Abstract:
The study focuses on the intricate nature of emotional intelligence (EMI), Fostering creativity (FC), intrinsic motivation (IM), innovation (IN) and entrepreneurship (E) under the context of corporate management in a country. Based on a sample of 359 actively engaged respondents and using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, the study reveals significant positive associations: emotional intelligence includes entrepreneurship, Fostering creativity contains entrepreneurship, innovation, emotional intelligence appears intrinsic motivation, in Fostering creativity appear intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence includes innovation, in Fostering creativity is innovation, intrinsic motivation includes entrepreneurship, in innovation is entrepreneurship. The results demonstrate a chain mediation: emotional intelligence influences entrepreneurship, intrinsic motivation is involved, and innovation serves as the intermediary. In the same way, it is fertile in creativity to begin entrepreneurship, whereas intrinsic motivation and innovation are mediating factors considering this fact. Accordingly, these findings have a huge impact on the development of effective public health policies and the nature of ecosystems research in future. For organizations in Jordan, a result based on these results will help in the development of a constructive atmosphere which will be inclined towards entrepreneurs by working on emotional intelligence, creativity, intrinsic motivation and innovation. The research puts in place a theoretical framework which is complemented by the granular perspective of these psychological and entrepreneurial factors.

Abstract:
This study investigates the relationships between transformational leadership, empowerment, and employee creativity in the hotel sector in Jordan, examining the mediating role of empowerment. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted with a stratified random sample of 300 employees from Jordanian hotels. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Findings reveal significant positive direct effects of inspirational motivation and individualized consideration on employee creativity. Empowerment partially mediates the relationships between all transformational leadership dimensions (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and employee creativity, with individualized consideration exhibiting the strongest indirect effect. The study contributes empirical evidence on the mediating role of empowerment in the transformational leadership-creativity relationship, specifically in the hotel sector context. It offers insights for managers on adopting transformational leadership practices and fostering empowerment to promote employee creativity and innovation. This study uniquely examines the relationships between transformational leadership, empowerment, and employee creativity within the Jordanian hotel sector, providing a nuanced understanding of the differential effects of transformational leadership dimensions and the crucial role of empowerment.

Abstract:
This study investigates the relationship between business intelligence adoption (Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analysis and Reporting (DAR), Business Process Integration (BPI), and Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CII)) and marketing effectiveness in the Jordanian telecom industry. It specifically examines the mediating role of customer satisfaction in this relationship. A survey design method using the cross-sectional survey was utilized during the research process, involving quantification. The data was collected from 285 employees across the Jordanian telecom sector via electronic response forms. As the analysis's method, the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized. The results, which showed BI, DAR and CII to have a positive direct effect on marketing effectiveness, whilst BPI displayed a negative direct impact, were compelling. But clear signs of positive influence on CS by the four dimensions of BI (BI, DAR, BPI, and CII) have also been observed, and this result has been proved to be a mediator between them and business effectiveness. The above study is a source of invaluable learning for the managers of telecom companies in Jordan is a tool that managers in the Jordanian telecom industry will greatly benefit from in the sense that it brings out all the importance of integrating BI, DAR, BPI, and CII practices that emphasize high quality customer service. By properly utilizing these assets and up-to-the-market, companies can improve the effectiveness of marketing and the whole organizational efficiency. The study enhances the existing theory of the interrelationships between the adoption of business intelligence, customer satisfaction, and marketing power which can be viewed from both resource-based view (RBV) theory and expectation-based theory (EDT). It affirms an idea that the RBV was rooted in that when organizational assets are valuable, firms have a competitive advantage and better performance. Also, an EDT states that customer satisfaction increases if the expectations of customers are met. Innovation - The essay is innovative and takes an original angle to explore the multifaceted interconnectivity among business intelligence adoption, customer satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness in the framework of the Jordanian telecom industry. It highlights the steps to customer satisfaction problem solutions and the caution comes with process integration efforts, hence, helping to arrive at a full comprehension of the aspirations for organizational performance in the field.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation and analyze the obstacles and complexities facing the integration of digital technologies into Jordanian Customs and their subsequent impact on achieving strategic flexibility. The study aims to uncover challenges, evaluate their effects, and suggest recommendations to enhance adaptive strategies within Jordanian Customs considering digital transformations. The study included employees in Jordanian General Customs, including customs officials, IT staff, and administrative staff working on digital initiatives. A population of 670 individuals was identified, from whom a purposive sample of (465) directly involved in digital transformation efforts was selected to participate in the study. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to comprehensively investigate the challenges of digital transformation within Jordanian Customs. Surveys, interviews, analysis of regulatory documents formed data collection methods. Quantitative data were subjected to descriptive analysis and regression modeling, while qualitative insights were thematically analyzed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced. The analysis revealed the results, the most important of which is that digital transformation has a positive, statistically significant impact in its four dimensions (strategy, organizational culture, transformational leadership, and human resources) in achieving strategic agility in Jordanian Customs, and reveals multi-faceted challenges prevailing within Jordanian Customs, including structural constraints. Infrastructure, resistance to change, cyber security vulnerabilities, and skills gaps among the workforces. The regression analysis highlighted the significant impact of these challenges in hindering the achievement of strategic flexibility within the Customs Department. Based on the results of the study, Jordanian Customs is recommended to take proactive measures to confront the challenges identified. This includes investing in a robust technology infrastructure, implementing targeted training programs to improve employee skills, promoting a culture of innovation, and establishing cross-departmental collaboration to enhance adaptability and strategic flexibility. The study recommended increasing attention to training workers and raising their capabilities to deal with digital transformation positively and improve services.

Abstract:
This study conducts a quantitative inquiry into how components of gamification and customization are being used in Saudi Arabia's educational system. In our investigation, we zero in on how these factors could contribute to skill development. This investigation uses a thorough and rigorous quantitative research approach to probe students' preferences for gamification components and their thoughts on customization. The findings highlight the amazing congruence between people's preference for gamification components like points and badges and the need for adaptation and feedback in optimizing the effectiveness of the educational process. Through careful component analysis, the current investigation successfully separates two distinct constructs: one highlights the importance of flexibility and responsiveness, while the other emphasizes the significance of pace and cultural appropriateness. The results of this research have important policy and practice implications for Saudi Arabia, where educational reforms are now underway. The goal of these changes is to boost academic performance by introducing student-specific, interactive gaming into the classroom.

Abstract:
Using the educational setting of Jordan, this research aims to investigate the complex relationship between teacher-student rapport and student involvement in gamified learning experiences. As it relates to the effective use of gamified learning methodologies, this research digs into the far-reaching ramifications of cultivating strong interpersonal interactions between instructors and students. This research uses a strict quantitative technique to investigate the complex relationships between 400 children and 40 teachers. This study's results shed light on an interesting and statistically significant phenomenon: a significant positive connection (r = 0.742, p 0.001) between teacher-student rapport and the amount of engagement seen in gamified learning sessions. The finding, in line with Jordan's educational reforms, highlights the critical role of positive rapport in generating dynamic and significant participation within modern instructional techniques. The practical repercussions highlight the need for teachers to work to improve their interpersonal skills. It becomes clear that this is a crucial factor in enabling effective teaching and learning, especially within the context of contemporary pedagogical approaches. The current research helps us better understand the complex dynamics at play in teacher-student relationships, illuminating their far-reaching consequences for the pursuit of educational excellence in the Jordann setting.
