Abstract:
In this digital era, collaborative management is needed to improve service quality and be supported by multiple stakeholder participation to provide optimal service. This research aims to investigate the role of collaborative governance in the quality of immigration services and the role of numerous stakeholder participation in the quality of immigration services. Investigate the correlation between supply chain service and service quality. This research method uses a quantitative method approach, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via the Google Form platform. The questionnaire is designed to contain statement items on a Likert scale of 1 to 7. A 7-point Likert scale can minimize measurement errors and be more precise. The Likert scale used in this research is (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) quite disagree, (4) Neutral, (5) quite agree, (6) agree, (7) Strongly agree. The respondents for this research were 567 senior employees of the immigration department in Indonesia who were determined using a simple random sampling method. Research data analysis uses the partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modelling (SEM) approach with data processing tools using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The variables in this research are the dependent variables, namely collaborative governance, and multiple stakeholder participation and the dependent variable is the quality of immigration services. The stages of data analysis are validity testing, reliability testing and significance testing of hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been presented in this research, this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method for data analysis, it can be concluded as follows, it is concluded that collaborative governance has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of immigration services, multiple stakeholder participation has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of immigration services. Supply chain service has a positive and significant relationship with service quality. Implementing collaborative governance can encourage improvements in the quality of immigration services. Implementing multiple stakeholder participation can encourage improvements in the quality of immigration services.

DOI: 10.5267/j.uscm.2024.7.012

Keywords: Compensation, Supply chain performance, Immigration office, Organizational Support, PLS-SEM

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the relationship between compensation and supply chain performance and to analyze the relationship between organizational support and supply chain performance at the immigration office. The research method uses a quantitative associative survey method. The analysis used in this research is partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The population of this study were senior employees of government organization or immigration offices in Indonesia and the research respondents were 467 senior employees who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media. The online questionnaire contains statement items and is designed using a 7 Likert scale. The Likert scale used in this research is (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) quite disagree, (4) Neutral, (5) quite agree, (6) agree, (7) strongly agree. Data processing uses SmartPLS 4.0 software, and the data analysis stages are testing the outer model and inner model, testing the inner model by carrying out validity tests, reliability tests while the inner model tests hypothesis or significance tests. The results of this research are that compensation has a positive and significant relationship to supply chain performance at the immigration office and organizational Support has a positive and significant relationship to supply chain performance at the immigration office. By implementing a fair and good compensation system, it will encourage supply chains to improve their performance. Supply chains will try to improve their performance because the better their performance, the supply chain will receive better compensation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. Organizational support is very important for supply chain behavior. The organization has an obligation to develop a climate that supports consumer orientation.

Keywords: Supply chain Service quality, Consumer satisfaction, The use of information technology, Immigration organization, PLS-SEM

Abstract:
This research has the aim of analyzing the relationship between the supply chain service quality variable and consumer satisfaction, analyzing the use of information technology variable on consumer satisfaction at the Immigration organization. This research method is associative quantitative research and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way, we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration organization employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, the number of respondents was 613 immigration organization customers. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling. In this research, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The instrument used to measure this research variable is a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The stages of data analysis in this research are the outer model test which includes convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability as well as inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that Supply chain service quality has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction. The use of information technology has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract:
Technological transformation not only changes the way we communicate and do business but also changes the way the government provides public services to the community. One manifestation of this transformation is the implementation of Information Systems (IS) for public services, to provide services that are more efficient, transparent, and responsive. By implementing an IS, the administration and data management process becomes more efficient. This research method uses a quantitative method approach, The research data are obtained by distributing online questionnaires via the Google Form platform and the respondents for this research were 576 senior employees of the immigration department in Indonesia who were determined using a simple random sampling method. Research data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM). The variables in this research are the dependent variables, namely information Technology System integration and Information Technology System Security (ITSS). The dependent variable is the Efficiency and Accuracy of Immigration Documents (EAID) and User Acceptance and Satisfaction (UAS). Based on data analysis, it is concluded that TSS integration had a positive and significant relationship with EAID, Information technology system integration had a positive and significant relationship with UAS, ITSS had a positive and significant relationship with EAID, ITSS had a positive and significant relationship with UAS and user acceptance and satisfaction had a positive and substantial relationship with the EAID. Implementing IS opens the door to more efficient, transparent, and responsive public services. By leveraging technology, governments can streamline administrative processes, increase citizen participation, and create an environment where every citizen can benefit from better public services. In carrying out this transformation, the government must remain focused on data security, privacy, and community empowerment so that people truly feel the positive impact of technological developments in public services.
