Abstract:
Talent management and Employee Engagement have been studied extensively in management literature in the last ten years, both concepts have become a field of interest. Therefore, this study explores the impact of employee engagement as a mediator on the relationship between talent management and organizational performance. The reason for doing this research is that most of the studies have studied the relationship between talent management directly on organizational performance and have not included employee engagement as a mediator. Midwives were selected as samples since their talents can further enhance the professional ability of midwives in carrying out their duties: to save mothers and children during childbirth.

Abstract:
Most SME owners have understood the importance of several strategies to run their business more professionally. Financial literacy, technological literacy and supply chain practice are some of the important strategies to maintain the sustainability of SMEs. The research was conducted in Indonesia, in the East Java region whereas a developing country, SMEs are the backbone of the economy because most of the people are involved in this sector. The research sample was taken from data recorded at the Export Center office, and as many as 485 SME owners were involved in this study. Quantitative analysis using SEM-PLS analysis found that financial literacy, technological literacy, and supply chain practice contributed positively and significantly to the sustainability of SMEs. If SME owners are aware and understand the importance of financial literacy and are supported by technological literacy and strengthened by supply chain practice, then the opportunity for SMEs to run their business in a sustainable manner is even greater.

Abstract:
The research analysis of the study was to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Service Quality, and eWOM on Purchase Intention (Black Sweet Coffee Shop) through Brand as mediation. The type of research is quantitative with a case study research design. The implementation of research was carried out in Indonesia, especially in the city of Balikpapan. The subject of the study was a sweet Black Café Consumer who had used sweet Black Products with a sample count of 518 using THE SPSS-SEM Amos 22. The results of this discovery show that there was a direct influence of social media marketing, SerQual, and eWOM on Purchase Intention. The theoretical implication of this study is to find additional knowledge about marketing strategies in the field of SMEs. and integrate marketing and technology capabilities to optimize social media marketing against the purchase intentions of SMEs consumers, especially coffee shop franchises.

Abstract:
This research analyzes the effect of digital marketing, digital orientation, marketing capabilities, and information technology capabilities on marketing performance of Indonesian SMEs. The methods are quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using AMOS 23 software based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The method of selecting the sample uses the purposive sampling methods. The study uses data based on questionnaires to 338 SMEs respondents in Madura, Indonesia. The results of data analysis show that the digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance, the digital orientation had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance, marketing capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance and information technology capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance. The theoretical implication of the research is that it finds additional knowledge of marketing strategy in the field of small medium enterprise. Then, marketing management by integrating marketing capabilities and information technology to optimize digital marketing on SMEs marketing performance.
