Abstract:
This research intends to figure the antecedents of Green Management and its implementation in manufacturing sector companies in UAE. The study also intends to explore the relationship between the implementation of green management and sustainable performance as measured by complied scale of social, economic and environmental performance. Quantitative research methods are used and the necessary data are collected from 134 companies by using google form survey sent to participants. Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 22 is used to analyze the data. The findings of this research reveal that managers’ environmental knowledge and managers’ green product awareness were positively and significantly associated with green management and that green management was also positively and significantly associated with sustainable performance.

Abstract:
The program to reduce plastic waste is supported by all sectors of businesses, through some efforts to prevent using plastic bags in every store shopping and prompt using better alternatives. This study aims to find out whether the application of the theory of planned behavior departs from the knowledge of the influence of environmental awareness and leads to interest in the use of reusable bags. Quantitative methods used in this study includes the determination of samples with non-probability techniques, namely purposive sampling. The research instrument was an online questionnaire of 300 respondents in Bali, who had never used a repetitive shopping bag. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS application. The application of the theory of planned behavior shows that testing knowledge of the environment and environmental stewardship gives a positive attitude and becomes a control behavior and interest in the use of reusable bag products. However, it is different from Subjective Norms which do not have a significant influence on the interest in using reusable bags. So, it is a concern for the government to always provide socialization, knowledge and environmental awareness about the importance of protecting the environment by using non-disposable shopping bags, and also business owners or marketing management to provide more reusable bags.

Abstract:
This research mainly focuses on developing health tourism in rural areas, especially in Bangli, Bali, which has excellent potential but faces various challenges. Through an approach that involves local community involvement, this research aims to create a tourism experience that supports physical and mental health while empowering local communities. The quantitative research method was used to collect data from 450 respondents in Subaya Village. The sample was taken with the criteria of understanding the concept of wellness tourism, having an empowerment group, and having acquired knowledge about designing wellness tourism-supporting products. After data collection, out of 450 questionnaires distributed, as many as 250 were returned, with 150 answers that met the respondents' criteria. The results of the analysis show that the integration of local cultural practices and natural resources can increase the attractiveness of destinations, as well as provide significant economic and social benefits for the community. The study also highlights the importance of eco-friendly products in enhancing the traveler experience, which can increase visitor satisfaction and loyalty. Through a sustainable health tourism model, it is hoped that synergy can be created between local economic development and environmental conservation.

Abstract:
The current trend in deteriorating mechanical performance of green polymeric-based materials has made it essential for designers to establish more reliable and sustainable bio-products. Here, the mechanical performance of Jordanian lignocellulosic olive fibers in polymeric-based composites has been methodically investigated. The outcomes of different reinforcement conditions on the desired mechanical performance of the olive leaf’s lignocellulosic fibers with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) composites have been examined, including the properties of tensile strength, tensile modulus, mechanical strain, impact strength, and the intensity per composite volume. This has been accomplished to determine the optimum reinforcement condition for the desired mechanical behavior as well as to establish the performance deterioration and enhancement trends of such bio-materials in a more consistent manner. The results signify that lignocellulosic olive fibers have exhibited various enhancements in terms of mechanical performance. Both the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity have been dramatically improved at 20 wt.% fiber content. This was the most desired reinforcement condition among all considered cases. The olive fibers also possess the capability of maintaining relatively high ductility and impact strength properties, making them suitable for various industrial applications where high ductility is necessary. Thermal stability analysis using TGA and DTG has been employed to obtain accurate results.

Abstract:
This study proposes an integrated model that combines the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and two categories of variables, personal and marketing, to investigate the attitudinal and behavioral decision factors to purchase green products. The model derived and tested via structural equation modeling on a sample of 374 consumers from the Guilan province in Iran. The results show that attitude is explained by consumers’ environmental concern, quality of green products, green advertising and green labeling. The results of the structural equation analysis indicate that attitude positively influences intention to purchase green products. Green purchasing intention also influences on green purchasing behavior. This paper also discusses the implications of the results for marketers and researchers.

Abstract:
Green product management plays an important role in today & apos; s economy and people are increasing becoming more interested in green products. In this paper, we present an empirical study to measure the impact of customer perception, quality, environment concern and satisfaction on green customer loyalty. The study proposes two hypotheses, where the first hypothesis studies whether the quality of green product has direct impact on customer satisfaction and the second hypothesis examines whether quality of green product has direct impact on customer loyalty. The population of this paper includes all people who use paper-based drinking glass, napkin and packaging products and live in city of Tehran, Iran. Since not all people are involved in all parts of the city in such product, we have decided to select only those who are involved in using these kinds of products including hospitals, universities, etc. The sampling technique has distributed 300 questionnaires and gathered 283 good quality ones for analysis. The questionnaire consists of 19 questions in five different perspectives. The proposed study uses sequential equation modeling and the results have confirmed both hypotheses.
