Keywords: Sustainable supply chain, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Financial performance, SMEs

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the relationship between sustainable supply chains on financial performance, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) financial performance and Sustainable supply chains on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research uses a quantitative survey method, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires through media social to 390 respondents belonging to SMEs, and respondents were determined using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) with data processing tools using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The independent variable in this research is the sustainable supply chain, the mediating variable is Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the dependent variable is financial performance. The stages of data analysis are validity and reliability testing, significance or hypothesis testing, and mediation influence testing. The results of data analysis show that the Sustainable supply chain has a positive and significant relationship to financial performance, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have a positive and significant relationship to financial performance and the Sustainable supply chain has a positive and significant relationship to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To improve the financial performance of SMEs, they must implement a sustainable supply chain in their supply chain, namely from supplier to customer. To improve the financial performance of SMEs, they must implement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their management system. Implementing sustainability in the supply chain is important to increase operational efficiency and reduce negative impacts on the environment and society.

Keywords: Halal, Food Supply Chain Management, Halal Certification, Traceability, SMEs Performance

Abstract:
This study aims to provide implications for the application of the halal logistics traceability model to food commodities in Indonesia and to be able to recommend alternative policy scenarios for the government. The system dynamic approach is used to model the traceability of halal logistics for food commodities in Indonesia. The urgency of this research is that it will contribute to improving the quality of halal logistics which has implications for the halal industry in Indonesia. This research also has implications for food quality and safety which helps food security in Indonesia, the relationship between Halal Certification and Traceability on SMEs Performance, analyzing the relationship between Halal food supply chain management and Halal Certification and Traceability. This research method is a quantitative survey, research data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 390 food SME owners who have implemented the Halal Assurance Management System. Data analysis used a structural equation model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The stages of data analysis are validity, reliability and significance tests. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The questionnaire used in this study uses a Google form which will be distributed to respondents. This questionnaire measurement method uses a Likert scale of 5, namely Strongly Disagree (STS), (2) Disagree Answers (TS), (3) Neutral Answers (N), (4) Agree Answers (S), Strongly Agree (SS). The independent variable used in this research is halal supply chain management. The dependent variables used in this study are halal certification and traceability and SMEs Performance. The results of this study indicate that Halal food supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs, Halal Certification and Traceability have a positive and significant effect on SMEs Performance, Halal Certification and Traceability have a positive and significant effect on Halal food supply chain management.

Keywords: Leadership Style, Openness to Experience, Employee Performance, Innovative Work Behavior, SMEs Performance

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between project leadership style and performance, innovation work behavior and performance, and openness to experience and performance. A quantitative research method was employed, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.9. PLS-SEM was chosen for its suitability in analyzing complex models with multiple constructs and pathways, particularly in exploratory research contexts. The study surveyed 430 SME employees, selected through snowball sampling based on the accessibility of reliable participants—those who had already completed the questionnaire. PLS-SEM is especially effective for handling small to medium sample sizes, non-normal data distributions, and both reflective and formative constructs. It also prioritizes maximizing the explained variance of dependent variables and is well-suited for testing relationships between latent constructs. A five-point Likert scale was used to measure respondents’ agreement with statements related to the variable indicators, ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The data analysis included validity testing, reliability testing, significance testing, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that project leadership style has a positive and significant relationship with performance. Similarly, innovation work behavior and openness to experience both show positive and significant associations with performance.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between industrial digital strategy in the area of transformational technopreneurship development and analyze the relationship between human creativity in the area of transformational technopreneurship development. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, which aims to examine the influence of integrity, organizational commitment, and motivation on sustainable employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population consists of all employees of SME organizations, totaling 765 employees. The sampling technique applied is simple random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The research variables are: Digital Work Environment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), Organizational Culture (X3) and Employee Work Productivity (Y). Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The analysis consists of two stages: Outer Model (Measurement Model): Convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability testing. Inner Model (Structural Model): Testing path coefficients, R² values, and direct and indirect influences between variables. The results of the study show that the Industrial digital strategy variable has a positive relationship with the transformational development area of technopreneurship, human creativity has a positive relationship with the transformational development area of technopreneurship.
