Abstract:
The objective of this study is to examine the impact of green supply chain management (GSCM) on operational performance as moderate of firm size and percentage of exported products. Based on the feedback of 313 manufacturing enterprises in four sectors (electronics, agriculture, food, textiles) operating in Vietnam, this study found some important findings. Firstly, GSCM has a positive and significant influence on the operational performance of businesses in Vietnam. Secondly, the resulting effect of implementing GSCM is better for enterprises with large scale and high export rates. This has reaffirmed the need to improve the overall supply chain management and green supply chain of this group of businesses. Overall, the findings suggest that improving GSCM practices is important not only for businesses in developed countries but also for businesses in emerging economic regions such as Vietnam.

Abstract:
The objective of the article is to evaluate the influence of green supply chain management on firm performance through a mediate variable which is competitive advantage and moderate variable which is supply chain integration. Research was conducted on 313 Vietnamese enterprises and the data analyzed by Smart PLS software shows that green supply chain management has a positive impact on firm performance. At the same time, competitive advantage and supply chain integration both have a statistically significant mediating and moderating role. The research results are meaningful for managers to come up with green supply chain integration policies and strategies to improve competitive advantage and firm performance.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to evaluate the factors affecting supply chain finance and the influence of supply chain finance on supply chain financing performance and SMEs performance in Vietnam. The study was conducted on 856 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam for 3 consecutive months. The data is processed by Smart PLS 3.3.6 software, the results show that credit quality, supply chain integration, information sharing, and information technology all have a statistically significant impact on supply chain finance. Besides, supply chain finance has a statistically significant impact on supply chain financing performance and SMEs performance. Finally, the innovation capability and the market response capability act as full mediators in the relationship between supply chain finance and supply chain financing performance. Based on the research results, we propose solutions and recommendations to help small and medium enterprises better access capital and improve business performance.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to assess the impact of leadership style on deciding to implement cor-porate social responsibility (CSR) for Nam Dinh textile garment enterprises. At the same time, the article examines the mediate role of CSR on the relationship between transformational leadership and financial performance. Moreover, the article verifies the moderate role of firm size in the relationship between transformational leadership and financial performance, Stakeholder - oriented marketing plays a moderate role in the relationship between transformational leadership and CSR practice and moderate role of transactional leadership style in the relationship between CSR practice and financial performance. Analysis was conducted on 168 textile garment enterprises in Nam Dinh. The results show that CSR played a mediate role in the relationship between transformational leadership and financial performance. At the same time, all moderator variables were statistically significant. The result encourages Nam Dinh textile and garment enterprises to conduct business ethically towards sustainable development by implementing CSR.

Abstract:
Environmental problems are always a burning problem all over the world. In recent years, the understanding of the impact of green supply chain integration (GCSI) on the performance of enterprises in all aspects has developed rapidly, and they are particularly interested in the environmental performance of enterprises. me. Therefore, this study wishes to clarify the impacts of GCSI on the environmental performance (EP) of Vietnam's agricultural sector, specifically rice, coffee and rubber producers in Vietnam through five mediate variables include investment cycle, green process innovation, green product innovation, green purchasing and green cooperation with customers. Using the PLS - SEM method, the study analyzed and evaluated based on survey data collected from 863 enterprises including rice, coffee and rubber producers in Vietnam. Research shows that GSCI can help companies increase their environmental performance to match the trend of the times and international integration through the five mediate variables mentioned above. In addition, multi-group analysis shows that there are differences in the impact of mediating factors on the environmental performance of enterprises. Finally, the moderate analysis shows that both firm size and the proportion of exported products play a role in moderating the impact of GSCI on EP.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to assess the impact of supply chain relationship quality on supply chain performance and financial performance through environment uncertainty of high-tech agricultural enterprises in Vietnam. The study conducted data analysis based on 198 agricultural firms applying high technology in high-tech agricultural group and in all of Vietnam. The results show that, agricultural enterprises applying high technology with supply chain relationship quality had a strong positive impact on supply chain performance and supply chain flexibility. In addition, supply chain performance played a significant role in financial performance. Finally, Environment uncertainty and technological innovation played a statistically significant moderate role in the relationship between supply chain relationship quality and supply chain performance. For businesses with less environment uncertainty, the relationship was stronger and vice versa. The bigger the technology innovation, the stronger there the relationship.

Abstract:
The article was conducted on 529 textile enterprises in the Vietnam Textile and Garment Business Directory 2018 with the aim of assessing the impact of global supply chain management practices on competitive advantage and operational efficiency. After using PLS - SEM analysis techniques on Smart PLS 3.0, the results show that the global supply chain management practices of Vietnam's textile and garment industry had a positive impact on the performance of Vietnam textile and garment enterprises. In addition, competitive advantages such as Customer Loyalty, Employee Satisfaction and Corporate Reputation had no intermediary role in the relationship between global supply chain management and operational efficiency in Vietnamese textile enterprises.
