Flibanserin (Addyi) is a medication used to treat women who have not gone through menopause who have low sexual desire. Specific and simple stability indicating method was developed and validated by high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) for the determination of Flibanserin. Separation was carried out by using a mobile phase consisting of 0.01M Potassium phosphate monohydrate buffer (KH₂PO₄) pH 3.50 buffer: Acetonitrile in the ratio of 60:40. The column used was Agilent C18, (150×4.6) mm, 5µm with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and temperature at 30°C. The detection was carried out at 248 nm and Flibanserin was eluted at around 2.8min. This method was validated as per ICH guidelines and validation included specificity, precision, linearity, accuracy, forced degradation, and robustness. Forced degradation was conducted under the conditions of hydrolysis, oxidation, thermal, acid, base, and peroxide hydrolysis. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range from 20 to 200µg/mL and the coefficient of determination (r²) was observed as 0.9998. The precision and accuracy of the method were within the acceptable range. The results of this study showed that the validated method is simple and accurate, which confirmed that the method is suitable for the determination of Flibanserin.

The purpose of this article is to make an assessment on infrastructure development efficiency based on Data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The proposed method allows assessing the level of current infrastructure conditions which provides production and social dimension of its stable development. The article substantiates the necessity of conducting an analytical assessment of infrastructure development level which identifies its weaknesses and determines potential of improving its performance indicators. An integral assessment of transport infrastructure efficiency is proposed. To assess the problems of infrastructure development provision, a comparative analyses and ordering the objects according to growth or decrease of the indicators is performed. The results of the research allow discovering the causes of harmful phenomena in the system of management and development, and identifies major trends and prospects of development.

Transition to the digital economy determines the readiness of the national economy complex for the emergence of new industries, forms of economic cooperation, and general development of the regional economy on the whole, both for a separate region and for the entire country. Authors determine the possibility of application of digital transformations in regional devel-opment. This is due to the fact that the Republic of Kazakhstan is a country with widely dif-ferentiated regional development. The article aims at studying the theoretical basis and developing a methodological approach for assessing the development of urban infrastructure from the point of view of the use of venture capital. The article explores the tendencies of the development of venture capital investments in the world. Particular attention is paid to comparing volumes of the formal market of venture capital investment in the EU and Ukraine. The emphasis is placed on the fact that venture capital is a way of targeted investment in innovative development and can become a catalyst for the introduction of innovative technologies. It is substantiated that science and education are reliable segments for the diffusion of innovations. The focus is on the functioning of technology parks and it is revealed that they have become the most effective organizational and economic form of integration of science and production among all other innovative structures in the world. The best practices of Ukrainian universities on the commercialization of innovative developments and technology transfer in the domestic and foreign markets are presented. The creation of an innovative educational-production cluster based on the principles of publicprivate partnership in the form of a multilateral treaty union of state authorities and economic entities without unification of deposits is proposed. The results of calculating the accumulative influence of the multiplicative effect from the development of urban infrastructure have been presented and the effectiveness of its influence on the development of the regions of Ukraine economy has been proved.

Talent management is one of the roles in human resources management and there has been a long debate about talent management for years. This study aims to identify the relationship between talent management and teacher leadership development. In addition, the study also analyzes the talent management and teacher leadership levels. The data are analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Software (SPSS) version 23 and Partial Least Squares Structural (Smart PLS) version 3 are also applied to analyze the data. The survey study involves 473 teachers in Malaysia residential school. The findings reveal that talent management and teacher leadership practices were at high levels. There is a significant positive relationship between talent management and teacher leadership development. The results of the study promote the role of talent management that can lead to positive changes in teacher leadership at schools. It is hoped that through this study various stakeholders such as schools, district education offices and the ministry of education of Malaysia will be able to assist in planning and organizing efforts in order to produce good leaders in future. The study is based on theoretical and empirical studies on the role of the internet in consumption and related factors. This paper synthesizes the channels through which the Internet influences consumption and analyzes the factors affecting this relationship. Methodology adopted for this research is an empirical approach. We estimate the model using panel data through Fixed Effect Model Estimations The panel data is collected annually for 63 provinces in Vietnam. The data is sourced from the Statistical Yearbook and VCCI. The results obtained revealed the positive impact of the internet on consumption. The results indicate that the impact of the internet becomes stronger with the Mobile Internet. The paper finds that the internet plays a more significant role in urban areas compared to rural ones. It also shows that effective local governance positively influences the relationship between internet and consumption. The paper offers the first evidence that local factors, including the macroeconomic, institutional and social variables, are determinants of consumption in the context of Internet development.

Piroxicam (POC) and oxfendazole (OFA) are two widely used veterinary non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anthelmintic medicines, respectively. Simple, precise and accurate and cost-effective methods for the determination of POC and OFZ in bulk drug and in its dosage forms have been developed and validated. The methods are based on the potentiometric titration of compound with acetous perchloric acid in glacial acetic acid medium using modified glass-saturated calomel electrode system. The methods are applicable over the ranges 1.5 - 15 mg and 7.5-15 mg, for POC and OFA, respectively. The proposed methods were successfully applied to the determination of active substances in their pharmaceutical dosage forms. A statistical comparison was made on the results of proposed methods with those obtained for reference method. The intra-day and inter-day precision and accuracy values obtained were satisfactory with RSD and RE values less than 3%. Excipients in tablets did not interfere to the assay as shown by the recovery study via standard addition technique with mean percentage recoveries in the range 97.8 – 100.6%.

Over the past time, the dramatic growth of e-commerce has made Vietnam as one of the most potential markets in ASEAN. Vietnamese businesses as well as consumers are facing great opportunities from the industrial revolution 4.0. However, in addition to those significant developments, e-commerce in Vietnam also faces many challenges and barriers. Therefore, this research gives an overview of the current situation of e-commerce development and recommendations based on the findings of significant effect generating from PESTLE issues to further development of the online trading platforms in Vietnam.

This article is devoted to the study of strategic issues for modification of the national innovation system of Iran. In recent years, National Innovation System is accepted as a conceptual framework and analytical instrument for countries’ innovation activities by the international organizations such as Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and Euro stat. The main purpose of this study is to find solutions modification of the national system of Iran. The subject of the research is the international experience of development of national innovation systems, peculiarities of innovation systems in countries with developed and emerging markets, as well as systems of support and management of national innovation systems in Iran and abroad. The results of this study may be useful for students, managers in public and private sector, government officials, researchers, economists and all those interested in financial and economic issues.

This paper discusses Islamic financial reporting system as practiced in many Islamic states for economic development. The issue of Islamic accounting among scholars provided evidence of economic benefits among the countries that have Islamic financial institutions (IFIs). The IFIs have been reported to be the fastest-growing sector in the world with a greater contribution of the global total bank assets. Although the Muslim population in Nigeria is large, the contribution or participation of Muslim towards IFIs is low compared to other countries like Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Syria. Furthermore, the accounting reporting in Nigeria is based on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for all listed firms in Nigeria, which includes IFIs, even though, IFIs apply dual reporting. Therefore, the need for the mandatory adoption of Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) standards is significant in Nigerian for IFIs to function better. Several countries have made it mandatory for IFIs to adopt AAOIFI instead of IFRS. The need for IFIs firms to report on their accounting system as an alternative to the conventional, will not only enhance transparency, improve reporting disclosures, greater Muslim investors, but will also improve Nigerian stock market. Policy makers, governments, and the regulator should make it mandatory for all IFIs to adopt AAOIFI for financial reporting.
