Abstract:
In the ever-growing digital era, technology has changed various aspects of human life, including the way governments manage supply chains in procuring goods and services. Digital transformation has opened new opportunities to increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability in procurement in government companies. This research aims to investigate the relationship between digital supply chains and competitiveness and the relationship between digital transformation and the competitiveness of government companies. This type of research is quantitative through survey methods. The population of this research is employees of government logistics companies who are responsible for supply chain processes, have digital activities and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The research questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 9, a scale of 1 indicating strongly disagree and a scale of 9 indicating strongly agree. Questionnaires were distributed via social media to 780 employees of government logistics companies related to supply chain processes, respondents were determined using a simple random sampling method. Of the 780 questionnaires that were returned, 570 were returned for analysis. Data analysis uses the partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) method with data analysis tools, namely SmartPLS 3.0. The data analysis stages are reliability, validity and hypothesis testing. The independent variables of this research are digital supply chain and digital transformation. The dependent variable is the company's competitiveness. The results of this research show that digital supply chains have a positive and significant relationship to competitiveness and digital transformation has a positive and significant relationship to competitiveness. By utilizing digital technology optimally, companies can obtain several extraordinary benefits. Among other things, companies will be able to expand markets and increase revenue more effectively. Apart from that, digital technology also makes it easier to monitor business activities, create structured financial reports, and reduce costs, especially in terms of marketing, logistics and shipping.

Abstract:
This study focuses on the impact of the digital supply chain, including digital suppliers, digital manufacturing, and digital logistics, on sustainability outcomes in pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 226 managers of pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. The questionnaire measures perceptions, attitudes and experiences related to digital supply chain adoption and sustainability performance. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used as an analytical framework to study the relationships between digital supply chain and sustainability outcomes. The hypothesized relationships were tested using confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis techniques within the SEM framework. The results indicate a positive relationship between digital supply chain adoption and sustainability performance in pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. Based on the results, several recommendations were proposed for pharmaceutical companies in Jordan to enhance their sustainable performance through digital supply chain initiatives. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between digital supply chain practices and sustainability outcomes in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the context of Jordan.

Abstract:
The research aims to investigate the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the digital supply chain in light of extant literature on the Decision-Oriented Information (DOI) theory and the Technology-Oriented Enterprise (TOE) framework. The research further attempts to unpack the strategic implications of AI integration in supply chain management, and its association with operational excellence and business model innovation. The study is exploratory and employs a mixed-methods approach. We develop propositions that examine the decision-making processes within AI-enhanced supply chains based on an analysis of concepts central to the DOI theory. We also employ the TOE framework to develop further propositions regarding the technological infrastructure required for AI implementation. Empirical case studies encompassing AI applications in different industries (e.g. manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals) are presented to gain a broad perspective of the impact of AI on the digital supply chain. AI technologies inherently make supply chains more agile, transparent, and responsive. Machine Learning algorithms allow for more accurate forecasting and demand management under conditions of supply chain risk and volatility. Robotics and automation, allow for greater flexibility and efficiency in executing operations and logistics. Additionally, the successful implementation of AI is heavily contingent on the organization’s current level of technological infrastructure and its alignment with its current and future business objectives. Furthermore, the DOI theory and TOE framework may serve as a blueprint for how one could evaluate AI implementation beyond the scope of supply chain management.

Abstract:
This study empirically explores the influence of innovation orientation on the digital supply chain, mediated by dynamic capabilities within the context of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study, rooted in a comprehensive evaluation of dynamic capabilities and innovation orientation, introduces a framework that could serve as a valuable resource for subsequent research. It contributes to the global discourse on optimizing digital supply chain practices among SMEs. Quantitative method was employed, gathering data from 212 professionals in SMEs in Dubai, UAE, via an online questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4, focusing on reliability, validity, discriminant validity, and hypothesis testing. The findings show a significant influence of innovation orientation on the digital supply chain. Dynamic capabilities also exhibit an indirect yet substantial impact on the relationship between innovation orientation and the digital supply chain. The identified dynamic capabilities are instrumental in refining decisions associated with the circular economy and leveraging technology to enhance supply chain mechanisms. These capabilities foster positive correlations between the digital supply chain and innovation. The predominant advantage of digital supply chains for consumers lies in their agility and speed, facilitating swift response to customer demand and bolstering business efficiency. The model presented is a template for future research, which could expand its scope to include other industries like manufacturing or services, augmenting the robustness of the findings.

Abstract:
Organizational competitiveness is enhanced by implementing supply chain integration. Organizations, through information technology, can integrate internal and external cross-functional. The team assigned to run the integration system in its function is designated as the key user who can implement and maintain an ongoing basis. Key user capabilities are needed to maintain a digital supply chain in information technology systems to integrate internally and externally. Data analysis using Partial least squares (PLS) on 89 hotel organizations with a one-star category or more shows that key user capability significantly affects internal cross-functional integration (β = 0.728) and external cross-functional integration (β = 0.127). Key user capability has an impact on supply chain flexibility (β = 0.370) while internal cross-functional integration influences increasing supply chain flexibility (β = 0.373) and financial performance (β = 0.421). External cross-functional integration increases supply chain flexibility (β = 0.316) and financial performance (β = 0.441). Lastly, supply chain flexibility impacts increasing financial flexibility (β = 0.192). The research contributes enrichment to the theory of digital supply chain and practical contribution to enlighten top management in information technology investment.

Abstract:
This study aimed to test the impact of digital supply chains on lean manufacturing, the digital supply chain was a multidimensional measurement composed of seven dimensions: Digital performance management, digital information technology and digital manufacturing, digital human resources, digital suppliers, digital logistics and inventory and digital clients. The electronic industries companies were targeted to represent the research population and collect the primary necessary data. According to the research budget and time constraints, a convenience sampling method was implemented in the data collection process. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the research hypotheses through AMOS software. The results indicated that most of the digital supply chain dimensions had a positive impact on lean manufacturing, except digital suppliers and digital clients, which had no effect on lean manufacturing. Findings from this research help organizational managers make multiple decisions related to investing and allocating resources to increase profit and reduce expenses along digital supply chains.

Abstract:
Nowadays, global technologies, especially digital things, have become an important tool for businesses to maintain feasible partnerships and build a great value connection with other companies. New digital technologies that are emerging every day are on their way to affect nearly all business processes and activities. This study investigates the effect of the digital supply chain on the supply chain and organization performance in the Malaysia manufacturing industry. This paper also further assesses the mediating effect of supply chain performance in the relationship between the digital supply chain and the organizational performance in the Malaysia manufacturing industry. The objectives are achieved via quantitative research design. The researchers emailed the online survey questionnaire to 1160 manufacturing companies listed in the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) directory via stratified sampling technique and received 63 responses. 7 incomplete responses have been deleted and 56 usable responses representing 5.43% of the response rate used for data analysis. The data was analyzed by using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Three hypotheses are not supported and seven hypotheses are supported, which includes all the hypotheses of moderating effect. The manufacturing companies in Malaysia can consider adopting the DSC in the business process to remain reliable in the competitive market by providing good supply chain performance and best organizational performance as a whole. The implication of the study is given to academics and practitioners, specifically manufacturing companies. The limitations and the recommendation for future study have been highlighted.
