With the complicated Covid-19 epidemic currently affecting many countries, there is an important position and role for social media marketing not only in attracting investment capital of countries but also in other fields, since it is a good way for people to connect and circulate work. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the attraction of investment capital to Vietnam's industrial parks, focusing on considering social media marketing factors. The study's data comes from a survey of 256 enterprises operating in Vietnam (Including both active firms and enterprises in the group of potential investors with industrial parks). The data were analyzed using factor analysis and multivariate regression. The results of the study show that social media marketing had a positive effect on attracting investment capital into industrial parks of Vietnam (Standardized Coefficients = 0.329); besides, there are also positive effects of other factors such as human resources, industrial park infrastructure, local policies with varying degrees of influence. Based on those factors, the author offers recommendations regarding attracting investment capital to industrial parks actively.

Website quality is an important factor, positively affecting brand impression and perceived quality, thereby promoting brand loyalty. The study was conducted to indicate the relationship between website quality, perceived quality, brand impression, and brand loyalty of customers towards beauty salons in Vietnam. Research data were collected using a quota sampling with 300 customers who have used salon services. By applying the structural equation modeling (SEM), the study showed that the website quality of beauty salons has a positive impact on the brand's impression and perceived quality of customers. Besides, the brand impression positively influences the perceived quality of customers and improves brand loyalty to beauty salons.

The objective of this study is to identify factors affecting the performance of the construction investment project management in Vietnam. The author conducted a survey at 458 small and medium sized enterprises in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The author used SPSS 20.0 software for analysis, some analytical methods were used such as: descriptive statistical methods; Evaluate the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method. We calculated the average value of the scale to assess the influence of independent factors on the dependent variable. Multivariate regression analysis method was also used to test the suitability of the research model. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of construction investment project management in Vietnamese enterprises was affected by factors including (1) Consultants; (2) Investor; (3) Contractors; (4) Capital sources; (5) External factors and (6) Advantages in the implementation process of construction investment projects. Moreover, two factors, the advantages in the project implementation process and the external factors, had the most effects on the effectiveness of construction investment project management of small and medium enterprises in Vietnam.

This paper aims to shed light on whether the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) among several cases create values for Vietnam small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Using 48 months of actual data to compare the pre- and post- merger performance, the study evaluates the impacts of the M&A on business performance collected from HOSE stock exchange website. The result shows that out of 11 chosen key performance indicators (KPIs) and those selected firms only we have 2 KPIs with better results while 6 KPIs do not change and 3 KPIs are even worse after the M&A. In addition, the finding indicated that very few actions were implemented and hence unsurprisingly, the M&A outcomes did not really match with firms’ original expectations. From the theory and the actual results of the analysis, the study provides a number of practical areas that companies should focus on to increase the chance of success for their M&A.

This paper aims to determine factors that affect consumers’ intention to re-purchase by combining consumers’ attitudes and satisfaction in mobile shopping via sharing economy platforms. The research sample consists of 367 valid participants in the metropolitan area of Ho Chi Minh City who experienced buying products from brick and mortar retailers by using crowdshipping service, using PLS-SEM. The results confirm that Personal Innovativeness significantly affected Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and trust. Consumers' attitudes toward buying products via crowdshipping services in sharing economy platforms are determined by PEOU and trust, and their satisfaction of an purchasement is impacted by Check out attributes and Delivery attributes, leading to re-purchase an order via this platform. Brick and mortar retailers need to create a corporation with crowdshipping service platforms to increase sales during COVID-19 pandemic. Besides, shipping quality should be ensured to satisfy consumers which leads to long-term usage.

This paper analyzes the factors of FDI inflows in ASEAN countries over the period 1991 to 2009. The results indicate that the market size, trade openness, quality infrastructure, human capital, labor productivity are the main factors that have positive impacts on FDI inflows. Additionally, exchange rate policy, real interest rate, political risk and corruption also affect FDI inflows. Surprisingly, the cheap labor does not help to attract FDI to the region, because foreign investors are particularly interested in labor productivity. This study also shows that the Asian financial crisis in 1997 affected the amount of FDI inflows, but not on the nature of FDI inflows in the region.

Over the past time, the dramatic growth of e-commerce has made Vietnam as one of the most potential markets in ASEAN. Vietnamese businesses as well as consumers are facing great opportunities from the industrial revolution 4.0. However, in addition to those significant developments, e-commerce in Vietnam also faces many challenges and barriers. Therefore, this research gives an overview of the current situation of e-commerce development and recommendations based on the findings of significant effect generating from PESTLE issues to further development of the online trading platforms in Vietnam.

Even though nowadays the concept of entrepreneurship has become popular in Vietnam, there are a few researches on starting up a business and the factors effect on the desirability of becoming an entrepreneur. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of entre-preneurial aptitudes, the need of getting higher income and lifestyle on the desirability of starting a business. In the theory and hypothesis section, the principal factors associated with the entrepreneurial desirability are indicated. After that, the overview of entrepreneurship in Vietnam is presented. In addition, by collecting data from 289 students in Vietnam, authors used quantitative analyses by some tools such as such as descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA test and linear regressions to test the hypothesis of the relationship between entrepreneurial aptitudes, the need of getting higher income and lifestyle with entre-preneurial desirability. As a result, all three independent variables positively affect the Vietnamese students’ desirability of starting a business. Specially, the need of increasing income is seen as the most influential factor on entrepreneurial desirability, followed by lifestyle en-trepreneurial aptitudes.

The purpose of this study was to test the determinants affecting the credibility of online reviews. In this model, the relationships between argument quality and peripheral cue and credibility of online reviews were evaluated. The measurement model and the conceptual model depicting hypothesized relationships were evaluated based on responses from 460 customers using multiple linear regression analysis, accordingly. After the data collection process was completed, all data were put into SPSS 20. The process of checking and analyzing the data sequentially follows: reliability test, EFA factor analysis, Correlation analysis and Multiple linear regression analysis. Initially, the scale was assessed by Cronbach's Alpha and EFA. Then, the correlation coefficient test was used to check the linear relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results from the study indicated the accuracy, completeness, review quantity, review consistency, product/ service rating, and website reputation were accepted and all of them had positive effects on review credibility. This shows, shoppers are very interested in completeness, the full information as well as necessary evidence to help shoppers assess the truthfulness and accuracy of the information more easily. At the same time, the website reputation also helps increase the credibility of the reviews and buyers tend to believe in online reviews if the website has a good reputation. Basically, the research completed its original purpose of identifying factors that affect the credibility of online reviews.
