The aim of writing this research article is to determine the influence of supply chain challenges on MSMEs performance, Supply chain integration on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) performance, Management commitment to MSMEs performance, Supply chain integration on Supply chain performance. This research method is a quantitative survey, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media. 700 questionnaires were distributed to MSMEs owners and of the 700 questionnaires distributed, 350 respondents or 50% responded as determined by the simple random sampling method. This research adopted a quantitative method with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmertPLS software data processing tools. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The stages of data analysis were validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. or significance. The results of data analysis show that supply chain challenges have a positive and significant influence on MSMEs performance, Supply chain integration has a positive and significant influence on MSMEs performance, Management commitment has a positive and significant influence on MSMEs performance, Supply chain integration has a positive influence and significant to supply chain performance. The novelty of this research is the creation of a relationship model of supply chain integration, management commitment, supply chain performance, supply chain challenges and MSMEs performance. The implication of this research is to encourage improvements in MSMEs performance, MSMEs managers must encourage improvements or implement challenges in the supply chain. Supply chain integration and management commitment. Supply chain management is not just about managing the flow of goods, but also a holistic business strategy that can create a competitive advantage. With a deep understanding of supply chain components, challenges and strategies, companies can ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations in a dynamic and global business environment. Implementing best practices in supply chain management is the key to building a strong foundation for business success in an era of ever-growing globalization.

Unlimited global competition for manufacturing companies means that companies must be efficient and effective, so implementing information technology is needed to produce fast and precise decisions. Manufacturing companies in East Java were obtained with a sample size of 89 companies as research respondents and processed using smart PLS. The research results show that the implementation of continuously adjusted information technology can provide improvements in supply chain integration, supply chain flexibility, and competitive advantage. Connections with external partners and transactions using information technology make it easier to coordinate internally and externally in decision making. Supply chain integration, which is described as collaborating with partners and involving them in decision making, can increase supply chain flexibility and competitive advantage. Manufacturing companies can increase flexibility in processes and develop new products, increasing market share and customer satisfaction compared to competitors. The company's supply chain flexibility can increase its competitive advantage. This research provides a practical contribution to company management in appropriately managing business strategy and in line with external changes. For operational practitioners, it includes enlightenment in maintaining the role and function of up-to-date information technology to make decision making easier. The theoretical contribution of the research is to enrich the theory's resources-based view on competitive advantage and operational system integration.

This study aims to investigate the impact of information technology and supply chain practices on supply chain excellence in the retail sector, with a particular focus on understanding the mediating and moderating effects amidst the challenges posed by COVID-19. This study offers novel insights into the complex interplay between information technology, supply chain practices, and organizational culture in the context of the automotive retail sector. It underscores the pivotal role of this triad in navigating the unprecedented challenges and uncertainties of the modern business environment, providing a blueprint for attaining supply chain resilience and excellence. A survey was conducted involving 203 questionnaires distributed to 12 automotive retail companies in Dubai. The responses were analyzed using Smart PLS software and structural equation modelling to explore the intricate relationships between information technology, supply chain practices, organizational culture, and supply chain excellence. The results confirm that information technology and supply chain practices significantly influence supply chain excellence. Organizational culture was found to have a notable moderating effect, indicating that the alignment of culture with technological and procedural advancements is crucial in achieving superior supply chain performance. The study is confined to the automotive retail sector in Dubai, limiting the generalizability of the findings. Future research can expand to other sectors and geographical areas to provide a more comprehensive insight into the studied relationships. For businesses, especially amidst challenges like COVID-19, aligning information technology and supply chain practices with organizational culture is paramount. The findings suggest that a harmonious integration can lead to enhanced supply chain excellence, offering a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The research aims to investigate the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the digital supply chain in light of extant literature on the Decision-Oriented Information (DOI) theory and the Technology-Oriented Enterprise (TOE) framework. The research further attempts to unpack the strategic implications of AI integration in supply chain management, and its association with operational excellence and business model innovation. The study is exploratory and employs a mixed-methods approach. We develop propositions that examine the decision-making processes within AI-enhanced supply chains based on an analysis of concepts central to the DOI theory. We also employ the TOE framework to develop further propositions regarding the technological infrastructure required for AI implementation. Empirical case studies encompassing AI applications in different industries (e.g. manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals) are presented to gain a broad perspective of the impact of AI on the digital supply chain. AI technologies inherently make supply chains more agile, transparent, and responsive. Machine Learning algorithms allow for more accurate forecasting and demand management under conditions of supply chain risk and volatility. Robotics and automation, allow for greater flexibility and efficiency in executing operations and logistics. Additionally, the successful implementation of AI is heavily contingent on the organization’s current level of technological infrastructure and its alignment with its current and future business objectives. Furthermore, the DOI theory and TOE framework may serve as a blueprint for how one could evaluate AI implementation beyond the scope of supply chain management.

The study aimed to measure the effect of using loans and equity in the capital structure on evaluating financial performance, whether in terms of profits or liquidity, in banks in the city of Al-Kharj through the descriptive analytical approach. Data was collected from the study population through a questionnaire, where 200 questionnaires were distributed, of which 187 were collected, and 183 were valid for analysis. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM software. The validity and reliability of the data were confirmed. The results of hypothesis testing showed a weak positive effect of using equity on the financial performance (profits and liquidity) of banks in Al-Kharj city. It also turned out that there was a strong positive effect of using loans on financial performance (profits) in banks in the city of Al-Kharj, and there was no effect of using loans on financial performance (liquidity). In banks in Al-Kharj city. The researcher recommended conducting more studies on the effect of capital structure on the financial performance of banks in other regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to confirm the validity of the current study results.

This study investigates the relationship between Human Resource Management Practices (HRMP) and Financial Performance in the Jordanian Banking Sector, with a particular focus on the moderating effect of Organizational Culture. Employing a quantitative research approach, data was collected through surveys distributed among 353 employees in the Jordanian Banking Sector using a structured questionnaire. Random sampling was adopted as the sampling method. The findings from a partial least square structural path analysis reveal significant positive relationships between HRM practices (Employees Training, Incentives, Recruitment, Decentralization, and Job Security) and Financial Performance. Notably, Decentralization emerges as the strongest positive influencer, while Job Security exhibits a negative association with Financial Performance. Furthermore, the results from moderation analysis indicate significant interaction effects between Organizational Culture and various factors on Financial Performance in particular, the relationship with Employees Training, Incentives and Decentralization is positive toward Financial Performance that concludes a significant organizational culture increases HRM practices effects on financial results. On the other hand, allocation of job security dampens Financial Performance that suggests instead a healthy firm culture may neutralize over and above what is gained from guaranteeing employee job. On the other hand, in nonreciprocal interactions such as Organizational Culture and Recruitment does not substantially influence Firm’s financial performance; this implies that culturally organizational may play an insignificant moderating role between recruitment practices than to firm outcomes. These research findings further elaborate the intricate relation in between HRM practices, Organizational Culture and Financial Performance through Jordanian Banking Sector. This study is vital and important to both researchers for the argument that this paper has advanced above all, as well as managers in practice who should do their best at creating such a positive organizational culture which will enable HRM practices becoming more effective., thereby leading to better financial performance of banking organizations.

This study examines the effect of carbon emission disclosure and the Public Disclosure Program for Environmental Compliance (PROPER) on foreign ownership of manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022 that publish annual reports or sustainability reports, registered with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry PROPER, and carbon emissions disclosure in the annual report and/or sustainability report. The analysis method uses the ordinary least squared (OLS) approach to study 28 PROPER manufacturing companies used as samples. The control variable used is return on equity (ROE), this is based on the idea that foreign investors are willing to invest in other countries to get a return on the equity or capital channeled to the company. The results show that carbon emissions disclosure has a significant positive effect on foreign ownership. Conversely, PROPER did not have any significant positive effect on foreign ownership. The results show interesting results that foreign investors are proven to consider environmental aspects in making decisions to invest in companies in Indonesia. On the other hand, the Indonesian government needs to ensure that its PROPER ratings can also provide benefits to foreign investors to attract their investment decisions.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between sustainable supply chains on financial performance, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) financial performance and Sustainable supply chains on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) with data processing tools using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The independent variable in this research is the sustainable supply chain, the mediating variable is Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the dependent variable is financial performance. The stages of data analysis are validity and reliability testing, significance or hypothesis testing, and mediation influence testing. The results of data analysis show that the Sustainable supply chain has a positive and significant relationship to financial performance, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have a positive and significant relationship to financial performance and the Sustainable supply chain has a positive and significant relationship to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To improve the financial performance of SMEs, they must implement a sustainable supply chain in their supply chain, namely from supplier to customer. To improve the financial performance of SMEs, they must implement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their management system. Implementing sustainability in the supply chain is important to increase operational efficiency and reduce negative impacts on the environment and society.

This study aims to evaluate the influence of green supply chain management (GSCM) on organizational performance, taking into account the mediating role of innovation orientation. This study serves as a crucial resource for the e-commerce sector, providing insights to identify operational gaps and to implement cutting-edge GSCM practices. The findings are valuable for organizations aiming to refine their processes and achieve their business goals in a competitive environment. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, this study examines the online retail industry in the UAE. A convenience clustered sample of 165 companies in Dubai was analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 to identify patterns and insights. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between GSCM and organizational performance. Innovation orientation emerges as a substantial mediating factor, highlighting its crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This research paves the way for future studies to explore additional influential factors within the online retail sector. Investigating the roles of customer satisfaction and loyalty as independent variables, along with digitalization as a mediating factor, could provide comprehensive insights into their collective impact on organizational performance. For the online retail sector, the adoption of innovative GSCM practices, such as green purchasing and investment recovery, is essential to improve organizational performance. The expanding trend of e-commerce highlights the potential for organizations to examine various factors that contribute to sustainable competitive advantages.

The objective of this study is to examine the direct and indirect impact of Supply Chain and Knowledge-Oriented Leadership on the Performance of Village Financial System Operators and its consequences for the Level of Village Welfare. This study employed quantitative methodologies, using Saturation sampling techniques, and obtained a sample of 131 respondents who were village financial information system operators, consisting of 131 villages in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province, Indonesia. The data obtained from the surveys was further analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings of the research and data analysis indicate that: Knowledge-Oriented Leadership has a direct and substantial impact on the Performance of Village Financial System Operators. It also has a direct and substantial impact on the Village Welfare Level. The performance of the Village Financial System Operator has a direct and substantial impact on the Village Welfare Level. Additionally, the Supply Chain has a direct and substantial impact on the Performance of Village Financial System Operators and the Village Welfare Level; The performance of the Village Financial System Operator is able to partially mediate Supply Chain and Knowledge-Oriented Leadership on the Level of Village Welfare in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province, Indonesia, because the independent variable is able to significantly influence both directly and indirectly the dependent variable.
