Abstract:
The paper aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of strategic decisions on organizational excellence, through employee empowerment, as an intermediate variable in Qatari commercial banks, where this study is quantitative and uses the descriptive cause-effect approach. The population of this study includes all directors, assistants, deputies, department managers, and branch managers in the six Qatari Commercial Banks, while the field survey method was used for this study. The population number was 336 participants from whom the researchers retrieved 270 questionnaires valid for statistical analysis. The study found that: the level of effectiveness of strategic decisions on organizational excellence and employee empowerment in Qatari commercial banks is high. The findings also showed that there was a significant effect of the effectiveness of strategic decisions on organizational excellence through employee empowerment as an intermediate variable. The study recommended the need for more studies to maintain the approach of the effectiveness of strategic decisions and employee empowerment in Qatari commercial banks, for their important role in organizational excellence, specifically giving freedom of action to employees to solve and encounter work problems.

Abstract:
Current study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge management and performance excellence through the effect of knowledge management (KM) on technological vigilance within pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations in Jordan. Depending on quantitative approach, 270 questionnaires were distributed among employees and leaders of 49 pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations in Jordan to examine the effect of KM and its chosen variables, Organizational Culture, Leadership, Organizational Processes, Organization's Politics and Strategies, on delivering organization to performance excellence through the mediating role of technological vigilance. Results of the study indicate a positive influence of KM on delivering organization to excellence; this influence was attributed to mainly leadership as the basic driver. The results also indicate that technological vigilance mediates the relationship between knowledge management and delivering the organization to the state of performance excellence. Moreover, the study results indicate that KM enhances the organization's ability to retain and improve organizational performance and helps deliver it to excellence based on experience and knowledge. Knowledge management allows the institution to define the required knowledge, document, develop, share, apply and evaluate this knowledge and it is an approach for excellent performance. Study recommends increasing efforts towards providing the requirements of applying knowledge management, and the need for organizational structures to be horizontal and flexible, and there must be conscious and eager leadership to apply knowledge management and encourage the exchange of information, and the need for organizational culture to be conducive to the application of knowledge.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurship is vital for enhancing an organization position among its rivals and may establish new opportunities. The positive effects of entrepreneurship are realized, however, if the business environment is receptive to innovation; especially the internal environment within its leadership, it can act as a motivator for it. This study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurship on organizational excellence through the mediating role of visionary leadership, where the study population was the managers at different levels in the Jordan commercial bank. A random sample was used to collect data from (54) branch distributed between Jordan and West Bank, where the sample consisted of (183) distributed questionnaires, while the valid questionnaires for statistical analysis were (154), which is reflected a responding rate of (84.15%) of distributed questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied as a statistical method to attain the study objectives and testing its hypotheses. The study results indicated that entrepreneurship with its dimensions (innovativeness, pro-activeness, risk-taking, and aggressive competition) had a significant impact on both visionary leadership and organizational excellence, also visionary leadership had a significant impact on organizational excellence, while the mediating test referred that the visionary leadership played a partial mediating role between entrepreneurship and organizational excellence. Consequently, the study concluded that external and internal environments could act as a motivator for entrepreneurship and consequently for achieving organizational excellence through having visionary leadership and flexible structures and policies.

Abstract:
The primary objective of the present study was to examine the impact of total quality management (TQM) practices on the performance of organization performance of Arab American University Palestine. The study was also interested in examining the role of organizational excellence in organizational performance and also investigated the impact of organizational excellence in the relationship between TQM practices and organizational performance. To achieve the objective of the current study, we employed the structural equation modeling using statistical package of smart PLS-3. The questionnaires were distributed among the administrative staff of the university. Prior to establishing direct and indirect links between variables, we accessed the measurement of model and after establishment of the model fit, the structural model was used to examine the hypothesized relationships and the results confirmed the hypotheses of the survey. In other words, TQM practices had significant relationship with organizational performance and organizational performance had significant relationship with organizational performance. Moreover, TQM had a positive and significant effect on the organizational Excellence. Finally, organizational excellence also mediated the relationship between TQM and organizational performance.

Abstract:
This study empirically examines the impact of strategic thinking on organizational excellence in Jordan's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. Adopting a quantitative methodology, this study surveys a sample of 270 individuals drawn from various ICT companies across Jordan. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) for analysis, the study investigates the effects of different dimensions of strategic thinking on organizational excellence. The findings reveal that among the dimensions studied, dynamic and systematic thinking significantly and positively influenced organizational excellence. These results underscore the critical role that adaptive and methodical approaches to strategic thought play in enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness within the fast-paced ICT sector. The study not only contributes to the theoretical understanding of strategic thinking's relevance in organizational success but also offers practical insights for ICT companies aiming to achieve excellence in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the role of electronic human resource management (E-HRM) in contemporary organizational excellence in Jordan Social Security Corporation (SSC) to understand how SSC organizational excellence was impacted by E-HRM in Jordan. A questionnaire was created and delivered to 100 employees in the institution to complete this study. Out of this distribution, 82 usable questionnaires were retrieved for the purpose of analysis. The findings revealed that there was a significant statistical relationship between all functions of E-HRM and organizational excellence. Moreover, the findings revealed that Jordanian social insurance companies should expand the use of E-HRM to attain organizational excellence in all areas. Discussion, conclusion, and future work are depicted at the end of this study.

Abstract:
This study employs a quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between E-learning and Organizational Excellence in UAE universities. The study focuses on 250 senior and middle administrators from public universities selected through a convenience sampling method. The advanced statistical tools SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze the research data through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal the impact of e-learning dimensions–Technical Knowledge and Management Willingness—on Organizational Excellence. Additionally, the study delves into moderation effects, revealing that Gender, Age, Educational Level, and Experience play pivotal roles in influencing perceptions of e-learning among senior and middle administrators at UAE public universities. This research contributes to the understanding of how e-learning impacts Organizational Excellence within the UAE university landscape while also highlighting the crucial moderating roles of demographic variables. These findings offer valuable insights for educational institutions aiming to optimize e-learning strategies and enhance organizational performance.

Abstract:
Organizational culture plays an important role on increasing organization excellence and there are many evidences through different studies on this relationship. In this paper, we re-examine this relation between organizational culture and six other important factors including quality of leadership, quality of different strategies, quality of human resources, quality of participating in organizational resources, quality of organizational processes and methods of assessment. The study was held among 70 employees of one of distance learning universities located in province of Esfahan, Iran. The study uses Pearson correlation ratio as well as linear regression technique to investigate the relationships. The results confirmed that there are positive and meaningful relationship between organizational culture and quality of leadership, quality of different strategies, quality of human resources, quality of participating in organizational resources, quality of organizational processes but it does not find any meaningful relationship between organizational culture and methods of assessment.

Abstract:
Nowadays organizational excellence is regarded as the world’s most effective and progressive issue and many countries and organizations are attempting in the way of applying excellence. In this way, they attempt to improve such models and according to culture and sociopolitical conditions of each country, they attempt to design several models. The present research has been conducted with principal goal of designing organizational excellence model at cellulose industry of Iran. The study determines its components and aspects, priorities the aspects and components and analyzes relationship among different aspects of organizational excellence model at cellulose industry of Iran. The present research is an applied research with respect to goal and it is a descriptive-analytical method in terms of method. Statistical population of the present research covers all experts in the field of cellulose industry of Iran in which on this basis, the number of statistical sample was 207 people from managers to specialists. Results of research indicate that organizational excellence pattern of cellulose industry is a mixture of different aspects of technical, economic, inner environment, outer environment, motivation and behavioral processes.

Abstract:
Home appliances are considered as one of low margin and competitive industry in the world. This industry often needs significant amount of investment and resources and it often faces with some challenges during economic crises. In this paper, we present a framework for organizational excellence to detect any possible problems in home appliances industry. The proposed framework of this paper is used for a real-world case study of Iranian home appliances. The results of our survey indicate that there are four major dimensions involved with this industry including facilities, knowledge and skills, environment and vision. There are three criteria associated with facilities with 30 indexes, 14 criteria associated with knowledge and skills with 144 indexes, three criteria involved with environment with 33 indexes and five criteria linked with vision with 53 indexes. Therefore, home appliances in our case study needs 4 dimensions for achieving the organizational excellence.
