Abstract:
This research examines mediation supplier integration on relationship between market orientation and company performance, the effect of market orientation on performance, the effect of market orientation on supply chain integration, and the effect of supply chain integration on company performance. The variables used in this study are market orientation, as an exogenous variable, company performance as an endogenous variable, and supply chain integration as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 3 variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in SmartPLS Software version 3.0.m3. The number of samples used in this study were 70 respondents. The results show that market orientation had a significant and significant effect on company performance. The results of this study provide very important implications for the role of management to maintain supply chain integration in the relationship between market orientation and company performance.

Abstract:
This study aims to obtain an overview of hedonic shopping value, a description of behavioral intention, and the magnitude of the influence of hedonic shopping value on behavioral intention with supply chain analysis. The design of this study was cross sectional using a descriptive and verification type approach; namely by exposing the related variables to test the relationship or influence which then formed conclusions. The object of research that is the dependent variable is behavioral intention and hedonic shopping value. The population in this study were members of the Adidas Community 3Foil.id in Indonesia. The method used is probability sampling with a sample size of 218 respondents with characteristics that respondents must be Members of Adidas Community 3Foil.id, at least 18 years old, and have shopped at least more than once on Adidas products and intend to buy back. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings of this study show that the existence of hedonic shopping value and behavioral intention is in a fairly good category. Moreover, hedonic shopping value has a significant influence on behavioral intention. The findings managerially imply that companies stimulate the hedonic motivation of 3Foil.id Adidas Community Members in Indonesia, because hedonic shopping values affect customer satisfaction and consumer behavioral intention in supply chain perspective, especially for multinational companies.

Abstract:
This study explains the role of institutional performance and new product development (NPD) value chain strategies to enhance entrepreneurial competitive advantage. The analysis was based on survey data on 125 entrepreneurial households, taken using the multi-stage random sampling technique in Central Java and Yogyakarta. The path analysis model is used to explain the role and strategy used quantitatively. It was supplemented by a value chain analysis (VCA) model based on a supply chain management (MSC) approach in a more classical, linear, complex, and descriptive sub-sector analysis. The results show that the NPD factors significantly contribute to increasing the entrepreneurial competitive advantage. Furthermore, the NPD value chain strategy, apart from benefiting managers, provides employment opportunities and new markets to the community holistically. Its chain strategy changes the role and atmosphere of people's lives more humane.

Abstract:
Digital development transformation and rapid dissemination of technological innovations, has let various e-retailers site make an advanced investment to get the benefit of the latest business opportunity for building innovations. Thus, this study identifies the main effect of perceived e-retailers websites innovativeness on supply chain performance, functional competences, perceived self-congruence, customer hope, perceived service advantages, word of mouth behavior, and hedonic value. Data used in this study were collected from banking customers who own a visa card that allows them excute an online payment and the sample was tested on the analysis model using (SEM-PLS) tool. The results of the study support that e-retailers' website innovativeness was positively associated with the constructs of each innovation factor. The given analyses supervise practitioners for better management of e-retailers website innovation implementation along with the supply chain performance.

Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to assess the impact of transactional leadership on supply chain quality management and performance in tourism and travel enterprises in Vietnam. The analysis results were conducted on 298 typical tourism and travel enterprises in Vietnam in 2019. The testing results of the hypotheses show that transactional leadership had a positive impact on supply chain quality management and performance. At the same time, supply chain quality management did not play any full mediate role in the relationship between transactional leadership and performance. However, the qualification level had a statistically significant moderate role in the relationship between transactional leadership and performance. With the more highly qualified leaders, the more transactional leadership is applied, the higher the business performance for tourism and travel enterprises in Vietnam.

Abstract:
The objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of the product element and logistics service quality on the customer experience within construction industries. A questionnaire was developed for data collection based on the gap analysis identified in the literature review. The questionnaire was administered face-to-face to customers associated with the construction industry. A structural model was created and the data were analysed by Structural Equation Modelling using IBM SPSS-AMOS Statistics for Windows version 21. Two aspects of product specialization and four aspects of customer experience were identified as key constructs for customer satisfaction. Product specialization was dependent on product marketing and product attributes. Customer experience was dependent on reputation, confidence, information and expertise. The analysis showed that product specialization and customer experience were major contributors to customer satisfaction. Recommendations using these findings were made for participating construction companies to restructure their business strategies to offer better services vital to customer satisfaction and better business.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to empirically evaluate the associations of information technology, supply chain management, and logistic capability with a competitive advantage of some Saudi Arabia industry during the year of 2020 using Resource-based Theory. Using the information from a self-administered survey with an ultimate sample of 118 respondents, the outcome of Multiple Regression indicates a significant positive correlations of information technology, supply chain management, and logistics capabilities strategies with a competitive advantage. The outcome of this study should be applied by the company’s top management to improve their supply chain management within strategic plans, as a result, increase the magnitude of their competitive advantage and financial performance.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the different impacts that some factors may exert on the probability that an industrial zone-located firm adapts. Recently, industry policy in developing countries tends to spur both SMEs and the industrial zone in terms of adaptation, considering them as the main driver of innovation and growth. However, not all industrial zone-located firms adapt. Departing from an extensive sample of the Vietnam Technology and Competitiveness Survey in combination with the Vietnam Enterprise Survey in 2011-2013, we try to determine those factors that cause firms to become industrial zone-located adaptation SMEs (IA-SMEs, firms fewer than 250 employees, being located in the industrial zone and adapting existing technologies). The analysis results highlight the importance of direct linkages, technology transfer between FDI firms and industrial zone-located adaptation SMEs, economic obstacles, and the interactions between them that cause industrial zone-located adaptation SMEs to adapt in the supply chain (obtained through direct transfer of technology between linked firms).

Abstract:
Green supplier selection is an important group decision making problem that includes not only economic criteria, but also environment and society criteria incorporating vagueness and imprecision. This paper proposes a new integrated quality function deployment (QFD) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) using generalized fuzzy numbers. The proposed approach initially identifies the features that the purchased product should possess in order to satisfy the company’s needs (“WHATs”), and then it seeks to establish the relevant supplier assessment criteria (“HOWs”). Then, the importance of the ‘‘WHATs’’, ‘‘HOWs’’, ‘‘HOWs’’-‘‘WHATs’’ correlation scores, and the impact of each potential green suppliers are determined based on generalized fuzzy numbers. The study applies the TOPSIS approach to rank the green suppliers. A numerical example is used to illustrate the advantages and applicability of the proposed approach.

This article aims to analyze factors affecting the probability that a firm choose to diversify its investment in R& D. Recently, industry policy in developing countries tends to spur SMEs in terms of Research & Development (R& D), considering them as a main driver of innovation and growth. Departing from an extensive sample of the Vietnam Technology and Competitiveness Survey in combination with the Vietnam Enterprise Survey in 2011-2013, we try to determine: (1) those factors that cause young firms to invest in in-house R& D or in outsourced R&D or both (in-house R& D and in outsourced R& D), and (2) what is the difference in the impact of those factors when taking supply-chain foreign direct investment (FDI) linkage, and technology transfer into account. The analysis results highlight the importance of direct linkages, technology transfer between FDI firms and young SMEs, economic obstacles, and the interactions between them that cause SMEs to conduct R& D strategies in the supply chain (obtained through direct transfer of technology between linked firms). Concerning policies must be aware that incentives along supply-chain may better reach the R& D outcomes for SMEs. Important equally, policy-makers must consider a broader range of economic and financial constraint that may influence R& D behavior, apart from export orientation, competitiveness, and market power.
