Abstract:
In the rapidly evolving landscape of supply chain management, the advent of the metaverse presents a novel frontier with significant potential for enhancing operational effectiveness and excellence. This study aims to examine the effect of metaverse adoption on various dimensions of the supply chain, including resilience, agility, flexibility, and performance. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes survey data from a significant sample size of 737 organizations that have adopted metaverse technology into their supply chain operations. The employment of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) offers a comprehensive understanding of the metaverse's role in enhancing the dynamism and efficiency of supply chains. This study contributes to the emerging field of digital transformation in supply chain management by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of metaverse technology. It bridges the gap in literature regarding the practical application of advanced digital solutions in enhancing supply chain operations and sets a foundation for future research in this area.

Abstract:
The future of the Internet lies in the utilization of contemporary virtual technology, the metaverse is a virtual ecosystem for communication and interaction. This study aims to determine how the metaverse can enhance customer awareness, interest, engagement and experience. The study population consists of customers of retail clothing stores. A questionnaire was developed to collect study data and distribute it electronically. The number of respondents reached (77) customers. Using path coefficients, the results indicate that metaverse can enhance customer awareness, interest, engagement and experience.

Abstract:
Industries all throughout the world are preparing to understand the ramifications of the emerging metaverse, which is a merger of the virtual and physical worlds. Notably, the banking industry stands on the cusp of a monumental shift, with the metaverse offering unprecedented operational enhancements. While the potential transformations brought about by the metaverse are discussed in various sectors, there is a discernible gap in understanding its specific applications in banking, especially with respect to advanced technologies such as NFTs, blockchain, and smart contracts. The study adopts a comprehensive approach to bridge this knowledge gap, employing convenience non-probability sampling to engage 48 subject matter experts specializing in Metaverse-Enabled Innovation in Banking. Data was collected using both mailed and electronic questionnaires. The empirical analysis offers strong evidence supporting the pivotal role of technologies like Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain-Based Assets in the metaverse's preliminary stages. We discover a plethora of business potential for banks within the metaverse, including client communication, cross-border transactions, mortgages, digital assets, green loans, and data security.‎‎

Abstract:
This study delves into the intricate landscape of metaverse technology adoption within higher education institutions in the UAE, investigating the multifaceted interplay of accessibility, technology adaptability, and policies and regulations. Using a cross-sectional research design, data was meticulously collected through a multistage sampling approach, combining probability and non-probability methods. A pretested questionnaire underwent rigorous evaluation, ensuring unbiased item formulation and adherence to best practices. The investigation challenges and extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by revealing unexpected findings. The absence of a significant relationship between accessibility and metaverse adoption prompts a call for an expanded TAM framework. Surprisingly, a negative correlation between technology adaptability and adoption is highlighted, emphasizing the need for a cautious assimilation approach. Moreover, the research underscores the influential role of policies and regulations in metaverse adoption, advocating for a comprehensive TAM framework that encompasses regulatory dynamics. Findings offer practical implications for stakeholders, policymakers, and institutions, emphasizing diverse adoption facets beyond accessibility. The study contributes to the discourse on metaverse adoption and advances theoretical frameworks for technology integration within educational contexts. The methodology's meticulous design underscores the study's rigor, ensuring the robustness of the insights gleaned from the investigation.

Abstract:
The term “metaverse” refers to a virtual reality setting where users may engage in sustained and immersive interactions with other users and digital information. The metaverse offers new potential for entertainment, education, commerce, sociability, and creativity; therefore, it is anticipated to play a significant role in the future of the digital economy. However, the metaverse presents additional difficulties in resolving conflicts that can develop between its users, producers, and providers. Intellectual property rights, privacy, contract enforcement, fraud, harassment, and cybercrime are some of the concerns that may be raised in these conflicts. The existing legal system for settling these conflicts is disjointed and insufficient since it does not consider the metaverse’s unique qualities and complexity. This study investigates the present legal framework to provide fair and effective conflict resolution in the metaverse. It then establishes tenable fundamentals within the context of scientific and legal foundations. and propose a theoretical model named Hybrid Legal Framework for Metaverse Dispute Resolution (HLFMDR).

Abstract:
The metaverse is an imaginary network of parallel universes. Using this technology might liven up dull lecture halls. By expanding synchronous communication into the "metaverse," many individuals may have meaningful conversations and exchange perspectives. This research focuses on finding out how medical students in the UAE feel about the metaverse system. The conceptual model incorporates elements from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), including perceived value and perceived ubiquity as adoption determinants. To test the validity of the suggested framework, a survey was developed and distributed to 369 full-time students at one of the universities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Machine learning (ML) and structural equation modeling using partial least squares (PLS-SEM) are used for data analysis. According to the results, the extent to which users saw value in and adoption of the metaverse system was a significant factor in whether or not they intended to participate. This study was helpful since it elucidated the relative significance of various healthcare components, allowing professionals to prioritize their efforts better.
