Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of customer satisfaction, service quality, perceived value and brand image on consumer loyalty through a quantitative method. The research was conducted in schools in Indonesia. The sample of respondents in this study were 308 of owners of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The sampling method used was simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were accomplished using online questionnaires through social media. The measurement scale in this study was a Likert scale with a range of 1-7 and data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with data processing software SmartPLS software. The independent variables in this study were customer satisfaction, perceived service quality, perceived value, and brand image, while the dependent variable was customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it was found that satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. However, perceived service quality, perceived value and brand image had no significant effects on consumer loyalty.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and marketing mix on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The total sample in this study was 212 respondents. Methods of data collection using an online questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all items for each variable are valid and reliable. Both structural models meet the criteria for the classical assumption test with no multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality assumption. Based on the results of the t test for the service quality variable, it has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The marketing mix variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The service quality and the customer satisfaction also have significant effects on repurchase intention.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing on e-commerce customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides insight into the importance of consumer loyalty in the e-commerce industry. The approach used in this study uses quantitative methods through surveys. This study uses a sample of 222 respondents of e-commerce customers. The study uses an online questionnaire through Google Docs. The questionnaire given contains structured questions that are limited by screening, profiling questions and questions related to research variables that affect e-commerce consumer loyalty. The distribution of the questionnaires was carried out by posting on social media groups and direct messages to respondents in accordance with the research requirements. Data analysis of this research, using SEM model using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer satisfaction, social media marketing had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer loyalty and satisfaction had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer loyalty.

Abstract:
This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous effect of green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on marketing performance. Quantitative research method is used through data collection from online surveys with a sample of 130 respondents. Green innovation variable with innovation indicators in processes and products, competitive advantage variable with unique product indicators, flexibility, customer relationships and empowerment variables are measured from the dimensions of market development, knowledge and facilities. The marketing performance variable is expressed in three dimensions, namely sales, growth, and market share. The measurement of respondents' answers to the questions in the questionnaire adopts a Likert scale consisting of seven alternative answers. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire are analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research indicate that competitive advantage and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, however, green innovation has a negative and insignificant effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of green innovation, excellence competitiveness and empowerment on SME marketing performance.
