Abstract:
The objective of research is to explore the impact of business intelligence systems, artificial intelligence, and digital leadership sustainability on the quality of learning and business performance at business schools of private universities in Jordan. Upon gathering and scrutinizing the research materials, a grand total of 281 samples were judged suitable for analysis using PLS software. The findings of this study suggest that the implementation of business intelligence systems, artificial intelligence, and digital leadership sustainability positively contribute to improving both the quality of learning and the performance of enterprises. The results demonstrate that the implementation of a business intelligence system, and Competitive Intelligence, directly and positively impacts the enhancement of learning quality and company performance. Furthermore, Artificial intelligence has a positive influence on the quality of learning and the performance of businesses, namely through the utilization of Deep learning, Digital Data, Graphical Processing Unit (GPU), and Data Safety and Security. Furthermore, digital leadership sustainability exerts a direct and favorable impact on the caliber of education and organizational achievement, encompassing Digital Competence, Flexibility and Agility, Interconnected Thinking, and Employee Orientation. Furthermore, the findings indicate that the level of education, encompassing Summative Assessment, Formative Assessment, Quizzes, and Presentations, is positively associated with enhancing firm productivity. Curiously, the present results contradict previous studies suggesting that the variables being examined had an influence on achieving digital leadership sustainability and business performance. Generally, the main research outcomes recommend that corporations should start adopting strategies related to enhancing learning effectiveness and improving business performance. This research focuses on the major aspects of business cleverness systems, artificial intelligence, and digital leadership sustainability to enhance the quality of learning and business performance in the business capabilities of private institutions of higher education in Jordan.

Abstract:
The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles on the effectiveness of sustainable practices, as well as the effects of these practices on the entire performance of firms that operate within this industry. The study will look at how these practices have become more efficient. It is still necessary to conduct additional research to fill the information gap concerning the effect of TQM approaches on sustainable practices and overall organizational performance in the Jordan Tourism sector. The study will place a particular emphasis on the significance of TQM methodologies and sustainable practices in enhancing organizational dynamics and competitiveness. The research chose the following TQM practices: supplier partnership, leadership commitment, quality management system, and teamwork and collaboration to measure their impacts on building sustainable practices and improving organizational performance through distributed 221 research questionnaires and retrieved 187 valid data. The Jordanian tourism industry will serve as the setting for an examination into the relationship between TQM methodologies, sustainable practices, and organizational outcomes. The analysis will be carried out through the utilization of a case study technique in the Jordan tourism board which is considered the largest tourism institution in Jordan's tourism sector. The research endeavors to provide significant insights into the effectiveness of TQM implementation and provides information concerning the impact that TQM has on sustainable practices and the overall performance of organizations. The findings of the research are intended to provide practical consequences for businesses that cater to tourists in Jordan in the goal of achieving a sustained competitive advantage and improving overall performance. The significance of adopting TQM principles into sustainable operations will be brought into crystal clearer focus. Businesses in the tourist industry can intentionally implement and make use of TQM techniques to improve their sustainable practices, improve the quality of their services, and ultimately boost their competitiveness in the market and increase their chances of success. This research aims to present empirical data on the impact of TQM approaches on sustainable practices and overall organizational performance in the Jordanian tourism industry.

Abstract:
Within the context of the financial industry, the purpose of this research is to investigate the influence that management of scope, time, cost, and quality has on the performance of projects and business overall performance in the financial sector. Following the collection and examination of the study materials, a total of 331 samples were deemed appropriate for analysis by means of the PLS software. According to the findings, the implementation of scope, time, cost, and quality management has a direct and beneficial impact on the enhancement of project performance in the organization that deals with financial matters. As an additional point of interest, the project scope has a favorable impact on the performance of the project through the implementation of work breakdown structure, project scope definition, and scope change control. The formulation of a timetable, the estimation of the duration of activities, and the critical path analysis are all ways in which project time can have an impact on the performance of the project. Additionally, the cost of a project has an impact on the performance of the project through the processes of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control. And finally, project quality effects positively on project performance and business overall performance through Based on the findings, it appears that the successful management of these four knowledge domains greatly improves the outcomes of the project. To be more specific, Scope Management ensures that the company's goals are aligned with the expectations of the organization, Time Management assists in meeting deadlines, Cost Management optimizes budgets, and Quality Management guarantees that high standards are maintained. Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that combining these areas results in higher project performance, highlighting the crucial importance of these areas in projects involving the financial industry.

Abstract:
The main goal of this research is to study and investigate the impact of data management and analysis tools on improving organizational behavior within three IT service firms in Jordan. This research focuses on choosing three data management and analysis tools: Database analysis tool, data processing tool, and big data processing tool and how these tools could positively influence enhancing employee performance and organizational behavior. It accomplishes this within the distinct framework of three Jordanian IT service firms. The research supposed that combining big data analysis, integrated data processing, and database analysis is necessary to enhance organizational behavior and employee performance, as indicated by the findings. Furthermore, the research highlights the potential for IT service firms in Jordan to benefit from emerging database analysis technologies, promote the use of integrated data processing techniques, and leverage big data analysis for their own benefit. This can enhance corporate behavior and employee performance. Data was distributed and collected from three Jordanian IT service firms, and all collected data was analyzed using AMOS. The study's findings offer valuable recommendations for enhancing the operational efficiency of IT service firms in similar business environments, emphasizing the crucial importance of comprehending and purposefully employing database-related technologies for sustained prosperity.

Abstract:
This research focuses on studying the effect of using social media platforms on customer behavior and business objectives in Jordan. The research chose three of the most famous platforms of social media and those platforms are Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. By using a quantitative model this research collected around 350 research questionnaires using digital surveys designed by using Google drive and distributed online on previous social media platforms. The research analysis process is executed by using AMOS software, and this comprised structural equations (SEM) modeling and regression analyses. The research study output found strong effects and relationships between social media platforms engagement and a variety of consumer expenditure variables, including brand loyalty, product suggestions, and purchase decisions. Important components of each platform, including user interaction, influencer endorsements, and content relevancy, were also identified by the study as having a direct effect on consumer behavior. The research also showed how businesses may achieve their marketing objectives, boost customer engagement, and enhance their reputation by utilizing social media strategies. The significance of social media website platforms in shaping consumer behavior and propelling business success is highlighted by these studies. To reach their goals and have the most influence on customer decisions, businesses should think about using platform-specific features and investing in targeted social media advertising.

Abstract:
This study seeks to analyze the impact of digital marketing, social media, and digital transformation on the development of digital leadership abilities and the resulting enhancement of employee performance. The research examines the complex connections between digital elements and their influence on organizational dynamics, using a case study done at the Amman Stock Exchange as a basis for analysis. The inquiry explores the impact of digital marketing strategies on leadership skills, the use of social media platforms to promote digital leadership, and the transforming influence of digital initiatives on employee performance. In addition, the study evaluates the interaction of these characteristics and their combined impact on organizational success. Evidence suggests that digital methods have a complex and wide-ranging effect on leadership and performance, including factors such as adaptation, communication, and strategic decision-making. The study highlights the capacity of companies, specifically within the framework of the Amman Stock Exchange, to utilize digital tools for the purpose of developing leadership skills and improving performance. The findings obtained from this study provide important insights for enhancing digital ecosystems in comparable organizational contexts, highlighting the importance of a thorough comprehension and strategic integration of digital components in order to attain long-lasting success.

Abstract:
The goal of this study was to measure the main effects of e-marketing, e-WOM, and social media influencers on increasing the intention to purchase and enhancing customers’ happiness in the Amman stock exchange. 285 samples represented the research study samples which have been collected, analyzed, and used to discuss the research hypotheses. The research study gave results which showed that e-marketing, e-WOM, and social media influencers’ effects positively on increasing customers’ intention to buy and enhancing customers’ satisfaction and happiness. This research represented each main research variable through its main keys, this research represented e-marketing through internet usage benefits received, simple use with low cost, and behavior and action. The second main variable is the e-WOM, and it is represented in this research through: satisfaction, dissatisfaction and perceived novelty. The third main variable is the social media influencers and it’s represented by: expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. The main output of this study is represented that using digital marketing channels, with knowing peoples’ opinion, and following social media influencers can give customers ability to decide which product have to buy in the way which they can get the maximum benefits. The novelty of this study lies in giving more details about the effects of e-marketing, e-WOM, and social media influencers which are still new fields, and it needs more research for discovering all dimensions. Also, this research is useful and innovative based on choosing the field of this study and it is the Amman stock exchange which can help people to know useful information about the nature of stock investment.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of digital transformation, digital leadership, and entrepreneurial motivation on business decision making and business process performance in the Greater Amman Municipality. The study's hypotheses were put to the test and proven through a variety of quantitative analysis and data processing techniques. The research hypotheses were evaluated using a Structural Equation Model. Participants in this research are managers from the middle and high echelons of the Greater Amman Municipality, who were responsible for making decisions in their respective divisions. One hundred and eighty middle and upper-level managers with at least eight years' experience in public service were recruited for this study from the Greater Amman Municipality. Distributed questionnaires and the deliberate sampling technique were used to compile this data. Decision making had a positive effect on the business process performance, and the results of hypothesis testing data processing using Structural Equation Model indicated that digital transformation, digital leadership, and the motivation of the business environment all had positive and significant effects on business decision making and business process performance in the Greater Amman Municipality. To conduct their research, the authors opted to focus on digital transformation, which includes four primary components: process transformation, business model change, domain transformation, and cultural transformation. The following dimensions commander, communicator, collaborator, and co-creator were all indicative of digital leadership. Entrepreneurial motivation could be seen in the word’s communication, hassle-free work environment, mastering the art of constructive criticism, and trust among others. The novel aspect of this study is the model developed to explain the interplay between digital transformation, digital leadership, and entrepreneurial motivation, and how these factors influence business decision making and business process performance at Greater Amman Municipality.

Abstract:
The goal of this study is to develop and verify a model for successful e-Learning based on the experiences of students in the "new normal". From Jordanian universities, 550 students who have taken any e-Learning course were randomly selected. Data were collected via a survey questionnaire, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to test the proposed study model. The findings indicate that contactless learning and high-quality e-learning systems have a beneficial impact on student satisfaction. In addition, e-Learning cognitive involvement was found to solidify e-Learning satisfaction. Furthermore, the results show a positive and significant impact of e-Learning cognitive involvement and e-Learning satisfaction on e-Learning achievement. Also, e-Learning system quality positively affects e-Learning cognitive involvement, besides a direct impact of contactless learning quality on e-Learning cognitive involvement.
