Abstract:
Although the critical success factors might be different between the pre and post-adoption stages of mobile wallets, there have been few studies conducted to examine those factors for the post-adoption stage when compared to the number of studies conducted to examine those factors for the pre-adoption stage. Yet, the post-adoption stage of mobile wallets is crucial to the success and sustainability of the mobile wallets’ ecosystem. Thus, this study developed and examined a model by integrating relevant factors into the Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2). Data were collected from 578 mobile wallet users in Jordan using an electronic questionnaire. A structural equation modelling approach was utilized to analyze the data. The results revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have statistically significant positive direct effects on the intention to continuous use of mobile wallets, while subjective norm does not. In addition to that, results indicated that trust, security, and ubiquity have statistically significant positive direct effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and, in turn, on the intention to continuous use of mobile wallets. Moreover, this study found that perceived ease of use and subjective norms have statistically significant positive direct effects on perceived usefulness, and, in turn, on the intention of continuous use of mobile wallets. While risk does not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, it has been found to have a statistically significant negative direct effect on perceived ease of use, and, in turn, on the intention to continuous use of mobile wallets. The findings of this study should help stakeholders to develop more effective consumer retention tactics and formulate appropriate marketing decisions.

Abstract:
Blockchain technology is revolutionizing all sectors of industries including the healthcare one. Blockchain technology applications have been realized in healthcare as they have the potential to revolutionize healthcare systems. Integrating blockchain into the design of supply chain design leads to decentralizing the management of the supply chain, and, in turn, improves workflow efficiency and reduces the various security threats. Therefore, this study aimed at examining the impact of integrating blockchain technology, into supply chain practices, on supply chain transparency and resilience. By adopting the organizational information processing theory, this study developed a research model that explored the impact of blockchain technology features including data quality, smart contracts, and traceability on supply chain resilience and transparency. Furthermore, this study examined the effect of supply chain transparency on supply chain resilience. The data was collected, from healthcare industry personnel, in Jordan, using an electronic survey. In total, 215 participants responded to the questionnaire. RStudio- 2022.07.1 was used to conduct the data analysis. Results revealed that data quality significantly and positively affects supply chain transparency and resilience. In addition to that, results indicated that while smart contracts are positively related to supply chain transparency, they do not affect supply chain resilience. Also, traceability was found to be positively related supply chain transparency and resilience. Finally, it was found that blockchain-driven supply chain transparency positively impacts blockchain-driven supply chain resilience. The results imply that integrating blockchain technology into the supply chain can enhance both supply chain transparency and resilience, and, in turn, provide the supply chain the capability of recovering to its original state should it encounter disruptive events. The outcomes of this study can help supply chain managers and other stakeholders to develop strategies and tactics to best utilize blockchain technology to enhance blockchain-driven supply chain transparency and resilience.

Abstract:
This study aimed to examine the effect of integrating Business Intelligence (BI) into the supply chain on supply chain agility, within the Jordanian manufacturing sector. Based on the resource-based view of the firm, this study developed and examined a research model, to achieve its goal. The impact of three dimensions of BI including managerial, technical, and cultural competencies was examined. Using an electronic questionnaire, data was gathered from 462 administrative personnel and employees. Structural equation modeling techniques were employed to analyze the data. Results revealed that the three dimensions of BI have statistically significant positive direct effects on supply chain agility. In addition to that, the results revealed that BI cultural competence has statistically significant positive direct effects on BI technical and managerial competencies. This study contributes to the literature on the role of BI in promoting supply chain agility, from the perspective of a developing country. The findings of this study are expected to help organizations' administrations in making better decisions regarding employing BI to achieve an agile supply chain.

Abstract:
The unprecedented growth of social media imposed fierce competition on business companies. That is investors found new methods to expand their business activities, and, in turn, boost their revenues. While there has been a plethora of research done to examine the critical success factors of social commerce (s-commerce) in developed countries, there is a dearth of studies conducted in developing countries. Meanwhile, it has been evident that the significance of these factors may vary across cultures. Therefore, this study, following the social cognitive theory, aims to explore the critical success factors of s-commerce from the perspective of consumers in a developing country. To achieve that, this study utilized a questionnaire that sought information related to factors driving consumers' intention to purchase in s-commerce. Seven hundred and fifty-seven subjects completed the survey. Structural equation modeling techniques were utilized to analyze the data. The findings of this study show that trust in sellers, sociability, electronic Word-Of-Mouth (eWOM), perceived economic benefit, and informational fit-to-task positively influence the intention to purchase in s-commerce. In addition to that, it was found that sociability and eWOM positively influence consumers' trust in sellers. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the theoretical and practical areas of s-commerce. They are expected to make a significant contribution to the literature on s-commerce adoption from the perspective of a developing country. From a practical point of view, the results of this study should help stakeholders in s-commerce in developing business strategies to better their competitive advantage, retain existing consumers and attract new ones, and, in turn, increase sales and profits.
