This research aims at examining effective factors on improvement of human forces & apos; productivity and determining degree of influence and importance of each group among factors including workshop equipment and arrangement in organization, system of control and supervision on employees, degree of employees training, occupational value of employees and at last, administrating meritocracy system on improvement of human forces & apos; productivity. Statistical population is composed of bureau of naval operations & apos; employees in oil terminals & apos; company in Khark, Iran. Statistical population has been 230, among which 135 people were determined as statistical sample size using Cochran formula. Survey instrument in this research has been questionnaire, according to which employees & apos; ideas about effective factors on employees & apos; productivity were evaluated. These questionnaires completed by people among statistical sample contain 16 close questions which were set up according to Likert 5-grade scale and were distributed as 135 numbers that after returning questionnaire, statistical analysis and data processing were accomplished. Analysis was performed in 2 descriptive and inferential statistics levels. Results of data analysis show that: A) 5-fold factors under review “workshop equipment and arrangement of organization, system of control and supervision on employees, degree of employees training, occupational value of employees and administrating meritocracy related to human resources by management” have had effects on improvement of employees & apos; productivity as average. B) degree of employees training and then occupational value of employees and administrating meritocracy system have had the most influence, and workshop equipment and arrangement of organization and system of control and supervision on employees have had the least influence.

The purpose of this study is to solve a complex multi-product four-layer capacitated location-routing problem (LRP) in which two specific constraints are taken into account: 1) plants have limited production capacity, and 2) central depots have limited capacity for storing and transshipping products. The LRP represents a multi-product four-layer distribution network that consists of plants, central depots, regional depots, and customers. A heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the four-layer LRP. The heuristic uses GRASP (Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure) and two probabilistic tabu search strategies of intensification and diversification to tackle the problem. Results show that the heuristic solves the problem effectively.

In the recent years, issues like high competitive pressure, globalization, business difficulties, resources limits, technological complications and activities specialization, fast changes in environment, etc. have caused organizations to reconsider their management methods. As a result, they are looking forward to branding new strategies in order to achieve competitive advantages. Focusing on main competences and outsourcing most of the activities are some of these strategies. Assessment management and selecting the appropriate contractor who holds adequate efficiency is of critical importance for having a project accomplished in time and with foreseen resources. Various qualitative and quantitative factors of different importance are involved in contractors’ assessment and should be taken into account before decision making. In this paper, once the factors are identified using fuzzy screening method, they are prioritized according to their importance by means of fuzzy hierarchical analysis.

This study aims to investigate the effects of demographic characteristics, including gender, marital status, level of education and age on adherence to religious values among young people in city of Shahin Dezh and Takab, located in province of West Azerbaijan, Iran in 2014. The study has accomplished between two groups of Turk and Kurd with the population of 85,000 and 89,000, respectively. The study uses a sample of 20 and 30 people from Turkish and Kurdish tribes, respectively, and uses t-student test as well as regression analysis to examine different hypotheses of the survey. The results show that there was a meaningful difference among various variables of gender, marital status, education level and age in adherence to religious values among the youth who live in this city.

There is a growing need for the integration of environmental management into Human Resource Management (HRM) practices; such effort is known as Green HRM initiatives. The aim of this study is to identify barriers of green human resource management in Iran & apos; s oil industry. For this purpose, mixed method has been used. In the article, existing literature was examined and questions were designed and 12 experts of international oil industry were interviewed. The aim of these interviews was to design questionnaire and collects the necessary information. To examine the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach alpha coefficient was equal to 0.732, which validated the reliability of the questionnaire. Finally, the questionnaires were shared among 31 members of oil & apos; s experts and HR managers. The results of the study have shown that the lack of comprehensive plan to implement green HRM and ambiguous of green values were in the highest level and they were considered as the most important barriers. Furthermore, staff resistance had the lowest importance.

Optimization of a multi-response dynamic system aims at finding out a setting combination of input controllable factors that would result in optimum values for all response variables at all signal levels. In real life situation, often the multiple responses are found to be correlated. The main advantage of PCA-based approaches is that it takes into account the correlation among the multiple responses. Two PCA-based approaches that are commonly used for optimization of multiple responses in dynamic system are PCA-based technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and PCA-based multiple criteria evaluation of the grey relational model (MCE-GRM). This paper presents a new PCA-based approach, called PCA-based utility theory (UT) approach, for optimization of multiple dynamic responses and compares its optimization performance with other existing PCA-based approaches. The results show that the proposed PCA-based UT method is superior to the other PCA-based approaches.

Enterprise architecture, with detailed descriptions of the functions of information technology in the organization, tries to reduce the complexity of technology applications resulting in tools with greater efficiency in achieving the objectives of the organization. Enterprise architecture consists of a set of models describing this technology in different components performance as well as various aspects of the applications in any organization. Therefore, information technology development and maintenance management can perform well within organizations. This study aims to suggest a method to identify different types of services in service-oriented architecture analysis step that applies some previous approaches in an integrated form and, based on the principles of software engineering, to provide a simpler and more transparent approach through the expression of analysis details. Advantages and disadvantages of proposals should be evaluated before the implementation and costs allocation. Evaluation methods can better identify strengths and weaknesses of the current situation apart from selecting appropriate model out of several suggestions, and clarify this technology development solution for organizations in the future. We will be able to simulate data and processes flow within the organization by converting the output of the model to colored Petri nets and evaluate and test it by examining various inputs to enterprise architecture before implemented in terms of reliability and response time. A model of application has been studied for the proposed model and the results can describe and design architecture for data.

This research aims to offer a fuzzy approach for calculating Tehran & apos; s air pollution index. The method is based on fuzzy analysis model, and uses the information about air quality index (AQI), included on the website of Tehran’s Air Quality Monitoring And Supervision Bureau. The contrived fuzzy logic is considered a powerful tool for demonstrating the information associated with uncertainty. In the end, several graphs visualize this inferential system in various levels of pollution.

This paper deals with the problem of grouping a set of objects into clusters. The objective is to minimize the sum of squared distances between objects and centroids. This problem is important because of its applications in different areas. In prior literature on this problem, attributes of objects have often been assumed to be crisp numbers. However, since in many realistic situations object attributes may be vague and should better be represented by fuzzy numbers, we are interested in the generalization of the minimum sum-of-squares clustering problem with the attributes being fuzzy numbers. Specifically, we consider the case where an object attribute is a triangular fuzzy number. The problem is first formulated as a fuzzy nonlinear binary integer programming problem based on a newly proposed dissimilarity measure, and then solved by developing and demonstrating a problem-specific ant colony optimization algorithm. The proposed algorithm is evaluated by computational experiments.

This paper presents an empirical investigation to study the effects of different factors for regional market entrance. The population of this survey includes all producers who are involved in export of industrial goods in city of Tehran, Iran. The study designs a questionnaire in Likert scale and distributes it among some randomly selected experts who were involved in production and export of different products. Cronbach alpha was calculated as 0.856, which is well above the minimum acceptable level. Using principal component analysis, the study has detected seven factors including product development, government support, strategic orientation, customer satisfaction, competitive pressure, organizational capabilities and distribution strategies influencing on product development. In addition, the implementation of structural equation modeling has determined that product development, government support, strategic orientation and competitive pressure maintained the highest effects on product development.
