This study aims to analyze the supply chain performance mediation on the relationship between supplier flexibility, supply agility, and company performance. The population in this study were 100 broilers in the districts / cities in Banten Province. The data to be used in this study are primary data, through sending questionnaires. Development of theoretical models with five hypotheses processed in the analysis using SmartPLS Software version 3.0.m3. The results showed that supplier flexibility and supply agility have a positive and significant effect on company performance, supplier flexibility and supply agility have a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance and supply chain performance has a positive and significant effect as an intervening variable to the company performance. Supply chain mediation has an important role in integrating production processes from upstream to downstream, including establishing good relations between businesses involved in supply chain management to improve the company's performance.

This study examines the mediating effect of supply agility on the relationship between trust and commitment and supply chain performance. The study examines the direct effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance, trust and commitment on supply agility and supply agility on supply chain performance. The study also examines the indirect effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance with supply agility as an intervening variable. The research sample consists of 100 respondents who sell chicken meat in seven districts in Lebak Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia. Data are collected using purposive sampling technique. The statistical tool used is the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that; trust has no effect on supply chain performance, commitment has a significant effect on supply chain performance, trust has a significant effect on supply agility, commitment has a significant effect on supply agility, and supply agility has a significant effect on supply chain performance.

This research examines mediation supplier integration on relationship between market orientation and company performance, the effect of market orientation on performance, the effect of market orientation on supply chain integration, and the effect of supply chain integration on company performance. The variables used in this study are market orientation, as an exogenous variable, company performance as an endogenous variable, and supply chain integration as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 3 variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in SmartPLS Software version 3.0.m3. The number of samples used in this study were 70 respondents. The results show that market orientation had a significant and significant effect on company performance. The results of this study provide very important implications for the role of management to maintain supply chain integration in the relationship between market orientation and company performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in supply chain management. To achieve this purpose, quantitative research approach was used, and the study preferred cross-sectional research design rather than longitudinal research design. Based on literature, six hypotheses were proposed concerning the relationship between international financial reporting and supply chain management. Data were collected from the employees of the dairy companies in Indonesia through area cluster sampling technique. Only those employees were selected having direct relationship with supply chain and accounting activities. Structural equation modelling was sued to test the hypotheses. The results of the study reveal that international financial reporting had significant association with supply chain management. The elements of supply chain accounting quality, namely; value relevance, earnings management and timely loss recognition had significant positive relationship with supply chain management. A better implementation of international financial reporting is the key to enhance the supply chain management.
