Abstract:
The website of higher educational institutes is considered a vital communication channel to provide main resources to their stakeholders. It plays an important role in disseminating information about an institute to a variety of visitors at a time. Thus, the quality of an academic website requires special attention to respond to the users’ demands. This study aims to explore the quality of the PSAU website based on data mining techniques. The first step: was collecting opinions about the PSAU website using a survey. After that, data mining processes were used as descriptive and predictive models. The descriptive model was applied to describe and extract the major indicators of website quality. Besides, the predictive model was applied to create models for predicting the website quality level. More than one classification algorithm was used. Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine have given the best results in all performance indicators, and the achieved accuracy rate for both algorithms was 86% and 84% respectively. The results revealed that the overall quality level of the PSAU website is very good. The usability quality and content quality were very good. The service quality needs more attention. which indicated that the service level is inadequate and needs to be further enhanced. The results of the study should be useful to the deanship of Information Technology at PSAU, and website developers, in redesigning with high quality in terms of its usability, content, and service.

Abstract:
This research investigates the links between information quality, service quality, system quality, and supply chain performance in Saudi Arabia's manufacturing sector. The goal is to provide insights into the elements that impact supply chain outcomes and to identify critical performance drivers. Data was acquired from a sample of manufacturing organizations, and the correlations were analyzed using a structural equation modeling technique. Information quality, service quality, and supply chain performance are all shown to have substantial positive correlations. Higher levels of information quality and service quality relate to enhanced supply chain performance in the manufacturing sector. However, system quality was shown to have a comparatively smaller influence on supply chain performance, suggesting that investments in information management systems and service delivery methods may offer higher returns. The reliability and validity of the measuring scales employed in this research were evaluated and determined to be strong, assuring the precision and consistency of the findings. These results add to the current research by identifying the unique elements that influence supply chain performance in Saudi Arabia's manufacturing sector. The study has many implications for practitioners in the manufacturing sector as it discusses the significance of investing in information management systems, providing high-quality services, and continually evaluating and improving supply chain performance. Organizations may improve their competitiveness and create better supply chain results by concentrating on these areas. Additional elements and possible moderating or mediating variables may be investigated in future studies to acquire a better knowledge of the dynamics that impact supply chain performance. Overall, this research offers significant insights for practitioners and decision-makers in the manufacturing industry, directing them towards more appropriate methods to maximize supply chain performance and achieve long-term success.

Abstract:
The disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has an imbalance between demand and supply in Indonesia's manufacturing industry. The products needed to handle the spread of the virus are in high order, and there is even a product shortage. Products that are not required to prevent a pandemic have stagnated so that the manufacturing industry suddenly reduces capacity. Manufacturing companies need to coordinate quickly to be able to adjust the disruption. Manufacturing companies already have an integrated information technology system that has been the primary process in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). Manufacturing companies make ERP their primary system, so they need to be updated and adjusted as needed. This study obtains a questionnaire from Indonesia's manufacturing industry using the google form link and distributed through social media WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Data processing was carried out by using the partial least square of 285 manufacturing company respondents. The results showed that ERP sustainability was able to influence supply chain integration (internal and external). External integration has an impact on information quality, while internal integration does not affect. Supply chain integration and information quality affect increasing firm performance. Research makes a practical contribution to the industry in optimizing ERP systems in Pandemic conditions and a theoretical contribution to ERP sustainability as a mainstay in supply chain integration.

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to examine one of the most crucial factors in the “Technology Acceptance Model” proposed by Davis (perceived usefulness) in moderating the “DeLone and McLean” success model in the context of educational portal in Higher Education. Questionnaires were distributed online to 200 respondents and deserved to be analyzed. The respondents were regular students at the University of Bengkulu. Data analysis used Smart-PLS version 3.2.9. The research findings indicated an influence of “system quality, information quality, and service quality partially on user satisfaction” of the educational portal information systems. The result shows that perceived usefulness can strengthen the relationship between system quality, information quality, and service quality to the satisfaction of customer. This research contributes to the development of perceived usefulness variable as a moderating variable affecting the quality of a system, quality of information, and quality of service partially on user satisfaction and finding strategies needed by the University of Bengkulu effective and efficient information system.

Abstract:
This study provides an analytical view of the correlation between several factors that influence the credibility of information available through various sources on the Internet. The most critical factors include information quality, source credibility, argument strength, message credibility, and average credibility. Additionally, the study explores the impact of gender and years of experience as demographic variables on the nature and size of these relationships. The study relied on a critical review of previous related literature. In addition, it adopted an analytical approach using a sample of 300 Internet users through a questionnaire designed based on the study hypotheses. Most of these relationships were found to be at an average level, except for the relationship between source credibility and information credibility. No statistical indicators were observed. Consequently, the researchers acknowledge the need for caution when generalizing these results to society. The study also found that the gender of the recipient and the number of years of experience did not necessarily play a mediating role in the relationship between the tested factors and the credibility of information received via the Internet.

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze variable service quality on e-government user satisfaction and analyze information quality variables on e-government user satisfaction at the immigration office. The research method used in this research is associative quantitative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way, we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration office employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). In this study, the number of respondents was 876 immigration office employees who used e-government. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling. In this research, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The instrument used to measure this research variable is a 7-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The stages of data analysis in this research are the outer model test which includes convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability as well as inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that variable service quality has a positive and significant relationship to e-government user satisfaction at the immigration office and the information quality variable has a positive and significant relationship to e-government user satisfaction at the immigration office.

Abstract:
SISKEUDES is a financial system used by the village government aimed at improving accountability, creating common perceptions in the delivery and application of various laws and regulations in the form of village financial management systems and procedures. Implementation of SISKEUDES helps us improve good corporate governance of village government in Indonesia. However, in the Village Assistance Report in Badung Regency in 2018 and 2019, there were input errors from planning, budgeting, administration and financial reporting. Based on this phenomenon, this study tested the predictor of successful application of the system. The measurement of SISKEUDES success is based on DeLone and McLean information system success model. This study examines the direct effect of system quality, information quality, service quality and quality of human resource on use, user satisfaction and net benefits. The sample determination technique uses purposive sampling with criteria of all SISKEUDES users in Badung Regency Village Government with a minimum of 1 year working experience. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3. The results show that only system quality, information quality, and service quality have positive effects on user satisfaction, while the quality of human resources has no effect on user satisfaction. The quality of information, the quality of service, and the quality of human resources have positive effects on the use, while the quality of the system has no effect on the use. The quality of information, service quality, use and user satisfaction have positive effects on net benefits.

Abstract:
In dynamic socio-economic environments, public sector organizations and companies with strong financial resilience are better equipped to adapt to economic changes, socio-economic fluctuations, and shifts in the business landscape with greater flexibility. Financial resilience also has implications for an organization's liquidity. One of the critical factors influencing financial resilience in public sector organizations is the quality of its audit. Ensuring high-quality audits is vital for assessing the accuracy and reliability of an organization's financial statements. This study aims to investigate the impact of audit quality and internal control on financial security, with information quality serving as a mediating factor. Quantitative research methods were employed to collect and statistically analyze the data. The study gathered information through questionnaires distributed to the Auditors of the Supreme Audit Board, with a sample size of 321 participants. The data was then processed using SmartPLS software. The research findings demonstrate a significant relationship between audit quality and internal control, positively influencing the organization’s financial resilience. Furthermore, the study reveals that information quality acts as a crucial mediator, linking audit quality and internal control to financial security. The analysis shows that audit quality significantly affects information quality. However, the direct impact of audit quality on financial resilience is not significant. On the other hand, internal control significantly influences both information quality and the organization’s financial resilience. Additionally, the quality of information also has a significant effect on the organization’s financial resilience.

Abstract:
The rapid growth of social media platforms has revolutionized marketing communications, and the recent trend of how people use social media led to the inception of the term "influencer marketing" as an increasingly popular approach for brands across markets. This development has been driven by the unparalleled increase in influencers’ presence on social media platforms, which has generated new venues for companies to connect with their desired demographic and interact with them in a more genuine and significant manner. Understanding the factors that drive the effectiveness of influencers has become increasingly important for both marketers and researchers. Numerous studies have been conducted on the topic of celebrity endorsements. However, the use of "traditional" celebrities is losing its appeal in the digital era of social media, as brands increasingly turn to social media influencers instead. Nonetheless, there is still a lack of understanding about how marketers can effectively utilize this new marketing phenomenon. This study aims to examine the role of trustworthiness, expertise, and information quality of social media influencers in shaping consumer purchase intention, with a specific focus on the mediating role of brand attitude. A total of 309 complete responses were collected via convenience sampling between January and February 2023 then the model examined by using SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that all attributes of the influencers are affecting brand attitude as well as purchase intention, while brand attitude partially mediated the relationships. Implications, limitations and future research have also been discussed.

Abstract:
The study investigates the effects of system quality and service quality on e-filing user satisfaction as well as the effect of information quality on e-filing user satisfaction through quantitative research. The variables in this study consist of the dependent variable, namely e-filing user satisfaction, while the independent variables are system quality, information quality, and service quality. The population in this study is the taxpayer. The sample in this study includes 340 taxpayer respondents in Indonesia who were calculated using the Slovin formula, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale 1 to 7. The sample collection technique in this study uses the incidental sampling method, with the research instrument using an online questionnaire distributed via social media. The sample collection method in this study used incidental sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The results of this study indicate that system quality has a positive effect on e-filing user satisfaction. Information quality also has a positive effect on e-filing user satisfaction. Finally, service quality has a positive effect on e-filing user satisfaction.
