Keywords: Compensation, Supply chain performance, Immigration office, Organizational Support, PLS-SEM

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the relationship between compensation and supply chain performance and to analyze the relationship between organizational support and supply chain performance at the immigration office. The research method uses a quantitative associative survey method. The analysis used in this research is partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The population of this study were senior employees of government organization or immigration offices in Indonesia and the research respondents were 467 senior employees who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media. The online questionnaire contains statement items and is designed using a 7 Likert scale. The Likert scale used in this research is (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) quite disagree, (4) Neutral, (5) quite agree, (6) agree, (7) strongly agree. Data processing uses SmartPLS 4.0 software, and the data analysis stages are testing the outer model and inner model, testing the inner model by carrying out validity tests, reliability tests while the inner model tests hypothesis or significance tests. The results of this research are that compensation has a positive and significant relationship to supply chain performance at the immigration office and organizational Support has a positive and significant relationship to supply chain performance at the immigration office. By implementing a fair and good compensation system, it will encourage supply chains to improve their performance. Supply chains will try to improve their performance because the better their performance, the supply chain will receive better compensation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. Organizational support is very important for supply chain behavior. The organization has an obligation to develop a climate that supports consumer orientation.

DOI: 10.5267/j.uscm.2024.5.023

Keywords: Supply chain Service quality, Consumer satisfaction, The use of information technology, Immigration organization, PLS-SEM

Abstract:
This research has the aim of analyzing the relationship between the supply chain service quality variable and consumer satisfaction, analyzing the use of information technology variable on consumer satisfaction at the Immigration organization. This research method is associative quantitative research and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way, we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration organization employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, the number of respondents was 613 immigration organization customers. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling. In this research, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The instrument used to measure this research variable is a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The stages of data analysis in this research are the outer model test which includes convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability as well as inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that Supply chain service quality has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction. The use of information technology has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction.

Keywords: E-leadership behavior, Employee commitment, e-Work Environment, e-Job satisfaction, Immigration office PLS-SEM

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the influence of e-leadership behavior on employee commitment at the immigration office, the influence of the e-Work Environment on employee commitment at the immigration office, and the influence of e-Job satisfaction on employee commitment at the immigration office. The research method used in this research is associative research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration office employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The respondents for this research were 678 immigration office employees who were determined using a simple random sampling method. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media. The instrument used in this research uses a Likert scale 7 scale. The data analysis stage of this research is testing the outer model and inner model. The outer model test consists of convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability and the inner model test, namely hypothesis testing or significance testing. The results of data analysis show that e-leadership behavior has a positive and significant relationship to employee commitment at the immigration office, the e-Work Environment has a positive and significant relationship to employee commitment, and e-Job satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship to employee commitment at the immigration office.
