This research explains the interaction of marketing intelligence with business intelligence tools and e-marketing strategies for Jordanian companies such as Amazon, Marka VIP, and Khazanti, with a sample size of 317 employees. The authors investigated the direct impact of marketing intelligence on the e-marketing strategy, the moderating role of business intelligence tools, and how jointly both intervening variables affect the firm through Smart PLS 4. These findings indicate that business intelligence tools are crucial in leveraging marketing intelligence toward effective e-marketing strategy development. Therefore, these contributions offer a holistic view of technology-driven marketing practices from a literature perspective and provide practical insights that organizations may utilize in refining their digital marketing approaches.

The aim of this study is to explore benchmarking reasons and their effects on benchmarking success from the perspectives of university managers in different management levels. Six reasons were examined for their role in benchmarking success. These reasons are top management support, university internal assessment, employee participation, benchmarking benefits, benchmarking competitor, and benchmarking partner. Data were gathered by a questionnaire distributed to managers from all levels in public universities. The questionnaire was developed based on related works on benchmarking. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed to the sample members and 167 questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 83.5%. The results indicated university internal assessment is the most influential reason for benchmarking success, followed by benchmarking benefits, benchmarking partner, top management support, and finally, employee participation. It was found that benchmarking competitors had no effect on benchmarking success. Therefore, universities are called for considering such reasons when heading for benchmarking. Researchers also are requested to validate such findings and to explore more reasons for benchmarking success.

This study aims to investigate the effects of internal barriers, including personal traits and cognitive condi-tions, and external barriers, including normative and regulative structures, on entrepreneurial intention among Vietnamese students. By collecting data from 437 students at high schools, universities and colleges in Vietnam, authors employ a quantitative method such as certain descriptive statistics, explorative analysis (EFA), KMO and Bartlett test, correlation coefficient analysis, and logistic regression to examine the relationship be-tween entrepreneurial barriers with different issues including personal traits, cognitive condition, normative and regulative structures, and entrepreneurial intention. The research results show that all four independent variables; namely barriers related to personal traits, cognitive condition, normative and regulative structures had negative effects on entrepreneurial intention. Particularly, cognitive conditions are seen as the most influential barrier to entrepreneurial intention, followed by personal traits, regulative and normative structures.

The author's previous research has found a strong link between project managers adopting an ambidextrous leadership style and improved project performance in the telecommunications industry. This leadership approach, blending Transactional and Transformational elements, has proven to be impactful. Therefore, it is essential to devise methods for enhancing project managers' adeptness in ambidextrous leadership. This study aims to create a prioritized strategy program to enhance project managers' ambidextrous leadership skills in Indonesia's telecommunications sector. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) involved 15 experts as respondents, ensuring a comprehensive perspective from academics, consultants, and practitioners. The study's findings underscore the importance of Ambidextrous Leadership skills, followed by managing stakeholder relationships. The key factor is the Project Manager's role, supported by backing from the company or institution. The primary goal is to enhance Project Performance and improve adaptability to change. The recommended strategy prioritizes a Leadership Development Program followed by a Change Management Development Program. This study emphasizes the practical approach to developing project managers' ambidextrous leadership skills to enhance project performance in Indonesia's telecommunications sector. The focus is on the Leadership Development Program, offering actionable insights for industry professionals.

South Korean manufacturers have dealt with supply chain interruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic as many other manufacturers have around the world; however, it seems that some Korean manufacturers are remarkably resilient. Many Korean manufacturers have withstood perilous supply chain dynamism and maintained operational performance without interruption. This study examines the antecedents of supply chain resilience and operational performance to suggest how other manufacturers can develop and maintain continuous uninterrupted operations even amid dynamic supply chains and global disruption. This is an empirical study of South Korean manufacturers utilizing PLS-SEM analysis with mediation effects. This study examines the interrelationships of six variables including, supply chain disruption orientation, management’s intention, digital infrastructure capability, innovation adoption, supply chain resilience, and operational performance. The implications are meaningful for both scholars and practitioners alike. This paper contributes to literature pertaining to both supply chain management and technology assimilation.

Customer loyalty plays an important role for the success of aviation companies. Most airlines companies rec-ognized that a frequent flyer is about 10 times more valuable than an associational flyer. As a result, it is essen-tial to evaluate determinants of Vietnamese frequent flyers related to loyalty toward American-based airlines like Delta Air Lines. The customer loyalty was impacted by service quality, brand image, perceived value, pric-ing policy, and customer satisfaction. A sample of 300 Vietnamese frequent flyers of Delta Air Lines was col-lected for this study. The primary data was analyzed with SPSS and AMOS. The results indicate that service quality had no impact on customer loyalty of Delta Air Lines frequent flyers in Vietnam while the rest variables maintained some effects. There were several limitations of this study such as sampling, questionnaires design, and data collection. This research also contributed implications for further studies about customer loyalty in aviation industry.

The purpose of this paper is threefold. First, to establish a list of the strategic planning techniques and tools utilized by organizations in business enterprises. Second, to classify these techniques and tools by industry type, i.e., enterprises from different sectors, manufacturing, banking, hospitality, and service industries. Third, to determine the ten most common strategic planning techniques and tools used by these enterprises. A systematic literature review was adopted to attain the purpose of the current research paper covering the period 2006-2021. The review was carried out using Google Scholar platform focusing on articles on business enterprises, i.e., excluding articles on public, healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations. A total of 46 articles were found and classified based on industry type. The Findings shown there are 45 strategic planning techniques and tools used by business enterprises from different sectors, and the most frequent tools are: benchmarking, SWOT analysis, CSFs analysis, TQM, balanced scorecard analysis, competitor analysis, CRM, Porter’s five-forces analysis, customer satisfaction analysis, and PEST analysis. This paper expands the extant literature on strategic planning techniques and tools through focusing on such techniques and tools in business enterprises to develop an updated business-related list for enterprises from different sectors, manufacturing, banking, hospitality, and service industries, as well as identifying the ten most common strategic techniques and tools that business enterprises use in general.

This study investigates the impact of business analytics (BA) on supply chain performance (SCP) in Saudi industrial companies. It also investigates the mediating impact of information systems supporting (ISS) and business process orientation (BPO). A total of 373 respondents working in 38 manufacturing companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) were selected. A scale with acceptable validity and reliability indicators was developed to measure the study variables. The results indicated significant indirect impact of the business analytics (planning, supply, make, delivery) on supply chain performance as ISS and BPO mediate this impact. Based on the results, a set of recommendations were proposed, industrial companies in KSA must develop the analytical capabilities for managers by increasing awareness of the benefits achieved from using business analytics approaches. It is a critical precedent for supply chain SC efficiency, and for companies to enhance their analytical capabilities with good ISS and process orientation to utilize in analyzing vast amounts of internal and external data. Directions for future research are also presented in this paper.

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership style, work-life balance, and employee engagement on the ship crew’s work effectiveness of 290 ship crews. The study is performed using a sample technique through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling taken from the population of 1050 ship crew of passengers of vessel at Port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Indonesia. The study uses quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling, with the help of the Lisrel program. The result of this study shows that leadership style, work-life balance and employee engagement directly and positively influence the work effectiveness. The benefit for Indonesia National Shipping is that through the improvement of leadership style of the officers, work-life bal-ance, and employee engagement, the Indonesia National Shipping may improve the work effectiveness of eve-ry ship crew. The findings provide a model for employee engagement and work effectiveness of national shipping ship crew. The output of this study states that every change in the quality of ship officer’s leadership style, quality of work-life balance and employee engagement directly and positively influenced the ship crew’s work effectiveness of Indonesia National Shipping.

Indonesia's economic growth has been steady at 5% in recent years, supported by the development of the real sector, and market demand for property needs has also increased. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, in 2022, the property industry sector absorbed 4,373,950 workers or 4.6% of the total workforce in Indonesia. It contributed significantly to the country's economic growth in the national GDP. This research will test whether, if companies can increase the value of their investments, their performance will improve, supported by the solution variables: Property Management, Quality Project Management, Digital Innovation, and the factor of Environmental Dynamism, to strengthen the statement of the impact of Value Investing on firm performance. This study employs SEM-PLS version 3 software to measure the variables used. The sample consists of the largest property companies in Indonesia listed on the IDX over five years (2018-2022) with the criteria of having more than 10 entities. The research results were obtained using a questionnaire (survey). An interesting finding from this research is that environmental dynamism has no moderating effect on value investing on company performance. Good environmental dynamism cannot increase or decrease value investing to improve company performance. The influence of investment value on company performance does not only depend on its intrinsic principles but is also influenced by environmental dynamics.
