Abstract:
This study extends the Dellon-McLean model by including training quality as a key factor in the success of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the banking sector of Saudi Arabia. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between quality of information, systems quality, training quality and organizational performance. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from employees in the banking sector. The results show a significant positive relationship between information quality, system quality, training quality, and organizational performance. Training quality emerged as the most important determinant of organizational performance. The findings suggest that organizations should invest in improving training quality to improve their MIS and improve overall organizational outcomes. This information helps to understand the factors affecting MIS success and provides useful implications for organizations seeking to optimize their information systems.

Abstract:
The features of a holistic view in an organization create the data value of the Business Intelligence (BI) and Knowledge Management (KM) in viewing the big picture of organizational performance diagnostics framework. This research focuses on the specific features of railway supply chain performance in viewing the decision-making process and creating better knowledge formation. The intention of the study is to structure supplier performance using BI-KM framework development to determine holistic perspective factors. The outcomes indicate that BI and KM significantly increased the railway supply chain and significantly increased the information system. This BI-KM framework relates the current analytic characteristics in designing the railway supply chain towards information system in determining the strategic theme of the decision-making process of the decision support system together with system features, characteristics of data, the content of the themes, and the effect of the decision-making process and for executive strategic performance diagnostics tool that provides effective strategic decision making in supply chain performance. The quantitative research method uses SmartPLS software version 3.2.8 for empirical analysis through distributing survey questionnaires to 320 railway suppliers in Malaysia. Using a model-driven development framework, to measure the implementation success of the decision support system, the study is conducted in the railway supplier focusing on strategic management that helps to make the decision and facilitate the organizational success.

Abstract:
The utilization of Business Intelligence (BI) to yield financial management among manufactures has been one of the main advantages of managing businesses through strategized financial performance. The BI can be conceptualized as a decision-making process, which is an emerging topic within technology management and financial decision making. Furthermore, such factors influencing the adoption of this type of strategized decision-making process are under extensive investigation. The main objective of this research is to develop a BI framework to provide a data analytics and action plan to help Malaysian Halal Food Manufacturing Industry (MHFMI) strategize financial performance. The specific objective of the study is to assess and validate the relationship between the adoption of BI and MHFMI. The methodology of the study starts with the theory adoption of BI parameters and methods, followed by the development of the adopted and adapted theoretical models using the conceptual framework developed and MHFMI involvement into the strategic financial performance management. The managers of the MHFMI is requested to provide the necessary information about their companies, perception of BI and financial performances. Reliability analysis is used to validate the constructs and test measurements in variance. The study applies regression analysis to determine the effects of different decision making strategies on BI. The research output indicates that the BI data analytics and the action plan as well as the conceptual framework could improve the financial performance by the adoption and the adaptation of the conceptualized strategy among MHFMI. This study is believed to be the first in Jordan that shed light on how human resource functions could provide environmental performance in health service organizations particularly in hospitals. It supports the literature of Green HRM and environment protection which is not well developed in developing countries like Jordan.

Abstract:
Information System (IS) is a strife to exploit Business Intelligence (BI) in an organization. In the Malaysian Halal Food Manufacturing, a league of Information Technology (IT) professional and decision makers is the architect of the perspective in IT. There are numerous research studies on utilizing and investigating strategic effects of environmental factors augmentation on the organizations, but compact information is acknowledged prevailing how the subjective conception for the strategic source of deci-sions is transformed into the objective principle. Hence, general interpretation of the IT professional and the decision makers is crucial for a comprehensive and collaborative decision-making process. Therefore, prosper stimulate assimilation of the environmental factors that persuade the knowledge integration between IT professionals and decision makers is compulsory. BI and Big Data (BD) help organizations derive enhance decision-making process and knowledge creation. The objective of this research study is to emerge knowledge from organizing BD and to utilize BI together with perceiving MIT90s framework and environmental factors for the analysis of decision-making process of halal food manufacturers in Malaysia. The study applied regression analysis to predicted 103 responses to determine decision making of business performance. The results indicate that halal market demand played important role in predicting business performance of halal manufactures. This study provides some insights into decision making perspectives of business performance management among halal food manufacturers in Malaysia.

Abstract:
Information systems are essential resources for business organizations. Besides, user information satisfaction will have an impact on service quality. This research used a Myerscough study, which combined user information satisfaction and SERVQUAL instruments, which was to measure the quality of information system services and investigated the correlation between the quality of information system service and user satisfaction. The survey was conducted on traditional Batik and textile artisans in Central Java, Indonesia. The results of this research reported a model that is slightly in accordance with previous studies. The only variable, which influenced the quality of information system services through SERVQUAL was empathy. However, information system user satisfaction was proven to be affected by the quality of information system services. This study also recommends further research on better instruments for assessing the quality of information system services.

Abstract:
There has been a significant increase in the study of the history and culture of historical artifacts, whether they take the form of cultural heritage or Waqf. A literature review of web-based information systems was conducted for digitizing historical preservation and Waqf. Papers were sourced from various databases, including Publish or Perish, which produced 1043 journals, 370 articles, and 673 items from reputable sources, Google Scholar, and Crossref, respectively. The focus of the literature review was the information system for digitizing history and Waqf and integrating ontology databases. This literature review study aims to trace the evolution of study objects related to history and endowments. The results showed that most studies emphasized the user-understanding aspect of digitization, while the technical aspect was focused on using cutting-edge technology, such as 3D and virtual reality.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to provide a conceptual overview on published studies and articles related to social media and information systems as two independent, continuous and interdepend-ent concepts. The research data is from the survey for two social media keywords and information systems from the Scopus site, which is one of the main scientific search engines. Due to a large number of findings, the study area was limited to 6 major areas of social sciences, business management, economics, arts and humanities, psychology and decision-making sciences, and 5185 articles were found. To investigate and analyze the findings, the Romethometrics and bibliometrics library of R Studio software were used. Biblimetrix was a method for studying and evaluating quantitative scientific texts using mathematical and statistical methods. The data obtained from this research is useful for scholars, researchers, decision-makers and those interested in social media and information networks in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres.
