This study seeks to explore how dynamic capabilities and innovation impact competitiveness within the Indonesian manufacturing sector. It specifically investigates how Domestic Component Level (DCL) certification, influenced by government involvement, mediates this relationship. The focus is on how government support shapes the certification process, ultimately affecting competitiveness. Through quantitative methods and surveys conducted among 344 manufacturing firms holding DCL certification in Indonesia, the research finds that while enhanced dynamic capabilities may not directly correlate with increased competitiveness, they play a crucial role in a company's journey toward competitiveness, requiring a gradual process. Additionally, companies with higher DCL values are better positioned to compete for government contracts and services.

This research focuses on the welfare of rice farmers in Tabanan Regency as a form of support for the sustainability of the agricultural sector to support the food security and sovereignty of Bali Province, which is still primarily supported by Tabanan Regency. This research was conducted in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province, known as the "rice barn" of Bali Province, with the largest area of rice fields and the most significant number of farmers in Bali Province. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire, and the analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) analysis, with 167 rice farmers as respondents to this research. The findings from this research show that farming business performance can mediate the influence of agricultural technology adoption on the welfare of rice farmers in Tabanan Regency. The findings from this research are strengthened by interviews showing that rice farmers in Tabanan Regency have confidence in themselves in farming. This is demonstrated by farmers' efforts to use various developments in agricultural technology, such as using superior seeds and modern agricultural equipment, which can shorten the working time, among others, to improve the welfare of rice farmers in Tabanan Regency.

In an era where knowledge has become one of the most valuable assets, the ability to effectively gather, store, manage, and utilize knowledge is critical. Given the ever-changing market needs, the sustainable competitive advantage of a company is crucial. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of knowledge management capabilities in sustainable competitive advantage and to assess the effectiveness of the impact provided by knowledge sharing and the innovation value chain in enhancing a company's competitive advantage. The research method employed is quantitative research using a questionnaire with a 1 – 7-point Likert Scale for data collection. This study was conducted on employees, staff, and managers of a state-owned bank in Indonesia, with a sample size of 206 respondents. Data analysis will be performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS 4 software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the influence of knowledge management capabilities on knowledge sharing, and the innovation value chain is statistically significant. Furthermore, there is a statistically significant influence between knowledge sharing and sustainable competitive advantage, and knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage. The influence of the innovation value chain on sustainable competitive advantage is also significant, however, there is no significant evidence found that the innovation value chain mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage.

This study extends the Dellon-McLean model by including training quality as a key factor in the success of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the banking sector of Saudi Arabia. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between quality of information, systems quality, training quality and organizational performance. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from employees in the banking sector. The results show a significant positive relationship between information quality, system quality, training quality, and organizational performance. Training quality emerged as the most important determinant of organizational performance. The findings suggest that organizations should invest in improving training quality to improve their MIS and improve overall organizational outcomes. This information helps to understand the factors affecting MIS success and provides useful implications for organizations seeking to optimize their information systems.

Even though entrepreneurial firms make substantial contributions to both domestic and global economies and innovations, there is disagreement in the literature regarding how open innovation affects these firms' ability to succeed. The current research is an attempt to address the gaps by analyzing the intricacies and dynamics of entrepreneurial firms’ involvement in Open Innovation. Furthermore, the impact on performance is examined from a knowledge perspective. In Jordanian context, this study analyzed the link between stakeholder interactions, knowledge management, open innovation, and the performance of entrepreneurial firms. The findings demonstrated that open innovation activities are statistically significant to the overall performance of entrepreneurial firms. However, since it has an unintentional detrimental effect over the performance of entrepreneurial firms in Jordan, the moderating effect of stakeholder relations and the mediation effect of knowledge management has been analyzed. The moderating role of stakeholder relationships has been proven statistically which enriched the theoretical foundations of RBV and contingency theory by adding stakeholders’ theory into the combination of the two theories, at the end limitations and guidelines for future research along with practical implications are emphasized.

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the nexus of technology applications and innovation performance within the realm of supply chain management (SCM). Despite the increasing importance of smart supply chain management in modern organizations, there is a paucity of research dedicated to this intersection. The primary objective is to identify trends, research gaps, and emerging themes in the literature concerning SSCM, technology applications, and innovation performance. Leveraging the Web of Science database, bibliometric analysis is employed to analyze existing literature, revealing insights into strategies for harnessing technology-driven innovations in SCM. By embracing sustainability principles, companies can position themselves as leaders in an increasingly interconnected and environmentally conscious world, generating long-term value for both them and society.

The increasing complexities posed by green organizational challenges and technological advancements require a thorough grasp of the vital capabilities needed to maintain the firm’s sustainable performance. This study aims to explore the associations of green technological innovation and management innovation to sustainable performance and estimate to what extent digital leadership moderates these associations. The resource-based view (RBV) and socio-technical system theory (STS) are leveraged to conceptualize the research model. By adopting a survey-based approach on data gathered from 419 manufacturing and service firms, the PLS-SEM is the statistical approach conducted to test the validity of predictions The outcomes demonstrated that green technological innovation, green management innovation, and digital leadership are positively linked to sustainable performance. Furthermore, higher digital leadership strengthens the linkage of green technology and management innovation to sustainable performance. The outcomes made a powerful contribution to the current literature on green innovations and digital transformation, and substantial recommendations were inferred for organizations aiming to achieve environmental, social, and economic performance.

The paper aimed to examine the impact of corporate governance on the financial performance of commercial banks in Jordan. The variables used to measure corporate governance were the board of directors' size, independent members of the board of directors, and the number of audit committee members, while those used to measure financial performance were return on investment, return on equity and earnings per share. The study used a quantitative approach based on the data of 12 commercial banks in Jordan during the period 2005-2022. The panel data were analyzed using the EViews software based on the ordinary least squares time series technique. The paper found the effect of all corporate governance variables on both return on investment and return on equity. However, it indicated that the board of directors' size and the independent members of the board of directors had an impact on earnings per share. This study highlighted corporate governance variables in one of the significant sectors of developing economies. Moreover, it recommended the need to review the principles used in selecting members of the audit committee for commercial banks in Jordan, due to their importance in developing long-term financial performance.

This study examines the impact of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and social media marketing (SMM) activities on customer retention among MSMEs in Aceh. It considers the dual role of social media in relationship management (CRM) and business engagement (SMM). Recognizing the widespread use of social media, the study explores different stages of its adoption and utilization in business. A formalized social media business profile is used as the moderating variable, defined by a firm's formal allocation of responsibility, outsourcing, funding, governance of social media, and broader changes to structure, processes, leadership, training, and culture. Data was collected from 565 MSMEs using questionnaires and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and multi-group analysis. The results demonstrated a high predictive power of the model on customer retention. Within CRM, the findings indicated a significant difference in the effect of key customer focus on customer retention, with higher effects observed in MSMEs that do not formalize their social media business profiles. Additionally, technology-based CRM showed significantly higher effects on customer retention for those who formalize their social media profiles. Within SMM, the study revealed significant differences in the effects of customization and trendiness on customer retention, both of which were more pronounced in MSMEs without formalized social media profiles. Furthermore, word-of-mouth had a significantly higher impact on customer retention for MSMEs with formalized social media profiles. This research contributes theoretically by developing an integrated framework that identifies how key customer focus, CRM organization, knowledge management, technology-based CRM, customization, entertainment, interaction, trendiness, and word-of-mouth influence customer retention. It also explores the moderating effects of formalized social media business profiles on CRM practices and SMM activities within MSMEs.

This research has the aim of analyzing the relationship between the supply chain service quality variable and consumer satisfaction, analyzing the use of information technology variable on consumer satisfaction at the Immigration organization. This research method is associative quantitative research and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way, we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration organization employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, the number of respondents was 613 immigration organization customers. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling. In this research, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The instrument used to measure this research variable is a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The stages of data analysis in this research are the outer model test which includes convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability as well as inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that Supply chain service quality has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction. The use of information technology has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction.
