Abstract:
This study aims to examine the factors affecting public investment results in educational institutions in Vietnam. The study uses exploratory factor analysis (EFA) as well as regression estimate to determine the factors. The results show that factors affecting public investment results include public investment management, human resources to carry out public investment activities and to organize public investment, economic conditions, legal policies and natural conditions. These factors have different levels of influence on the results of public investment in educational institutions in Vietnam. From the results of that study, the authors propose recommendations to enhance the results of public investment activities at educational institutions in Vietnam.

Abstract:
This study was designed to analyze the influence of agricultural land acquisition on people's livelihoods in the Urbanization context in Vietnam. The findings show that agricultural land acquisition due to urbanization opens up new job opportunities for households at the same time, households also have opportunities to expand and change their livelihood strategies through new investment activities. However, the acquisition of agricultural land also causes negative influences on households, some workers who fail to meet the job requirements may remain unemployment, which means it negatively affects the households’ income. The results of the examination are considered as the basis for the research team to propose recommendations to contribute incomes for people.

Abstract:
This paper examines the effect of industrial park development on people's livelihoods through different impacting channels; including employment, production means and infrastructure. The result of the research shows that industrial park development had a positive influence on people's livelihoods through additional employment, non-farm investments, access to policies, household labor, etc. However, industrial park development also causes negative impacts on people's livelihoods causing unemployment. Data for research is collected from households including land acquisition and no land acquisition living around industrial parks. Research findings can be considered as a basis to help develop the positive influence and restrict the negative influence of industrial park development on people's livelihoods in Vietnam.

Abstract:
Attracting investment capital of enterprises into industrial parks has become an important task for countries when building and developing industrial parks to meet the economic goals of the country. To attract enterprises' investment capital into industrial parks, it is important to study what the enterprises need and whether or not they have met the needs of the enterprises. This examination was designed to analyze the factors affecting the investment decisions of enterprises in industrial parks in Vietnam whereby serving as the basis for proposing recommendations to improve the efficiency of attracting investment capital of enterprises in industrial parks in Vietnam. Research findings indicate that some factors influencing enterprises' investment decisions in industrial parks include: Local institutions, human resources, local advantages and infrastructure. Based on that analysis, the study proposes several recommendations to attract investment in industrial parks in Vietnam.

Abstract:
This study was designed to analyze the role of social media marketing in attracting investment capital from enterprises in the development of transport infrastructure in Vietnam. A survey of 378 Vietnamese companies operating in the sector of transport infrastructure investment was collected to compile these statistics. Based on the collected data, the factor analysis method and multivariate regression method are used to analyze the influence of factors on attracting development investment capital for transport infrastructure in Vietnam. The results of this study show that social media marketing had the greatest influence on firm satisfaction when investing in transport infrastructure; the Standardized Coefficient of the Social Media Marketing variable is 0.392. Based on that finding, some solutions to further enhance the value of social media marketing are recommended to increase the attraction of investment capital for the development of transport infrastructure in Vietnam.

Abstract:
Covid-19 has been causing a large-scale pandemic, along with the rapid development of information technology. Information technology means such as digital applications will be one of the effective tools to help manage public investment and investment in general in Vietnam. Public investment management at autonomous universities in Vietnam is in the final stage of completion in terms of procedures, legal documents, and implementation. This study was designed to shed light on the factors that affect the management of public investments at Vietnamese autonomous universities. The study's data was gathered from a survey of 126 public investment managers at autonomous universities in Vietnam. Factor analysis and multivariate regression methods were used to analyze the influence of factors on public investment management at autonomous universities in Vietnam. According to research findings, the capacity of public investment management agencies at autonomous universities; Distribution of funds for the implementation of public investment projects; administrative procedures, legal provisions, and the actual context affect public investment management at autonomous universities in Vietnam. With Standardized Coefficients = 0.482, distribution of funds for implementation of public investment projects at schools at autonomous universities were the most influential factors. The research results are the foundation for proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of public investment management at these universities in Vietnam such as promulgating legal documents, building public investment management processes suitable to the characteristics of universities, developing, and proactively implementing works in investment management and operating results of public investment in autonomous University.

Abstract:
With the complicated Covid-19 epidemic currently affecting many countries, there is an important position and role for social media marketing not only in attracting investment capital of countries but also in other fields, since it is a good way for people to connect and circulate work. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the attraction of investment capital to Vietnam's industrial parks, focusing on considering social media marketing factors. The study's data comes from a survey of 256 enterprises operating in Vietnam (Including both active firms and enterprises in the group of potential investors with industrial parks). The data were analyzed using factor analysis and multivariate regression. The results of the study show that social media marketing had a positive effect on attracting investment capital into industrial parks of Vietnam (Standardized Coefficients = 0.329); besides, there are also positive effects of other factors such as human resources, industrial park infrastructure, local policies with varying degrees of influence. Based on those factors, the author offers recommendations regarding attracting investment capital to industrial parks actively.
