Abstract:
This study examines how circular value is created under conditions of structural fragility, disruption, and resource scarcity, where prevailing circular supply chain theories offer limited explanatory power. While prior research emphasizes efficiency and optimization, it provides limited insight into how circular supply chains function when stable infrastructure, predictable flows, and formal coordination mechanisms are absent. Drawing on dynamic capabilities theory and insights from humanitarian logistics, this study proposes a conceptual framework that reconceptualizes circular value creation as an adaptive and capability-mediated process. The framework posits that digital circular capabilities, sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring, enable organizations to develop adaptive reverse logistics systems, which serve as the primary mechanism through which circular value is realized under constrained conditions. Structural fragility and disruption intensity are introduced as boundary conditions shaping the effectiveness of these relationships. The study contributes by reframing circular supply chain theory beyond efficiency-based assumptions, extending dynamic capabilities to disrupted and resource-constrained environments, and positioning reverse logistics as a central adaptive mechanism for circular value recovery. By integrating insights from humanitarian logistics and circular supply chain research, the study advances a more context-sensitive understanding of supply chain functioning under disruption.

Abstract:
Products produced by manufacturing companies are always required to meet the requirements set by customers. Manufacturing companies need to maintain product quality by involving internal company components and external partners by using integrated information technology to become supply chain quality integration. All components in the supply chain flow must be committed to maintaining product quality in their respective roles. The research aims to ensure that technology information integration can impact firm performance through supply chain quality integration and resilience. Data collection on manufacturing companies in Java using purposive sampling found 162 companies that had received ISO certification. Respondents were determined to be employees at the middle management level and had worked for a minimum of 3 years. Data processing used partial least squares version 4 to answer all research hypotheses. The data processing results showed that information technology integration influenced supply chain quality integration by 0.588 and supply chain resilience by 0.523 and had no significant effect on increasing firm performance. Supply chain quality integration influences supply chain resilience by 0.288 and increases firm performance by 0.496. Lastly, Supply chain resilience has a positive and significant effect on increasing firm performance by 0.169. The research results provide a practical contribution to the company's top management in maintaining the role and function of technology information integration and the ISO system in maintaining supply chain quality integration. Theoretical contribution to enrich the theory of total quality management and supply chain management.

Abstract:
Coal mining is a very important sector in Indonesia, but there has been a decline in the realization of coal production in recent years, so this can reduce state revenues. One of the big challenges in the mining sector is the uncertainty of the mining business, such as information technology and sustainability concerns, that affect the mining industry's supply chain procedure. The purpose of this examination is to identify and determine the performance of supply chain resilience in the face of business uncertainty by determining the function of IT capabilities and sustainability practices in coal mining contractors. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method approach that was carried out using a structured survey instrument. The methodology employed in this study is built on purposive sampling, which is a non-probability selection method. The researchers used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine data that were gathered from a sample of 128 project managers of coal mining contractors in Indonesia. The findings of this study demonstrated that project operational performance was significantly and favorably impacted by supply chain resilience. Additionally, a major and advantageous mediating IT skill in the operational execution of projects is supply chain resilience. Furthermore, it was shown that the use of IT capacity and the implementation of sustainability practices had a noteworthy and favorable influence on enhancing the performance of mining contractor projects. This research also provides information that environmental dynamism does not significantly moderate supply chain resilience on mining project performance. The novelty of this research is the contribution of supply chain resilience as an important resource for organizations that are integrated with IT capabilities to encourage increased project operational performance, especially for coal mining contractors. Additionally, research is still rarely carried out in between sustainability practices and supply chain resilience in the mining sector. It is concluded that coal mining contractor projects need to build supply chain resilience at the site amidst the uncertainty of the coal mining business.

Abstract:
This study aims at investigating the roles of supply chain integration and innovation on supply chain performance through a mediation mechanism of supply chain. This study develops a theoretical framework based on resource-based view and dynamic capability theory. Based on a quantitative study of 214 Saudi hospitals, an empirical analysis was made using a structural equation modelling with AMOS. Results revealed that supply chain integration and innovation positively affect supply chain resilience and performance. In addition, supply chain resilience has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance. Most significantly, the relationships of supply chain integration and of innovation to supply chain performance were found to be partially mediated by supply chain resilience. These results showed that integration and innovation have direct effects to improve supply chain performance and indirect ones when hospitals make efforts in developing their resilience. This study is important for top managers of Saudi hospitals to integrate their supply chains and innovate them to improve their resilience and performance.

Abstract:
The epidemic of the COVID-19 has spread rapidly worldwide. This phenomenon has changed people's lifestyles as well as business activities. Many businesses are unable to operate normally, which is caused /or affected by supply chain disruption. Therefore, supply chain resilience after the COVID-19 pandemic is essential to maintaining the liquidity of businesses and increasing supply chain efficiency. This research aimed to examine factors influencing supply chain resilience and construct a structural equation model for supply chain resilience after the COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand's industries. A research framework was developed according to previous literature in the context of supply chain resilience. Five constructs, namely Technology, Flexibility, Collaboration, Agility, and Supply chain resilience, with seven hypotheses were established. A questionnaire survey was developed from the research framework and previous literature. Then, the validity and reliability test of the questionnaire were performed with the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) technique and Cronbachโ€™s alpha, respectively. The data was obtained from 426 business organizations in both the industrial and service industry in Thailand. The structural equation model (SEM) technique was conducted to examine the relationship between constructs. The results revealed that agility was only a factor that directly influenced supply chain resilience, while technology had an indirect effect on it via agility. However, technology has had direct effects on flexibility, agility, and collaboration.

Abstract:
Under its Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia has heavily invested in mega construction projects such as NEOM and QIDDIYA, where logistics resilience is critical due to environmental, infrastructural, and operational uncertainties. This study proposes an IoT-enabled framework for managing project disruptions via real-time sensing, environmental stress indicators, and predictive modeling. Using a dataset of 1,000 logistics events, multiple statistical and machine learning models were applied to evaluate the impact of IoT deployment on delivery delays caused by disruptions, cost variability, and environmental stress. The findings indicate that IoT integration significantly reduces delay volatility and enhances cost predictability. However, disruptions like traffic and weather partially attenuate these benefits. Environmental stress had a minor but consistent influence on logistics risk exposure. A mediation analysis revealed no significant indirect effect of IoT on delay through environmental stress, suggesting a more direct intervention pathway. A decision dashboard is also proposed to visualize delay triggers and automate risk signaling. Theoretical implications extend the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to construction logistics, emphasizing real-time sensing as the key performance enabler. Managerial implications suggest full IoT adoption in NEOM and QIDDIYA logistics and real-time SCM dashboarding. Future research may incorporate ensemble learning and edge-based IoT to improve predictive capacity. This study demonstrates the feasibility and strategic value of IoT-based disruption control in transforming mega-infrastructure supply chains.

Abstract:
Blockchain technology is revolutionizing all sectors of industries including the healthcare one. Blockchain technology applications have been realized in healthcare as they have the potential to revolutionize healthcare systems. Integrating blockchain into the design of supply chain design leads to decentralizing the management of the supply chain, and, in turn, improves workflow efficiency and reduces the various security threats. Therefore, this study aimed at examining the impact of integrating blockchain technology, into supply chain practices, on supply chain transparency and resilience. By adopting the organizational information processing theory, this study developed a research model that explored the impact of blockchain technology features including data quality, smart contracts, and traceability on supply chain resilience and transparency. Furthermore, this study examined the effect of supply chain transparency on supply chain resilience. The data was collected, from healthcare industry personnel, in Jordan, using an electronic survey. In total, 215 participants responded to the questionnaire. RStudio- 2022.07.1 was used to conduct the data analysis. Results revealed that data quality significantly and positively affects supply chain transparency and resilience. In addition to that, results indicated that while smart contracts are positively related to supply chain transparency, they do not affect supply chain resilience. Also, traceability was found to be positively related supply chain transparency and resilience. Finally, it was found that blockchain-driven supply chain transparency positively impacts blockchain-driven supply chain resilience. The results imply that integrating blockchain technology into the supply chain can enhance both supply chain transparency and resilience, and, in turn, provide the supply chain the capability of recovering to its original state should it encounter disruptive events. The outcomes of this study can help supply chain managers and other stakeholders to develop strategies and tactics to best utilize blockchain technology to enhance blockchain-driven supply chain transparency and resilience.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of supply chain risk management on supply chain resilience in the presence of Internet-of-Things as an intermediate variable. In other words, the study seeks to identify whether supply chain risk management completely affects supply chain resilience. Collecting data by a questionnaire from a sample composed of managers of Jordanian industrial firms, the results show that supply chain risk management has a direct and indirect effect on supply chain resilience through Internet-of-Things. These results do not support the hypothesis that supply chain risk management completely affects supply chain resilience and accepted the hypothesis that Internet-of-Things intervenes the effect of supply chain risk management on supply chain resilience. The study contributes to the literature through filling a research gap regarding the mediating role of Internet-of-Things in the relationship between supply chain risk management and supply chain resilience and contributes to the industry through instructing managers to adopt technologies such as Internet-of-Things to help their firms cope with supply chain risks.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to identify the effect of supply chain resilience as measured by supply chain flexibility, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain agility on supply chain performance. A sample consisting of employees from chemical industrial companies in Jordan was selected to collect data using an electronic questionnaire. Analyzing data via SmartPLS 3.0, the results showed that supply chain collaboration and supply chain agility as key dimensions of supply chain resilience had significant effects on supply chain performance, while supply chain flexibility exerted insignificant effect on supply chain performance. Therefore, managers are recommended to improve their firmsโ€™ abilities to carry out effective work with partners and to enhance firmsโ€™ abilities to respond quickly to unpredictable changes. Scholars are also requested to conduct further studies such as investigating the effect of supply chain redundancy on supply chain performance.

Abstract:
Disruptive impact as the Covid-19 pandemic reduces the motivation of managers working in the supply chain function. A motivation as organizational commitment is crucial for organizations to foster supply chain resilience through enhancement of internal and external supply chain integration. This study draws upon the budgeting literature to explore the role of participative budgeting on the supply chain resilience amid Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected from 191 managers working in supply chain functions of organizations operating in industrial zones in Vietnam. The technique of partial least square structural equation modelling was used to assess data. The results suggest that Covid-19's disruptive impact increases participative budgeting, which results in organizational commitment. This commitment leads to the enhancement of internal and external supply chain integration, which in turn leads to supply chain resilience. This study is the first study to explore how and why budgeting practices lead to the enhancement of supply chain resilience amid Covid-19 pandemic.
