The present invention provides a modular drilling assembly having a module for contactless power and data transfer over a nonconductive gap between rotating and non-rotating members of a steering module. The gap usually application data contains a non-conductive fluid, such as drilling fluid, or oil for operating hydraulic devices in the down-hole tool. The down-hole tool in one embodiment is a modular drilling assembly wherein a drive shaft is rotated by a down-hole motor to rotate a drill bit attached to the bottom end of the drive shaft. Generally, there are two main sections on mud motor which are bearing section and power section. The power section generally includes a housing which houses a motor stator within which a motor rotor is rotationally mounted. The power section converts hydraulic energy into rotational energy by reverse application of the Moineau pump principle. The stator has a plurality of helical lobes which define a corresponding number of helical cavities. The rotor has a plurality of lobes which number one fewer than the stator lobes and which define a corresponding plurality of helical cavities. Generally, the greater the number of lobes on the rotor and stator, the greater the torque generated by the motor. Fewer lobes will generate less torque but will permit the rotor to rotate at a higher speed. Based on torque and rotate speed, determine the optimum power can be produced by power section configurations.

Health services, especially hospitals, are facing significant changes in the industrial era 4.0. Hospital digitization is responsible for building green hospitals and improving service quality in the era of modern technology. Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) is becoming known as the HRM concept that encourages employee commitment and environmental aspects. GHRM is an HR management system suitable for organizations, including hospitals that have a significant environmental impact. Hospitals are very dependent on the quality of service provided to their customers. GHRM as a management model in hospitals is very important to encourage hospital digitization and service quality. This research was conducted to answer the gap in hospital research in seeing the effect of GHRM on service quality in digitizing hospitals in the industrial era 4.0. GHRM and Service Quality is used in the healthcare industry to test its application in hospitals in Indonesia. They are using the SEM PLS method, a variant-based structural equation analysis that focuses on predictive models, to look for predictive linear relationships between variables to process data for 1004 respondents from 19 State-Owned Enterprises' hospitals throughout Indonesia. This research can an-swer research gaps related to the effect of GHRM on Service Quality and Hospital Digitalization in Indonesia. Based on Hospital Digitalization, GHRM affects Service Quality, which is closely related to environmental problems.

The number of website visits is an important issue in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 for the manufacturing industry of Refrigeration and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) as an effort in obtaining and maintaining customers. Therefore, e-loyalty is needed to improve the number of website visits. Research is done to test the influence given by e-marketing and e-CRM towards e-loyalty of a website owned by one of the Refrigeration and HVAC (RHVAC) companies in Indonesia. data is collected by a simple random sampling method obtained from 170 respondents of website visitors in the RHVAC fair Indonesia 2018. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression with SEM through the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis result of this research shows that e-marketing and e-CRM have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, both individually and simultaneously.

The advancement of the internet and technology encourages the creation of innovations in various industries in Indonesia. Technology is the key determinant of the competitiveness of the 4.0 industrial revolution so that every organization and individual, including educators and students, can achieve many things. Online-based learning systems result in changes in the behavior of Indonesian consumers who choose learning without time and space boundaries. This study aims to determine how hedonic motivation can influence decisions to use online learning services. This research used quantitative analysis through a survey method that is processed using SMART PLS. The results of this study indicate that hedonic motivation will first influence purchase intention and then influence the decision to use services.

The Covid-19 pandemic has limited freedom of movement. E-commerce sites are growing rapidly and are becoming the main choice today when the virus becomes more prevalent. Trust is the key in creating online shopping satisfaction on e-commerce sites. This research was conducted to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Security on Trust towards E-Satisfaction in the largest e-commerce site in Indonesia called Tokopedia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this research is Tokopedia customers who are members of the Facebook group with a sample size of 400 people. The results of the study show that there was a relationship between the E-Service Quality and Trust, there was no relationship between the E-Service Quality and E-Satisfaction, there was a relationship between the E-Security variable and Trust, there was a relationship between the E-Security variable and E-Satisfaction. There was also a joint influence of E-Service Quality and E-Security variables on Trust, there was a relationship between the Trust variable and E-Satisfaction. This research is a development from the previous research where there was an effect of E-Service Quality and E-Security on E-Satisfaction. By adding the Trust variable as a moderate variable and E-Satisfaction as the dependent variable, the researchers found that the impact of Trust on E-Satisfaction was greater than the direct effect between E-Service Quality and E-Security on E-Satisfaction. Based on these results, it can be seen that the level of trust can increase E-Satisfaction.

Multi-objective optimization is an optimization problem with some conflicting objectives to be attained, simultanously. This paper reviewed literature about multi-objective optimization problems for supply chain management. The review aimed to provide the lastest research views and recomendations for further studies. We discussed the lastest ten years publications about multi-objective optimization for supply chain management. The scope of this review was classified into five categories i.e. problem statements, multi-objective frameworks, mathematical formulation modeling, optimization techniques, and representation of supply chain. Multi-objective optimization approaches, both classical and metaheuristic approaches, were discussed, accordingly. In this review, we conducted conclusion and recomendations about likelihood research directions in future.

In facing business competition in the cement industry, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is making creative and innovative breakthroughs. Poor procurement planning, competence in the procurement of goods and services, hard skills and soft skills, ineffective coordination between divisions, low culture and work discipline, as well as ineffective education and training are the main causes of the ineffective implementation of the e-Procurement system in the company. Employee performance in the e-procurement division is a concern in this study. This study aims to determine the influence of competence, education, training, and employee placement partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach with a confirmative survey method that is descriptive and uses verification. The population and sample of this study is all employees in e-procurement division, as it uses a census sampling technique, amounting to 105 respondents. The data is gathered using questionnaire, documentation, and observation method. Furthermore, the data is then processed using SPSS 24 application. The results of this study show that employee competence, education, training, and employee placement had positive effects on employee performance. The strategy to improve employee performance will be effective by first providing technical training to improve competence in the e-Procurement division, then rearranging the placement by paying more attention to the suitability of individual competencies, expertise, and abilities in carrying out the e-Procurement Standard Operating Procedure.

Today, the retail industry has been overgrowing in offering various products to its customers. The retailer needs excellent support from the supplier to replenish the requirement based on the demand. This support can be achieved by using a secure and fast information system. Retailers, suppliers, and customers should be integrated using information technology and also practicing supply chain management for the benefit of all parties. This study examined the influence of supply chain practices on retailer performance and moderated by information technology. The study has surveyed eighty-six (86) retailer, using a questionnaire, domiciled in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia. Data analysis used SPSS software version 25 to examine the hypothesis. The results showed that supply chain practices had a direct impact on retailer performance; secondly, information technology moderated the effect of supply chain management practices on retailer performance with an increase of 14.70%. Finally, information technology had an impact on increasing retailer performance. This research has an impact on modern retailers to keep adjusting their business with the use of information technology. This finding also contributes to the current research in supply chain management.

To conduct business in the global market in the era of digitalization, hotels need to pay more attention to the complaint behavior of guests with different cultures to adjust their methods of handling these complaints. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Hofstede's five cultural dimensions on the complaint behavior of guests. This study also offers strategic solutions for hoteliers in facing various kinds of complaint behavior from guests with different cultures. This research was conducted on tourists who have stayed in five-star hotels in Badung Regency – Bali, with a total sample of 110 respondents. The data were col-lected through questionnaires. The data analysis was performed using the structural equation model (SEM) with the partial least square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that the power distance cultural dimension has a significant influence on public action and private action. Uncertainty avoidance, individualism versus collectivism, and long term versus short term orientation dimension have a significant influence on public action and private action. The culture of masculinity versus femininity has a significant influence on private action and no action.

The manufacturing industry always tries to improve performance amid the trade globalization. Demand and supply uncertainty, and increasingly the intense competition, prosecute the presence of an affective leadership to integrate the company's internal and external resources in improving company performance. This research investigates the role of affective leadership in firm performance through an internally integrated system and external integration in FMCG companies. Data collection used questionnaires, designed with a five-point Liker scale, were distributed to 55 fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing companies. The data analysis used the PLS technique utilizing smart PLS software to assess the validity and reliability of the outer model and to examine the hypotheses developed. The results of the hypothesis testing found that affective leadership can improve internal system integration, external integration, and firm performance. Internal system integration has an impact on external integration but is not strong enough to have a direct effect on firm performance. The internally integrated system has an influence on firm performance through external integration. The company's ability to share information with external partners can improve firm performance through demand fulfillment. The study provides a managerial implication on how to enhance firm performance in the context of internal and external system integration. The finding of this research enriches the current studies in supply chain management.
