This study aims to investigate the effect of green value on attitude and sustainable transportation engagement and the mediating role of attitude on the relationship between green value and sustainable transportation engagement. A survey was carried out on students in a public university. A sample of 107 students was obtained for this study. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that green value and attitude had a significant influence on sustainable transportation engagement. In addition, attitude played a mediating role in the relationship between green value and sustainable transportation engagement. The study provides valuable contributions for both theory and practice in the area of eco-campus. Theoretically, the study extends the value-attitude-behavior model in the context of sustainable transportation and adds to the body of literature of eco-campus. This is among the first studies conducted in Malaysia that investigates factors that contribute towards sustainable transportation engagement among students. In terms of managerial significance, the results provide guidance to policymakers to help them plan for strategies to enhance students’ engagement in sustainable transportation in the future.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of recycling behaviour among academicians by utilizing the theory of planned behaviour (TPB). It also examined the mediating role of attitude in the relationship between environmental beliefs and recycling be-haviour. An online survey was conducted among lecturers in a public university in Malaysia and 101 valid responses were received. Data was analysed using Partial Least Squares Struc-tural Equation Modelling. Out of the six proposed hypotheses, five were supported. Among the important and interesting findings were: (1) perceived behavioural control has an insignif-icant effect on recycling behaviour and (2) attitude plays a mediating role in the relationship between environmental belief and recycling behaviour. This study contributes to both theory and practice; it extends the TPB and also provides insightful information for university administrators and policy makers that help them plan effective strategies to enhance recycling behaviour among academicians and other stakeholders in the future.

Customers' online shopping intentions have not changed in response to technological advancements, making it difficult for businesses and marketers to invent new strategies to maintain long-term relationships with customers and encourage them to repurchase despite unprecedented technological advancements around the world. Following these issues, the current study investigated how M-CRM, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness influenced Post-Purchase Behavior, as well as how Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness mediated the relationship between M-CRM and Post-Purchase Behavior. The study introduces the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology as a theoretical framework to accomplish this goal. The 239 responses were evaluated using Smart Partial Least Squares after the data was obtained from a random sample of Jordanian consumers. M-CRM, as well as Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness, had a beneficial influence on post-purchase behavior, according to the data. Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use The relationship between M-CRM and Post-Purchase Behavior was impacted by usefulness. Companies might use these facts to develop a marketing strategy for Jordanian customers.

In recent times, there has been a significant decline in hotel occupancy rates, and this is primarily due to marketing performance. Hoteliers and the decision-makers are thus seeking new strategies to increase occupancy rates by enhancing marketing performance. The present work examined the relationship between customer relationship management performance and marketing performance by considering the moderating role of social customer relationship management on this relationship. In this work, both the “Resource-Based View Theory” and “Social Exchange Theory” were employed. Data from hotel managers in Jordan were collected, with 139 responses being collected and analyzed altogether. “Smart Partial Least Squares” were used for the analysis process, which showed that customer relationship management performance positively impacted marketing performance, and that Social customer relationship management also had a positive effect on marketing performance. Moreover, the relationship between customer relationship management performance and marketing performance is enhanced through social customer relationship management. These findings can be used by hoteliers to develop effective marketing strategies using new technology and communication tools.
