This study was to demonstrate the reasons why people with special needs could not practice activities. The researchers used some descriptive methods which was suitable for the aim of the study. The sample of the study was 42 students with special needs at Hashemite university. The researchers used a scale consist of 5 dimensions; physical, facilities, social, academic and psychology. The result shows that the academic reason was the main barrier that forbid-den students with special needs to practice physical activities followed by the social reasons, facilities and psychological reasons. The researchers recommend to hold lectures and seminars in order to spread the benefits of physical activity, to build gyms that are suitable for students with special needs, and to employ staff who can deal with different needs.

This study examines the relationship between Arab tourists’ culture and accommodation service quality expectations, and perceptions. Data was collected using a survey from a population sample of 305 respondents and analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression. The results of this study confirmed that demographic characteristics such as age, education level, cultural values of achievement, power, tradition and conformity were the key factors in determining Arab tourists’ expectations. The study delivers vital insights for both tourism and service accommodation sectors in sustaining the incoming flow of Arab tourist to Australia. The implications of these results for industry are also discussed.

The study aimed to find out the effect of the use of an educational software based on the strategy of artificial intelligence on second grade students’ achievement in mathematics and their attitudes towards it. A quasi-experimental curriculum was adopted, and a sample of (34) students from Tagarob International School in Irbid Qsaba Directorate of education was chosen and distributed into an experimental and control groups randomly. The results of the study revealed statistically significant differences in the post test between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group and control group in favor of the students of the experimental group. Moreover, the results revealed statistically significant differences in the experimental and control group students’ attitudes also in favor of the experimental group student’s attitude.

This study aims to cast the light on the impact of lean manufacturing on performing Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies listed in ASE. Data were collected and developed through a questionnaire built on the basis of previous studies. The number of companies that answered the questionnaire questions was 38 companies out of 45 companies, which means that the percentage of the study sample reached 84.44% of the study community. The results showed that lean manufacturing has an impact on the performance in its three dimensions; namely operational, financial, and the environmental. The improvement of operational, financial and environmental performance, as a result of applying lean manufacturing method was optimized to 9.2%-11.8%. In fact, the pharmaceutical industries were the most sectors that apply the lean manufacturing method, followed by food industry companies and then chemicals companies, which were the lowest sector that applies lean manufacturing method.

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between Human Resources Management Practices (HRMP) and Job Engagement with mediating role of Psycho-logical Capital (PsyCap) in Telecommunications companies in Jordan (Zain, Orange, Umniah). The researcher relied on descriptive analytical method to analyze and classify the data to achieve the objectives of the study and to identify the variables of the study. A total of (270) questionnaires are sent out to the top and middle management of Jordanian telecom companies in Amman (Zain, Orange, Umniah), 9 questionnaires are excluded, as they were not valid for statistical analysis. The number of questionnaires analyzed are 261 (96.7%). The results showed that there was an impact of the dimensions (Jobs analysis and description, Selection and recruitment, Training, Performance appraisal) on Job Engagement and Psychological Capital. Also, the results indicate an impact of Psychological Capital on Job Engagement and there is a partial impact of the Psychological Capital, that is, there is an impact of Human Resources Management Practices through the moderator variable (Psychological Capital).

This research paper intends to contribute to the overall understanding of the relationship between Lean Manufacturing techniques and the achievement of Competitive Priority, including continuous improvement, comprehensive manufacturing maintenance, cellular manufacturing, rapid installation / quick changeover and Five-S-Workplace Organization, by analyzing the role of the technological process as a mediating factor. This study aims to evaluate the impact of these factors on competitive priority through evaluating the technological process as a mediating factor in clothing companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, which is considered as one of the important industrial sectors in Jordan. A random sample was applied to the population of this study consisting of all executives, department managers and employees specialized in operating companies. A total of 156 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) technique, which depends on the Structure Equation Modeling approach. Based on the findings of the statistical analysis, it has been concluded that the lean manufacturing techniques impact on competitive priority. The indirect effect of process technology on the relationship between Manufacturing Techniques and competitive priorities was considered to be statistically significant. The results also show that the direct effect value of the Manufacturing Techniques variable on the competitive priorities (dependent) variable (in the presence of mediator) was (0.353). The study recommends the deployment of Spread the philosophy of lean manufacturing for all organizations and use modern technology to improve productivity.

Social media has become one of the most effective tools for marketing and promotion of brands. Given this importance of social media, it is therefore critical for brands to develop quality content for their brand pages and frequently interact with consumers. Using theoretical lens of Stimulus-Organism-Response (S–O-R) paradigm, this research aims to study the impact of content quality and brand interactivity on purchase intention via mediation of brand awareness. To this end, we collected data from n = 282 millennial shoppers of sportswear to test hypothesized relationships. Our findings suggest that content quality and brand interactivity significantly impact purchase intention. It is further revealed that brand awareness mediates the relationship between content quality and purchase intention as well as brand inter-activity and purchase intention. This research provides new theoretical insights into social media marketing and consumer behavior research by linking content quality and brand interactivity to purchase intention.

The objective of the study is to investigate the mediating role of the productivity of the banks sector in Jordan based on the relationship between human resources and strategic performance from the point of view of the senior management managers and functional unit managers (human resources, marketing, finance and accounting). Human resources were measured through human resource activities. The population of the current study represented all the commercial banks in Jordan, the total number of which is 26. A survey questionnaire is prepared based on the published literature, and the data are collected from 371 respondents from the targeted banks. The necessary tests to ensure reliability and validity are performed using SPSS. The results indicate that human resources positively affected strategic performance and productivity. The findings also revealed that productivity positively mediated the relationship between human resources and the commercial banks' strategic performance.

The continues growth of online network is visible and obvious which extend the impact of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on different online platforms that has dramatically increased. Subsequently consumer buying decision will be affected as well. Online trust is a significant factor here due to its role in influencing airline e-ticket purchasing intention. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of online trust on mediating the relationship between e-WOM and airline e-ticket purchasing intention. The online research questionnaire survey technique was used in this research to examine the dimensions on E-WOM, online trust, and purchasing intention on airline e-ticket purchasing intention towards 311 respondents. Purposive sampling techniques was used in this research and structural equation modeling was used to test the research hypotheses. The study results confirm that E-WOM has an impact on online trust and airline e-ticket purchasing intention. The findings of this research provide valuable information to future researchers and airline companies’ marketers and managers who employ on booking system, also it is useful for individuals to pay more attention on the credibility of E-WOM and whether or not they should trust the source.

The purpose of this study is to offer better understanding to the dimensions of e-service quality and relationship quality by building on previous literature on e-service quality of tourism sector in Jordan. Moreover, the study also aimed to study the influence of Electronic Service Quality on relationship quality within the tourism sector in Jordan from the customer's perspective. The Electronic Service Quality is represented by information quality, ease of use, reliability, privacy and responsiveness. The population of the study consisted international tourists, who visited (Dead Sea) Jordan during summer 2019. A convenient random sample was taken amounted (400) participants and PLS was used to examine the study hypotheses. The researchers found that there was statistically significant influence of the Electronic Service Quality on relationship quality. The study also indicates that ease of use, privacy and responsiveness had significant positive influence on relationship quality. The researchers recommended the use of electronic services and focus on the dimensions of e-service quality on tourism electronic services especially in Jordan.
