Social cybernetics, as an interdisciplinary field, has gained increasing interest in the last decade due to the influence of information technologies in society through connectivity, Internet of things, process automation, artificial intelligence among others. This research focuses on exploring the relationship between social cybernetics (communication and control mechanisms) based on information technologies and local development, using structural equation modeling as an analytical tool. The design was non-probabilistic, with a sample of 482 people. The independent variables under study were Use of ICT for communication between local authorities and the population (CAP), Use of ICT for collaboration between public and private institutions (CPPC), Use of ICT for shared decision making (SDM), Use of ICT for local development planning (LDP) and Use of ICT for knowledge management (KM); and the dependent variable was Local Development (LD). It was determined that there is a relationship between all of them except with CAP. The direction and magnitude of the other ratios were: + 0.1390; - 0.3661; + 0.4472 and + 0.8432 respectively. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 93.69% facilitating the prediction of future results. The model has an adequate fit.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) affect all aspects of our daily lives. Using them is considered a symbol of modernization and social advancement. The global expansion and interconnection of ICT offers a significant opportunity to promote the advancement of humanity, bridge the digital gap and promote the growth of societies built on knowledge. In this study, we analyzed and identified the most influential factors in the adoption of ICT in education from the data set called “Final Survey-Digital Inclusion Teachers” of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, which consists of 871 instances and 189 columns. We performed feature selection by carefully combining the results of three feature selection methods: filter (chi-square, ANO-VA and mutual information), wrapper (RFE) and intrinsic (Classification And Regression Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting and XGBoost). The results demonstrated that a teacher's motivation for curricular planning that includes ICT, teaching experience and the institutional environment are key factors in the adoption of these technologies in education. Furthermore, we identified that the Random Forest algorithm is the most appropriate for analyzing and predicting the adoption of ICT in education, we affirmed this after this algorithm obtained the highest values in four of the six metrics evaluated: a sensitivity of 77.7%, an F1 Score of 77.9%, a Cohen's Kappa coefficient of 60.8% and a Jaccard Score of 64.3%. These results suggest that Random Forest is the most effective algorithm to analyze the factors related to the adoption of ICT in educational environments.

This bibliographical review gives us a clear and summarized analysis of the management tools for a water infrastructure construction project and, a tool that allows the management of water resources through the application of everything analyzed and compiled in scientific articles obtained from the Scopus database and after that it was analyzed using the VOSviewer tool, which has the complexity of analyzing a large amount of data. This analysis was carried out from the appearance of the first related investigations until the year 2023, analysis graphs were obtained from representative levels of the words “artificial intelligence”, “project management” of “construction” and “water” resource with greater interest in the analysis. The results obtained allowed us to understand the great variety of technological tools that are available today to be able to manage the construction of a project through artificial intelligence and its components that work together, likewise the application of these tools is carried out by countries as well as the United States. The United States and China are the ones that represent the greatest interest in these investigations, however this contribution is minimal to be able to generate effective solutions since each project presents its particular characteristics that technology has to adapt to. The future of these projects was also analyzed, such as the management of water resources through intelligent technologies that allow the preservation, care and maintenance of water resources, in addition to this, it is emphasized that worldwide there are already problems of droughts, lack of water resources and shortages of water in some countries. This research has the purpose of an overview for decision-making in the execution of the project at the water level and after the management of the water resource, it is important to apply these tools for their different advantages and carry it out to large-scale works in Peru subsidized by the Peruvian state since they are the most responsible for ensuring the care, maintenance and preservation of water resources.

This study examines the effect of web design on the generation of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) through the satisfaction of e-commerce consumers in the retail sector. To this end, three main objectives were proposed: (1) Evaluate the effect of web design on the perception of security, perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness and perceived risk of the e-commerce consumer in the retail sector; (2) Evaluate the effect of customer service, perception of security, perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness on consumer satisfaction in e-commerce in the retail sector; and (3) Explain the positive effect of customer satisfaction and the negative effect of perceived risk on the generation of E-WOM. A study was carried out using a quantitative approach with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Through non-probabilistic convenience sampling, a total of 422 questionnaires from consumers in the retail sector were collected. A partial approach was used to analyze the data. Least Squares PLS-SEM by using SmartPLS. The results show the significant positive effect of web design on the perceptions of security, customer service, and customer satisfaction. And a negative effect on risk perception. Furthermore, this study revealed the mediating effects of risk perception, security perception, and quality of customer service in the retail sector. This study has theoretical, practical, social, and customer management implications, so it will be useful in academic, social, and business areas. The results show the positive and significant effect of web design on the perception of security, enjoyment, and usefulness of online shopping. The negative and significant effect of web design on risk perception was also demonstrated; furthermore, this study revealed the positive and significant effect of perceived usefulness, enjoyment, security, and electronic service on customer satisfaction in online shopping. Finally, the negative and significant effect of risk perception on the generation of electronic word of mouth and the positive and significant effect of satisfaction on the generation of electronic word of mouth were demonstrated.

In the construction industry there are several problems that negatively impact the environment from the process of obtaining materials, the construction of buildings and their use. That is why the bibliographic review research analyzes the use and application of the hemp-based brick with the support of the Scopus database and the VOSviewer software as data analytics, the characteristics of the brick were taken into account as well As an air pollution purifier, humidity reduction and thermal insulation, graphs related to these characteristics were obtained, highlighting the words with the highest frequency in the research, countries that published and bibliometric maps worldwide. The results help us determine that there is an application of this brick in countries with the greatest needs and growth and also in potential countries, however we believe that in Peru there is no analysis or interest in this brick. This hemp-based brick has positive advantages for the environment and is potentially ecological from the beginning of obtaining the materials, used in the construction of houses and then as waste, in these three phases it contributes to the environment. The purpose of the research is to be the beginning for future investments and research related to the hemp-based brick applied in the construction industry and the other objective is to motivate professionals to use and apply this brick that will have benefits for the environment.

This bibliographical review allows us to know clearly and concisely the use and effectiveness of photocatalytic concrete applied to tracks or roads, and in buildings. This study analyzes sustainable concrete based on photocatalytic to reduce the environmental impact in large-scale works through the application for the collection and review of articles published in the scientific base of Scopus using the VOSviewer software tool that analyzes a large amount of data from a group of investigations, this research is carried out from the publications of the year 2000 to the year 2022. Graphs were obtained from the database analysis with the words “Concrete”, “Photocatalytic”, “Environmental” and “Work” with the highest interest in all analysis groups. The results obtained allow us to understand the innovation of concrete based on photocatalytic in order to reduce air pollution since this need is current throughout the world, more so in globalized and rapidly growing countries, the analysis in Peru is not found no research related to the subject and there are no large-scale works related to reducing air pollution, but there are proposals to improve air quality in Lima, the capital of Peru, however this contribution is minimal to be able to positively impact the air . The manufacturing process and the materials to implement for the manufacture of concrete based on the photocatalytic were also analyzed, visualizing the advantages and disadvantages of this concrete based on the photocatalytic, adding other additional components to improve the durability of the concrete application and being viable. to apply to large-scale works. This research has the purpose of presenting a general view of the application, manufacture, advantages and disadvantages of concrete based on photocatalytic, it is important to develop and apply it in large-scale works subsidized by the Peruvian state, since these can generate a positive impact on society and the environment.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the degree of influence exercised by the Key Account Manager in the provisioning management in the main companies called Staple in Peru, during the events of COVID-19. The research was of type quantitative, cross-sectional and temporal, with a non-experimental design, using a multiple linear regression model and correlation analysis to determine the impact that exists between the variables. The data belongs to the Industrias San Miguel company, distributed in a weekly period from June 2019 to March 2021, which gives 88 observations. The results allow us to conclude that the Key Account Manager is an important manager of the supply of goods during the crisis caused by COVID-19 in staple companies.

Pandemic moments have generated mental and emotional problems in students at all levels. These have been affected by the format of virtual classes, the mandatory confinement and the little physical relationship due to the existing restrictions, generating academic burnout and anxiety in university students. In this context, the objective was to know the existing relationship between burnout and anxiety in students of the FIS-UNCP, the 15-question Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Questionnaire (MBI-SS) was used with the dimensions: Emotional Exhaustion, Cynicism and Loss of Academic Efficacy and 5 questions to know the level of technological anxiety or technostress, with a population of 328 university students of 10 semesters, through the questionnaire in Office Forms. The research design was non-experimental, transectional, with a qualitative-quantitative approach and descriptive-explanatory levels. The descriptive data analysis was made based on the scale, allowing the identification of students with burnout and the structural equation modeling facilitated the establishment of the relationship between the variables. The study showed that 26 students (7.93%) suffer from academic burnout. At the same time, it has been demonstrated that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional exhaustion and lack of academic efficacy, with technological anxiety with path values of 0.701 and 0.345 respectively, the p-values allowed demonstrating hypotheses 1 and 3 formulated. At the level of the structural model, it allows anticipating future results, since the coefficient of determination (R2) calculated was 0.838.

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of corruption on economic growth in Peru for the period 1998-2018. It was determined how economic growth was affected both in the short and long term by corruption. The corruption control index was used to measure corruption and the variation in gross domestic product (GDP) at constant prices was used to measure economic growth. To determine this effect, the hypothetical deductive method was used as a general method since we sought to corroborate a hypothesis and as a specific method, we used the Autoregressive Model of Distributed Lag (ARDL) since this model adapts well to small samples, likewise we had a non-experimental research design – longitudinal explanatory. Data were collected from the World Bank and the Ministry of Education (MINEDU) from 1998 to 2018. As a result of the econometric ARDL model, it was obtained that corruption had a negative effect on economic growth since an improvement of one percentage point in the corruption index would mean an improvement of 0.55 percentage points in economic growth. Therefore, it is concluded that the effect of corruption has a negative effect on economic growth as expected according to the reviewed antecedents.

This work estimates the relationship between the economic expectations given by Tobin's q variables, terms of exchange and 3-month economic expectations with private gross investment for the period from the first quarter of 2010 to the first quarter of 2020, under the stress scenario of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through an econometric model, results were obtained such as that the variation in private gross investment VIBP has an inertial behavior with a coefficient of 0.258791, shadow cost of capital or q of Tobin QTC with a coefficient of -0.03213, as well as terms of TI exchange with a coefficient of 0.805618. This indicates that the private investment decision by the companies analyzed depends on factors such as economic expectations, the inertial effect of investment and the shadow cost of capital expressed in Tobin's q.
