Keywords: Co-Creation Strategy, Company Capability, Company Performance, External Business Environment

Abstract:
The goal of the study was to assess how Indonesian ICT companies that provide wholesale carrier services can manage the external business environment and improve their performance with the help of their co-creation strategy and corporate skills. Using partial quadratic structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the research hypothesis, the study concentrated on 45 Indonesian ICT companies offering wholesale carrier services. The outcomes demonstrated how the company's co-creation strategy and capabilities increased its effectiveness and greatly improved its capacity to negotiate the external business climate. According to these results, enhancing organizational capacities and putting co-creation techniques into practice should be Indonesian ICT enterprises' top priorities if they want to improve performance and successfully navigate the external business environment. Involving consumers, users, or other stakeholders in the design and development of digital goods or services is known as the co-creation strategy. It can happen in a lot of different ways, such hackathons, online platforms, workshops, or prototype sessions.

Keywords: Sustainable, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Learning Capability, Company Performance, Innovation, Competitive Advantage

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain management sustainability and organizational learning ability on company performance which is also measured by intervening variables of product design innovation and competitive advantage and moderated by environmental uncertainty. This study used a sample of 383 companies from a population of 5,495 in East Java Province, Indonesia. This study also uses a quantitative approach with more emphasis on social aspects with a deductive model. Some of the findings in this study are that there is no significant effect on company performance and organizational learning ability if mediated by product design innovation, even though this is very important for the company's progress in the future and proves that many companies in this province. have not fully implemented design innovation as a measure of the quality of the goods produced. And the second is that all the components of the variables analyzed produce significant values for all dependent variables so that the adjustment to the impact of the pandemic gets a good response from the industry that is working.

The role of information management systems and electronic-HRM on company performance: A study on Indonesian manufacturing Pages 891-900 Right click to download the paper Download PDF

Authors: A.Z. Nazori, Gandung Triyono, Mardi Hardjianto, Utomo Budiyanto, Solichi Solichi

doi 10.5267/j.ijdns.2025.1.003 Crossmark

Keywords: Information Management System, Electronic-HRM, Company performance, Indonesian Manufacturing

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the relationship between e-HRM variables and company performance and the relationship between Management Information System (MIS) variables and company performance. This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory method that aims to explain the relationship between symptoms. The data used in this study are primary data through an online questionnaire method distributed using social media. The respondents who became the sample were 389 manufacturing managers determined through simple random sampling. Data processing in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The stages of data processing include evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). Evaluation of the measurement model consists of validity testing and reliability testing. Validity testing can be seen from the standardized loading factor value. An indicator is valid when the loading factor value is greater than or equal to 0.7. The reliability test is seen from Cronbach's Alpha and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values. A construct is declared reliable when Cronbach's Alpha value is greater than or equal to 0.7, and the minimum AVE value is 0.5. The next reliability test is to evaluate discriminant validity. Discriminant validity is evaluated through cross-loading and comparing the AVE root value with the correlation between constructs. If the correlation between the indicator and its construct is higher than the correlation with other block constructs, it indicates that the construct predicts the size of its block better than other blocks. After evaluating the measurement model, an evaluation of the structural model obtained is carried out based on the last model that has been declared valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing of the t-statistic and p-value values generated from calculations using SmartPLS. Path coefficients that have a t-statistic value ≥ 1.96 or a p-value ≤ 0.05 are declared significant. The results of this study show that e-HRM has a positive and significant relationship with Performance, and the Management Information System (MIS) has a positive and significant relationship with Performance.

Linking decision and utility theories to financial information usefulness and company performance: A study applied to Portuguese's certified accountants Pages 1395-1406 Right click to download the paper Download PDF

Authors: Albertina Paula Monteiro, Catarina Cepêda, Amélia Silva

doi 10.5267/j.ac.2021.3.025 Crossmark

Keywords: Certified Accountants, Financial Information usefulness, Company Performance, Decision Making, Utility Theory, Decision Theory

Abstract:
The role accounting plays in decision-making in business is a broad topic that has driven academics. This paper is grounded on decision and utility theories. It investigates the Certified Accountants' perception of financial information (FI) usefulness and the company's performance. Based on data collected through a survey applied to certified accountants, this study develops and evaluates an original theoretical model using the Structural Equations Model (SEM). The results reveal that manager's gender and academic qualifications influence the perception of FI utility. Non-owner managers and older companies also attach more significance to FI in decision making. The managers who attribute the most usefulness to FI in decision-making are those of companies with higher performance. Additionally, the results show that the FI usefulness is a mediator variable in the relationship between the characteristics above and company performance. This research helps all stakeholders improve decision-making, studying past events with FI to predict future results and consequently increase the company's success.
