Abstract:
This qualitative study examined the impact of social media characteristics on the attitude of users toward the use of e-services by the Department of Lands and Survey. The study population comprised users of Department of Lands and Survey e-service, while the study sample comprised 407 users. Data from respondents were analyzed using SEM run using Amos (23). Results showed reliability, security, website design, ease of use, awareness, and digital divide as direct significant antecedents of user attitude toward the use of e-services from the Department of Lands and Survey. Also, all antecedents showed direct significant relationships with user attitude. Results showed a direct significant relationship between user attitude and the use of e-services from the Department of Lands and Survey. Through mediation of user attitude, five indirect significant relationships between the antecedents and the use of e-services from the Department of Lands and Survey were found. The inclusion of new antecedents such as privacy and site content may enhance the understanding of how users use e-services provided by the Department of Lands and Survey.

Abstract:
In this study, the impact of COVID-19 lockdown on Jordanian high school students’ reading habits and attitudes was examined. COVID-19 has indeed affected education systems all over the world; education institutions all over the world were compelled to implement innovative technological approaches so that education could still be delivered to students, fulfilling the academic expectations, while the Sustainable Learning and Education (SLE) ideals are consistently embraced. One of these approaches has been the use of mobile learning applications (MLA). These applications (MLAs) employ some prominent features of mobile apps, to allow students to collaborate and participate in purposeful online learning. Still, the success of any technology is dictated by the acceptance of the user, in this context, the acceptance of students. In other words, student acceptance of MLA will determine the success of MLA. Accordingly, the effect of COVID-19 lockdown on the information behavior of high school students was examined in this study, with MLA being used by these students. Data were gathered from 394 high school students in Jordan. These students were chosen randomly, and they were all mobile phone users. The data covered the 2022–2023 fall term and were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the analyses results: Self-Efficacy and Perceived Compatibility had significant impact on Perceived Performance Expectancy and Perceived Effort Expectancy; Perceived Convenience and Perceived Effort Expectancy had significant impact on Perceived Performance Expectancy; Perceived Enjoyment had significant impact on the Behavioral Intention to use MLA; COVID-19 had significant impact on the Behavioral Intention to use MLA; Perceived Compatibility showed no significant impact on Perceived Enjoyment; and Perceived Effort Expectancy, Perceived Performance Expectancy and Perceived Compatibility showed no significant impact on the Behavioral Intention to use MLA. The outcomes of this study demonstrate a practical indication in support of digital information behavior among high school students in this era.

Abstract:
The recent progress of Financial Information System (FIS) has significantly affected businesses’ sustainable production process. Businesses generally employ FIS to automate their operational procedures and increase their corporate efficiencies through improvement in output quality and sustainability. The performance of FIS has been attributed to its key success criteria. Accordingly, this study examined antecedents of FIS intention to use among Small and Medium-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in Jordan at individual level, with specific focus on the acceptance and use of FIS among accounting department employees. Based on 436 respondents from Jordanian SMEs, results showed an impact of COVID-19 risk, trust, performance expectancy, and perceived severity on the intention to use FIS, whereas effort expectancy and perceived vulnerability showed no impact on the intention to use FIS among Jordanian SMEs.

Abstract:
The present study examined the impact of social media influencers (SMIs) on consumers’ purchasing decisions, by examining the factors affecting purchase intentions of consumers. Online questionnaire was used to gather data from Facebook users as the study respondents. SMIs are currently a promising marketing technique in influencing purchase intention of customers, but in Jordan, studies on this matter are still lacking. This study therefore presented several key factors associated with SMIs in influencing the purchase intention of customers, in Jordanian context. Accordingly, the key factors affecting customer purchase intention through SMIs were examined. A model was proposed and empirically tested and validated using structural equation model (SEM), with data obtained from 390 Jordanian Facebook users. From the results, significant impact of Information Quality (IQ) and Trustworthiness (TRU) on attitude toward a brand, and consequently on purchase intentions of customers, was affirmed.

Abstract:
E-learning in knowledge management was examined in this study, specifically on how it assists organizations in improving knowledge transfer and e-learning management, to increase performance and employee knowledge management. In this study, e-learning and knowledge management systems and technology were jointly implemented, and its impact on organizational performance was examined. Organizational management was also explored. The present study investigated the relationship between knowledge management (KM) and innovation performance (IP). The mediating effect of knowledge Management was deeply explored. Randomly selected managers from 57 Jordanian manufacturing companies were the study samples, and there were 470 managers involved in this study, from strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and the questionnaire items covered the constructs of knowledge management, organizational learning (OL), knowledge-oriented leadership (KOL) and IP. A research model was proposed and was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings were as follows: KOL positively affected KM; KOL positively affected IP; OL negatively affected IP; KOL positively affected KM; OL positively affected KM; KM positively affected IP and KM mediated the relationship between KOL, OL and IP.

Abstract:
The determinants of bring-your-own-device (BYOD) use protection intentions affecting BYOD usage protection behaviors were examined in this study. The determinants of employees’ behavioral intention to use and their actual protection behavior in protecting their devices BYOD environment were identified. Jordanian residents aged 18 and above, with mobile learning behavioral usage awareness, made up the study population. A survey questionnaire was used to obtain the data, while the proposed research model was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show positive impact of BYOD usage protection intention on mobile learning behavioral usage, while attitude showed insignificant impact on BODY usage protection intention. Subjective norms significantly affected BYOD usage protection intention, while information security awareness showed insignificant impact on BYOD usage protection intention.

Abstract:
Digital divide, trust towards e-commerce system, and facilitating conditions as the factors impacting the use intention of the international trade center were examined in this study, through a survey carried out on 500 Jordanian students. The proposed conceptual model was empirically tested, and significant impact of trust and facilitating conditions on intention to use the international trade center was affirmed. Meanwhile, the digital divide did not impact the intention to use the international trade center. Being limited to the Jordanian context, the study findings may not be generalizable to other countries.

Abstract:
The frightening COVID-19 has considerably affected global marketing and the behavior and attitudes of consumers worldwide. Equally, it has changed the lifestyle, and the patterns of purchasing and consumption of consumers in Jordan as evidenced by the reduced popularity of in-store purchases. Quantitative research methods were applied in examining the relationships among the primary variables of the study. Data was obtained from 300 completed questionnaires collected from Facebook users in Jordan. Data was analyzed via AMOS software version 21.0, and hypotheses were examined by applying Structural Equation Modelling. Results revealed that trust issues, perceived ease of use and fear of complexity had a positive effect on online shopping behavior. Also, the study showed that perceived risk negatively affected online shopping behavior. Increased confidence in an online site increases the regularity of online shopping, while decreased perceived risk increases online purchase decisions.
