Economic development is required to be associated with sustainable environmental protection and is considered as an urgent need in the current period. Research on the factors that determine the use of green production activities is carried out in Vietnam through a survey of 202 businesses, through Cronbach's alpha reliability analysis method, exploring EFA factors and regression analysis, research results show that the benefits of green growth, the effectiveness of communication and the quality of human resources have a positive impact on promoting green growth, while there is no influence of state policies on green growth.

In supply chain management, the employed forecasting algorithm plays a very vital and crucial role in how a particular business performs well in the market. This study proposes a time series based forecasting model to help in designing an effective make-to-stock supply chain mechanism for tackling the large number of suppliers (suppliers diversion) and products (items diversion). The proposed technique extends the traditional ARIMA model to ARIMA Double Layering Technique (DLT) where the algorithm is implemented in two layers: first one is to obtain the number of orders level, and the other layer is implemented at the quantity level. The systematic implementation procedure of our approach is illustrated through a real case study. The accuracy evaluation and consistency of the results show that ARIMA -DLT provides superior forecasting when compared with ML-based models which provides insightful managerial views to other similar forecasting problems.

A series of all novels 4(3-(4-Fluorophenyl)2-methyl-1-(4-(sulfonamidesubtituted)phenyl)-4-oxoazitidin-2-yl)-3-methyl-1-(p-tolyl)-1H-pyrazol-5(4H) One 5a-5r poly functionalized derivatives were containing sulfonamide functionality united with 2-Azitidinone (Azitidin-2-one or β-lactam) group which designed and synthesized with moderate to good yield. The starting with 4-acyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (APYZ) 1 which condensed with different sulfonamides 2 produced intermediate Schiff bases 4-(arylideneamino)-N-(thiazol-2-yl)benzensulfonamide 3a-r were cyclization with 2-(4-flourophenyl)chloroacetylchloride (F-CAC) 4 which produced targeted compounds 5a-5r of 2-Azitidinone versatile group in good yield. The isolated compounds were recognized by spectral and elemental investigation. The compounds 5f, 5l, 5n, and 5r showed excellent increased antibacterial activity compared to streptomycin standard drug and 5c, 5f, 5l, 5o, and 5r showed moderate to good antioxidant properties with used DPPH radical scavenging assay.

This work presents a comprehensive synthesis method for the development of a new hyperbranched unsaturated polyester resin (HUPR). The resin is synthesized by modifying dehydrated castor oil fatty acid (DCOFA) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene, dicyclopentadiene-maleate (DCPD-M), and trimethylol propane diallyl ether (TMPDE). The synthesis process involves the radical addition reaction of DCOFA with MMA and styrene, followed by the addition of DCPD-M and TMPDE to form a HUPR. The resulting resin exhibits enhanced properties, making it a promising candidate for car body putty in the polymer industry.

Vietnam is a rapidly developing country associated with changes in socio-economic activities, especially both public and private services. The service industry is making a practical contribution to economic growth and is gaining a great position. To help a society develop harmoniously, the economy must satisfy people's ability to access services, especially basic services such as education, healthcare, legality, transportation, security and safety. The aims of the study are to estimate factors affecting legal service quality, and based on the survey in three provinces in Vietnam: Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai and through quantitative analysis, the research results show that there are five factors that positively affect service quality, which are: (1) government; (2) head of the unit; ⁠(3) influencer; (4) opinions of people around; and (5) organizations and individuals providing services. The research results also discuss some solutions to increase service quality and sustainable development of Vietnam in the coming time.

New analogues of pulmonarin B were synthesized from (3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl)acetic acid derivatives, and their antibacterial and antibiofilm activities against E. coli, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa were evaluated. The antibacterial activity of synthesized ammonium salts against the methicillin-resistant strain of S. aureus 222 depends on the length of the alkyl chain. Bisquaternary ammonium salt 5 demonstrated better activity against S. aureus 222, E. coli 311, and P. aeruginosa 449 compared to mono-alkylated derivatives. Analogues of pulmonarin B 5 and 4d reduced S. aureus 222 biofilm formation by 74.5% and 89.4%, respectively. In addition,
compound 4c turned out to be the most active against the biofilm formation of P. aeruginosa 449 (biomass decreased by 39.8%).

Future global economic stability is under significant threat from environmental risks. Rural peat areas are particularly susceptible due to their elevated levels of hazard, vulnerability, and limited capacity. Acknowledging these risks is pivotal for fostering a low-carbon development trajectory. This study analyzes the environmental risk in rural peat areas within Riau Province. The PROMETHEE method, incorporating Shannon Entropy weighting for data analysis, was employed. The findings reveal that four regencies are exhibiting favorable environmental risk conditions and five regencies facing adverse conditions. The criteria influencing the environmental risk of rural peat in Riau Province showcase various positive and negative contributions across each regency. The sensitivity analysis underscores the resilience of forest fires and the social forest program in three regencies. Recognizing environmental risk can serve as a foundation for decision-makers to formulate sustainable development policies.

One significant and elegant method for creating β-amino alcohols, which are useful intermediates for the synthesis of many different natural and synthetic pharmaceutical compounds, is to open the rings of epoxides with amines. When sulfated tin oxide catalyst (2 mol%) is present, epoxides can open their rings and react with amines to produce corresponding β-amino alcohols in good to high yields under mild circumstances. Under clean circumstances and in a short amount of time, the reaction demonstrated high regioselectivity and functioned well with both aromatic and aliphatic amines at room temperature.

Indonesia's enduring vision 2045 requires sustained growth driven by productivity and human resources quality. A goal attainable only through a workforce proficient in critical thinking and digital literacy. Despite the acknowledged significance of digital literacy, there is limited empirical evidence on its effects, especially concerning employment prospects. While information and digital literacy are increasingly recognized as vital competencies within organizations, existing literature has somewhat overlooked the literacy levels of employees. This study aims to explore the impact of information and digital literacy on employees' perspectives regarding the utility and user-friendliness of digital technologies, subsequently assessing the implications for their overall employability in Indonesia. A survey involving 258 Indonesians. Data collecting is conducted through questionnaires and analysis using structural equation modeling investigates the factors influencing employability using the Technology Acceptance Model. The findings reveal that in Indonesia, there is a heightened emphasis on computer literacy and information literacy in both educational and professional realms. This might be due to the Indonesian education system and industry standards prioritizing these specific digital competencies, considering them essential for navigating technology, accessing information, and effectively utilizing digital tools in the professional sphere.

This research introduces an eco-friendly green Reverse-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for detecting and quantifying meropenem trihydrate. Traditional methods use buffered solutions, gradient mobile phases, and longer retention times, but this method offers a rapid RP-HPLC technique with a C8 column and isocratic mobile phase (60% methanol, 40% ultra-pure water), eliminating the need for buffers and acetonitrile. It features a short 2.1-minute retention time and a high r² value of 0.9995. It delivers accuracy (101.1-102.3%) and precision (RSD ≤ 2%), coupled with low LOD and LOQ values of 1.72 and 5.20 µg/ml. Aqueous dilution simplifies sample preparation, reducing degradation and interference. The method is compared with an HPTLC method, showing an extended linear range (6.25-200 µg/ml for HPLC, 7.81-62.5 µg/ml for TLC) and high sensitivity, making it significant for meropenem trihydrate quality control in bulk and dosage forms.
