participate in the survey. In addition, this study uses SmartPLS 3.2.7 for data analysis with the help of a two-stage approach. The results state that CBBE had a significant effect on CCB and CCB had a significant impact on turnover intentions. Furthermore, CCB plays the role of an important mediator for the effect of customer based brand equity (CBBE) on turnover intention. These results enhance existing literature about lowering the turnover intention with the help of CCB and CBBE in aviation industry of Pakistan. The study also highlights that managers and practitioners should improve customer engagement for exhibiting CCB to reduce customer turnover intentions in the aviation industry.
