MSMEs in the ceramics industry are still experiencing a difficult period even though they have entered the post-pandemic period. Will competitive advantage be created from supply chain collaboration in terms of obtaining resource information which will ultimately create innovation and increase market demand? This research involved 200 ceramic MSMEs in Bali with the condition that the perpetrators had been running their business for more than one year, analyzed with SEM-PLS with the SmartPls processing tool. The results show that the relationship between market demands has a positive effect on competitive advantage and will give a boost to the performance of ceramics SMEs. While the collaborative relationship of innovation value does not have a positive effect on performance and competitive advantage because so far ceramic SMEs, especially photocatalysts, are still relatively new and are still running their business in one small group and no organization has yet been formed to support the acquisition of information related to the innovations to be carried out. This research also shows that the mediation of competitive advantage is the perfect mediation in creating market demand in improving the performance of MSMEs.

Blockchain technology is revolutionizing all sectors of industries including the healthcare one. Blockchain technology applications have been realized in healthcare as they have the potential to revolutionize healthcare systems. Integrating blockchain into the design of supply chain design leads to decentralizing the management of the supply chain, and, in turn, improves workflow efficiency and reduces the various security threats. Therefore, this study aimed at examining the impact of integrating blockchain technology, into supply chain practices, on supply chain transparency and resilience. By adopting the organizational information processing theory, this study developed a research model that explored the impact of blockchain technology features including data quality, smart contracts, and traceability on supply chain resilience and transparency. Furthermore, this study examined the effect of supply chain transparency on supply chain resilience. The data was collected, from healthcare industry personnel, in Jordan, using an electronic survey. In total, 215 participants responded to the questionnaire. RStudio- 2022.07.1 was used to conduct the data analysis. Results revealed that data quality significantly and positively affects supply chain transparency and resilience. In addition to that, results indicated that while smart contracts are positively related to supply chain transparency, they do not affect supply chain resilience. Also, traceability was found to be positively related supply chain transparency and resilience. Finally, it was found that blockchain-driven supply chain transparency positively impacts blockchain-driven supply chain resilience. The results imply that integrating blockchain technology into the supply chain can enhance both supply chain transparency and resilience, and, in turn, provide the supply chain the capability of recovering to its original state should it encounter disruptive events. The outcomes of this study can help supply chain managers and other stakeholders to develop strategies and tactics to best utilize blockchain technology to enhance blockchain-driven supply chain transparency and resilience.

This research aimed to know the influence of accessibility and cargo transport regulations on the operational performance mediated by logistics effectiveness in the Class II Port of Jayapura, Papua Province. Several main problems in the object of this research were the existence of operational hour limitation regulation which made cargo delivery not maximally run, limited road network and roads in the port area, as well as the occurrence of congestion if cargo ships and passenger ships arrived at the port at the same time. This research used Structural Equation Modelling with Smart3PLS-SEM. The sampling technique used probability sampling and was conducted in the Port of Jayapura. The respondents were as many as 250 people consisting of shipping business players, transportation service providers, Harbormaster’s office, and the Port Authority. The result of the analysis and discussion indicated that logistics effectiveness was a reinforcing factor in the achievement of port operational performance. The existing obstacles could be overcome through road infrastructure improvement, traffic engineering, continuous policy improvement, and port facility and infrastructure improvement. The key finding was the necessity of an information technology system used for the ship's loading and unloading activities digitally to be utilized by the stakeholders, shipping companies, stevedoring companies, expedition companies, and cargo owners.

With the rapid development of international business activities and internationalization, export plays an important role in the existence and growth of businesses. Handicrafts, despite not being an essential product, have always been rated as a potential product for sustainable development and export. In Vietnam, a country with a lot of long-existing traditional handicraft villages, the export of handicrafts has always been considered as an advantageous activity that largely contributes to the economy as well as the society. According to statistics from the Vietnam Handicraft Exporter Association, every 1 million USD worth of handicraft export creates profit 5 to 10 times higher than that of the exploitation industry; as well as provides work for three to five thousand employees. Despite this fact, in the last few years the handicraft export in Vietnam has been modest and not fulfilled fully to its potential. In comparison with other export products, the export turnover of handicrafts still accounts for a low proportion. Recognizing this issue, the present study developed a model to analyze the effects of some certain factors to the handicraft export activity in Vietnam. The results of this paper will contribute to current literature as well as propose some solutions to promote the handicraft export in Vietnam.

The Jordanian banking sector has been able to achieve remarkable growth rates at various levels. This sector is based on a robust infrastructure and is subject to the supervision of the Central Bank, which guarantees the likes of banks operating to financial reporting standards in order to maintain good financial soundness indicators. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the impact of strategic agility on the financial performance of commercial banks in Jordan. The study population was represented by senior managers. The purposeful sampling method was used to collect primary data from (188) respondents who constituted (81.74%) of the sent questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to test the study's hypotheses. The results showed that strategic agility had a positive impact on financial performance, as the greatest impact was strategic sensitivity, followed by resource fluidity, and finally leadership unity. This study contributed to the development of a logical framework supported by empirical evidence about the possibility of developing financial performance in dynamic environments. Hence, senior managers recommended focusing on making rational decisions derived from studying the reality of the work environment and adjusting organizational structures to become more flexible in response to the volatile business environment.

This study aims to examine how Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) Type C performance in East Java with a population of 67 owners is affected by organizational competency, external networking, entrepreneurism, competitive advantage, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The results of the eight hypotheses using partial least squares (PLS) are as follows: 1) Organizational ability has a big and favorable impact on business performance. The hypothesis has been accepted. 2) The external network has a small but positive impact on company performance. 3) Entrepreneurial mindset has a favorable and significant impact on business performance. The hypothesis has been accepted. 4) Competitive Advantage is influenced by organizational capability in a favorable and meaningful way. The hypothesis has been accepted. 5) External networking contributes to competitive advantage in a positive and important way. The hypothesis has been accepted. 6) Entrepreneurial orientation affects competitive advantage in a favorable and important way. The hypothesis has been accepted. 7) Competitive advantage has a major and favorable impact on business performance. The hypothesis has been accepted. 8) Competitive advantage has little effect on Corporate Performance when CSR is regulated. The hypothesis was disproved.

The role of information technology (IT) during the Covid 19 pandemic has made everything in business easy. The role of technology in business during a pandemic also makes it easier for entrepreneurs to navigate buying and selling activities and services. Technology makes it easy to shorten time saving business costs, as in business financial records that make one financial report must record everything manually with technology done automatically with the help of accounting software. Research purposes to test resources-based view theory in relation to the implementation of IT to produce operational performance and financial performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research was conducted on SMEs in Bali. The research method used to answer the research objectives uses a quantitative test approach Partial Least Square. Based on data analysis, it was found that the development of SME IT Adoption had an effect positive on IT Assimilation, but directly IT Adoption is not able to improve operational performance and financial performance. IT assimilation can improve the operational performance and financial performance of SMEs. Operational performance is not able to mediate the effect of IT adoption on the financial performance of SMEs. IT assimilation is a fully mediating variable in the relationship between IT and the operational performance and financial performance of SMEs in Bali. The results of the study show that IT resource management through a technology-based business competency model can succeed in realizing Organizational Capability that can be used to build business competitiveness if the organization or business unit that adopts it pre-determines IT integration in accordance with the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. This is very important to implement in an effort to adapt to uncertain business world conditions, such as when Covid 19 occurred.

The objective of this study was to examine the role of Industry 4.0 in the sustainable supply chain (SSC). The relationship between Industry 4.0, data storage, data assessment, performance evaluation, data inquiry and SSC were examined. To achieve the study objective, the mediation effect of data storage, data assessment, performance evaluation and data inquiry between Industry 4.0 and SSC was examined. Employees of textile companies were selected for data collection in Indonesia. Results of the study highlighted that Industry 4.0 had a significant positive effect on SSC. Better implementation of Industry 4.0 showed a positive effect on SSC. In addition to this, Industry 4.0 had a positive effect on data storage, data assessment, performance evaluation and data inquiry. Finally, data storage, data assessment, performance evaluation and data inquiry had a positive effect on SSC.

One of the most significant parameters which should be considered by all engineers is improving structures’ strength subjected to lateral load. Steel shear wall whose duty is to affect lateral load (wind and earthquake) is a wall which consists of shear part. Application of low yield point (LYP) steel in shear walls allows the employment of moderate and/or stocky infill plates with low yielding and high buckling capacities, which can result in enhanced buckling stability, serviceability, and energy dissipation capacity of such systems. Infill LYP plate is used to improve shear wall behavior which leads to enhancement of stiffness. In the present research, infill plate with spherical appendages is applied, and its impact on plate stiffness, cyclic behavior and energy absorption are investigated. The spherical diameter has been chosen respectively 10 and 20 cm distributed with two patterns (diagonal and plus form). The best performance is for a LYP plate with a 10 cm spherical diagonal pattern.

The aim of the study is to examine The Mediating Role of Organizational Capabilities on the relationship between Lean Supply Chain and Operational Performance. The study population consisted of the managers in the upper and middle management of industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, which (84) companies. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was formulated to measure the variables of the study. Data were primarily gathered through self-reported questionnaires created by Google Forms The structural model was used to test the study hypotheses. The study results show that Organizational Capabilities mediate the relationship between Lean Supply Chain and Operational Performance.
