Based on the context of Thanh Hoa province, the research proposes the model of policy related factors from the action of government (at all level) influencing on the survival and the development of SMEs. The research was conducted by collecting data from 512 SMEs in Thanh Hoa province. The results indicate that tax supporting policy and the preferential policies of the bank were crucial factors affecting the development of enterprises during the Covid 19 pandemic, directly. Other factors included insurance policy, capital support packages of Government, the act of public administration and the role of professional association which were considered as important elements affecting the enterprise’s development. Based on the results, the study proposes policy implication in order to support SMEs overcome difficulties during the coronavirus pandemic.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work-life balance and emotional intelligence on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The population of this study is employees in a computer spare parts distribution company with a sample of 60 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results show that work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and finally, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

This paper aims to evaluate the awareness and behavior of using environmentally friendly products in case of plastic straws using the theory of planned behavior. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and linear regression analysis were employed to determine and evaluate the influential factors on the intention of using environmentally friendly straws and alternatives among young people in Mekong Delta provinces. The data were randomly collected from 150 interviewees as research respondents who are aged from 18 to 33. The results show that the intention to use environmentally friendly straws depends on factors including (1) Attitude, (2) Environmental awareness, (3) Subjective norm, (4) Perceived behavioral control and (5) Perceived effectiveness.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of leader-member exchange and employee motivation on organizational commitment, and the effect of organizational commitment on job performance. The research also examines the moderating effect of generation on the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance. The population of this research is the employees working in private organizations in Thailand. Data collection was performed using a convenient random method. 400 usable questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. The author analyzed Descriptive statistics by SPSS program version 25 while the SmartPLS 3.3.0 program was used to test the research hypotheses in Partial Least Square-Structural Equations Model (PLS-SEM). The finding revealed that leader-member exchange positively affected organizational commitment but employee motivation had no significant effect on organizational commitment. It also found that leader-member exchange had a positive effect on employee motivation. Another key point was organizational commitment significantly influenced on job performance. In addition, the study found the moderating effect of Generation on the relationship between commitment and job performance.

The objective of this research was to investigate the impacts of the perceived service quality on passengers’ satisfaction towards the service quality of the Nakhon Phanom Municipality, Thailand - Thakhek, Lao People's Democratic Republic ferry. The sample group comprised Thai and Lao passengers who used the ferry’s service. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 505 samples who were selected using the simple random sampling method. The collected data was analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), structural equation model-ling (SEM), and partial least squares (PLS) regression with the ADANCO 2.1.1 software. The results showed that the perceived service quality consisted of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which had the same impact with the passengers’ satisfaction towards the service quality. The most influential factors were the tangibles and responsiveness. Therefore, entrepreneurs should priorities the improvement and development of the ferry’s tangibles. Furthermore, the government sector or relevant agencies should promote the implementation of technology into the development in order to fulfill the passengers’ demand and create an impression that would lead to satisfaction and repurchasing.

This study attempts to conceptualize the direct implications of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management on innovation performance and seeks to determine the mediation effect of marketing orientation on these relationships. This is the first attempt to construct such a model. The study empirically examines the conceptual model using a sample of 221 CEOs and owners of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kuwait. The data was collected using a close ended self-administered questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the model is tested using a measurement model and the structural model is constructed to understand the significance of the conceptual relationship posited in the hypotheses of the study. The findings of the study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management had a considerable effect on innovation performance and that marketing orientation had a considerable influence on innovation performance. In addition, the findings indicate that marketing orientation mediated the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management on innovation performance. This study has provided some empirical evidence for the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation as well as knowledge management in ensuring the success of SMEs; it also provides an explanation on the manner in which entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management improve the innovation performance of SMEs.

This empirical research aims to investigate the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, Person-Organization (P-O) fit and Job Satisfaction (JS) from the nurses’ perspective working in Private Hospitals in Jordan. This study examines the individual effect of HRM practices i.e. Recruitment and Selection (RS); Training and Development (TD); and Performance Appraisal (PA) on P-O fit and JS. In addition, it also examines the mediating effect of P-O fit on the relationship between HRM practices and JS. Total of 274 responses were collected directly using structured questionnaire via convenience sampling technique. The result was analyzed with PLS-SEM. Findings indicate that RS and PA were found to have significant effect on P-O fit. TD did not have any significant effect on P-O fit. In addition, P-O fit also had significant effect on nurse’s JS. In terms of mediating effect, P-O fit only mediated the relationship between RS and PA toward JS. However, there was no mediation effect on the relationship between TD and JS. This study may provide an initial blueprint for further investigation of other theoretical nurses’ job satisfaction and turnover intention related models. Finally, the study findings work as evidence about the new realization among the Jordanian organizations about the importance of adaption the HRM practices.

This study aimed to reveal the effect of marketing ambidexterity (exploring opportunities, exploiting opportunities, and marketing flexibility) on improvement of marketing performance in telecom companies in Jordan. A purposeful sample of (45) marketing managers who represent marketing departments in telecom companies was selected, a questionnaire was distributed among them, and 42 valid questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed. The field results provide a strong statistically significant effect (α ≤ 0.05) of the marketing ambidexterity dimensions (exploring opportunities, exploiting opportunities, marketing flexibility) on improvement of marketing performance in telecom companies in Jordan. It also provides a high level of interest of both marketing ambidexterity dimensions practice, and marketing performance improvement in telecom companies in Jordan.

The present study aimed at examining the influence of adopting decentralization within organization and its role in creating a balanced performance through influencing variables of (Organize Workload, Decrease Role Conflict, Decrease Role Ambiguity, Support Leadership and Employee Empowerment). Depending on quantitative approach; researcher distributed (122) questionnaires among associate professors, full professors and assistant professors. The results indicated that among all chosen variables, decentralization had the ability to influence organization performance through organizing the workflow and empowerment which scored R values of 0.548 and 0.444, respectively. This means that decentralization can help in creating a balanced performance through accepting all study hypotheses. The study recommends informing employees and leaders more regarding organizational strategies, aims and mission before going into decentralization to avoid ill-practiced decentralization.

Development of information systems in state universities, is needed in order to support more effective and efficient performance. This research was conducted to evaluate the factors that influence the intensity and behavior of users when using user systems. The sample are 240 users which were determined by using the convenience sampling method. The result confirms that the intensity of the use of the system by users is influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. With the Theory of Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, the researchers also find that intensity is positively influenced by users' perceptions of system use and convenience. User intensity will increase their use of the system. In addition, the re-searchers found that the behavior in terms of using the system was also influenced by behavioral control and the user's perception of behavior in using the system. These results also show that the merging of the TAM and TPB models will have a greater impact on both the intensity and the actual behavior of users in the utilization of the system. The study has social implications for system developers, the user's psychological condition and system characteristics need to be considered in developing the system for future studies.
