The objective of the article is to evaluate the influence of green supply chain management on firm performance through a mediate variable which is competitive advantage and moderate variable which is supply chain integration. Research was conducted on 313 Vietnamese enterprises and the data analyzed by Smart PLS software shows that green supply chain management has a positive impact on firm performance. At the same time, competitive advantage and supply chain integration both have a statistically significant mediating and moderating role. The research results are meaningful for managers to come up with green supply chain integration policies and strategies to improve competitive advantage and firm performance.

The global supply chain is facing risks and challenges that disrupt the supply chain and negatively affect performance. The high-quality cooperation between supply chain members is a useful solution to help limit risks and improve its performance. This study was conducted to demonstrate the relationship between collaboration, supply chain risk, and supply chain performance of organic agricultural products in Vietnam. Research data were collected from 162 enterprises producing organic agricultural products. Applying the structural equation modeling (SEM), the study has shown that supply chain risks negatively affect the supply chain performance of organic agricultural products. The close cooperation between members of the supply chain limits supply chain risks, thereby improving the efficiency of the supply chain of Vietnamese organic agricultural products.

This study aims to examine the impact of risks from information in the supply chain on the financial performance of enterprises, with the case study in Vietnam, using quantitative research methods, through SEM linear structure model analysis. With 412 samples who are managers of different ranks at enterprises, the study results show that risks from information in the supply chain not only have a direct, reverse impact but also have an indirect impact on financial performance depending on the level of interdependence of businesses. In addition, opportunistic behavior and the degree of interdependence have also been shown to have a reverse impact on the level of cooperation of enterprises. The findings of this study show a contribution both theoretically and practically, demonstrating the inherent negative risks of information in the supply chain to the financial performance of the enterprise. Research has shown the intermediate role of the degree of interdependence in the relationship between the above two factors. Based on the research results, the authors propose several recommendations to improve the financial performance of enterprises.

FinTech has become a popular term which describes novel technologies adopted by the financial service institutions. This term covers a large scope of techniques, from data security to financial service deliveries. An accurate and up-to-date awareness of FinTech has an urgent demand for both academics and professionals. The goal of the study is to assess the impact of dynamic employee capabilities on fintech applications, employees’ innovation work behavior, thereby creating employee performance and supply chain finance performance for financial institutions in Vietnam. The data was collected through 189 mid-level managers of 189 financial institutions in Vietnam. The results of analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS software show that dynamic employee capabilities had a positive impact on fintech application, employees’ innovative work behavior and improve employee performance while improving supply chain finance performance of financial institutions in Vietnam.

Logistics is an integral part of the supply chain and plays a crucial role in this industry. Therefore, improving logistics performance is the top concern of organizations. This study is conducted to determine factors affecting logistics performance in Vietnam. The authors collected data from 162 Vietnamese logistics enterprises. Applying the structural equation modeling (SEM), the research has demonstrated that logistics efficiency positively correlates with e-logistics, information technology capability, information sharing, and service staff quality. Furthermore, e-logistics have the strongest impact and play the most important role in logistics performance.

The concept of fiscal transparency holds significant importance; however, its attainment poses considerable challenges. Current discourse suggests that the concept of transparency lacks sophistication. To tackle this hurdle regarding public expenditure, analytical approaches that pertain to the general concept of transparency can be utilized. The present paper aims to ascertain the determinants of the openness of the provincial budget and its subcategories by human development, technology access, as well as industrialization progress, in addition to other relevant indicators. This study aims to ascertain the fundamental principles that underpin the achievement of efficient transparency in public expenditure. In terms of outcomes, the overall model has limited relations to the hypotheses. For the elemental dependent variables, the impact of various forms of transparency on the attainment of public policy goals varies, but generally have similar results. The study has attempted to conclude the components for an optimal transparent budget system, thus providing a suggestion for effective schemes later on.

The aim of this study is to experimentally examine the relationship between supply chain finance (SCF) and the financial performance of Vietnamese listed non-financial enterprises. A conceptual framework was developed and tested using secondary data collected from 659 companies listed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange in 2022. The path method is used using Stata 18 software. The results highlight that SCF has a positive impact on the financial performance of listed non-financial enterprises in Vietnam. These findings will help businesses better understand how SCF implementations benefit their financial performance in a global environment, especially in emerging markets.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of transparency of budget structure on risk of getting into financial distress in Vietnam. The article uses data regarding equity proportion from the financial reports of business entities on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), divided into four main categories, namely large ownership, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and state ownership ratio, to find the relation between the allocation of equity and the chance a company having financial failure. From the mentioned information, the research attempts to explain the relations, as well as suggestions for companies to prepare and avoid financial distress from an equity structure perspective. Results from the study’s sample show insignificant correlations between the share of owners and financial distress situation of a company, which plays a part to help the overall estimation of risk in businesses as a whole.

A fire fighting and rescue motorcycle fitted with a fire fighting and rescue vehicle cluster on the vehicle's suspension will change the vehicle's center of gravity, affecting the vehicle's stability during travel. By modeling the kinematics in the planar motion of a two-wheeled motorcycle with 4 degrees of freedom, the paper has built a system of differential equations for the planar motion of the vehicle. Investigate the influence of the installation position of the vehicle cluster, the road surface collision, and the vehicle's speed on the loading and unloading of the vehicle in the process of moving in a straight line. The test results evaluate the reliability of the theoretical model.

The study proposes a set of enablers of the consumer sustainable organic food consumption and detects the interrelationship between these attributes. This paper adopts the fuzzy set theory and decision-making trial and evaluation to explore the interrelationship between attributes, including consumer demographic aspect, psychological aspect, social-level aspect and stakeholder impact being explained through 13 criteria and being assessed by experts in the industry. The findings show that stakeholder impact and demographic aspect belong to a causal group and impact the other two aspects. The six most important attributes affecting sustainable consumption of organic foods are support and guidance from government support, mass media, education and research institutions, educational level, income status and consumer age.
