This paper aims to investigate if trust, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use affect the intention to use e-payment. Also, the study explores if attitudes towards the use of e-payment influence consumer's intentions to use the e-payment system which is supported by testing the moderation effect of Self-Efficacy, and Computer Anxiety on the attitude to use such systems in higher education institutes. The study found that there are a variety of effects of the Electronic Payment Acceptance Model in the United Arab Emirates that pertain to sociological, legal, and economic aspects. The United Arab Emirates can benefit from a more robust and inclusive digital payment ecosystem by comprehending and implementing the lessons gained from such research. Among the lessons learned from this study is that using electronic payment leads to many benefits, it is not possible to benefit from all these benefits if the acceptance rate of technology, especially electronic payment, is low. For this reason, this research came to provide solutions to the possibility of increasing the acceptance of technology among individuals and organizations through a complete model and studying the impact of its factors and the factors that moderate the relationship in it.

As a potential treatment intervention for youngsters with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) in UAE, this study aims to investigate the use of virtual reality socialization groups on the widely used social media platform Facebook. The purpose of this research is to examine how social anxiety, sadness, and anxiety symptoms change after receiving treatment. The quantitative approach used in the study yields very small impact sizes. No discernible differences emerged, however, between the test and control groups at the statistical level. It investigates how cultural factors, including the unique social norms and expectations in UAE, play a crucial role in determining the success of interventions. Specifically adapted virtual reality therapies for various cultural settings are emphasized. In addition, it highlights the importance of understanding the therapeutic implications of small effect sizes. Prospective research directions are explored in this article; special attention is paid to the development of ever-better technologically-driven treatments across a variety of cultural settings.

This study delves into the intricate landscape of metaverse technology adoption within higher education institutions in the UAE, investigating the multifaceted interplay of accessibility, technology adaptability, and policies and regulations. Using a cross-sectional research design, data was meticulously collected through a multistage sampling approach, combining probability and non-probability methods. A pretested questionnaire underwent rigorous evaluation, ensuring unbiased item formulation and adherence to best practices. The investigation challenges and extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by revealing unexpected findings. The absence of a significant relationship between accessibility and metaverse adoption prompts a call for an expanded TAM framework. Surprisingly, a negative correlation between technology adaptability and adoption is highlighted, emphasizing the need for a cautious assimilation approach. Moreover, the research underscores the influential role of policies and regulations in metaverse adoption, advocating for a comprehensive TAM framework that encompasses regulatory dynamics. Findings offer practical implications for stakeholders, policymakers, and institutions, emphasizing diverse adoption facets beyond accessibility. The study contributes to the discourse on metaverse adoption and advances theoretical frameworks for technology integration within educational contexts. The methodology's meticulous design underscores the study's rigor, ensuring the robustness of the insights gleaned from the investigation.

The Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) sector provides different connectivity solutions in urban areas. Unfortunately, market players make little effort to ensure connectivity to underserved markets. The analysis of the existing ICT market revealed the possibility of a solution to this problem by utilizing the latest advances in satellite communication. It is recognized that connectivity through satellites is generally not a popular option in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), although there are still some underserved markets in the UAE that require better connectivity solutions. In this study, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used to assess users’ acceptance in the UAE market to introduce NGSO satellite broadband connectivity. We consider the main two independent variables of the model: perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). Additional two variables had been proposed which significantly affect UAE consumers’ intention to use satellite broadband which are: innovativeness (INN) and satisfaction with current services (SAT). The study results support that PU, PEU, and INN will positively influence the UAE population’s intention to use the service. The hypothesis that PEU will positively affect PU was also supported. The hypothesis that SAT will negatively influence the UAE population’s intention to the service was not supported. Additionally, the study also shows that UAE consumers’ intention to use satellite broadband is unrelated to gender or age group. A set of recommendations were drawn to support the smooth introduction of NGSO satellite broadband service in the UAE.

The advent of digital marketing has replaced traditional marketing and shed a great impact on the global economic paradigm. Digital market helps to flourish the service sector by offering the customers desired products. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the impact of digital marketing capabilities on business performance enhancement in the United Arab Emirate (UAE) insurance sector. This study used the cross-sectional survey questionnaire method for data collection. This study empirically validated that digital marketing capabilities have a significant impact on business performance enhancement by using the partial least square-structural equation modeling analysis. The findings of this study will be helpful for the regulators and policymakers to design a policy to enhance the business performance by using the means of digital marketing.

The aim of the study was to examine the impact of digital marketing capabilities on organizational ambidexterity by focusing on the Information Technology Sector in UAE. Data were primarily gathered through self-reported questionnaires created by Google Forms which were distributed to a purposive sample of managers at different levels via email. This study was conducted structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses, which represents a contemporary statistical technique for testing and estimating the relationship between factors and variables. The results showed that the highest impact on organizational ambidexterity was for strategic approach and data content infrastructure, followed by integrating customers with employees, and finally the lowest impact belonged to the process of improving performance. Based on the study findings, the researcher hopes that the decision-makers and managers define all tasks, roles and work procedures in companies through digital marketing systems to improve their organizational ambidexterity and enhance their performance.

This research examines the links between customer perceived expectations, customer perceived experience, and customer satisfaction in the United Arab Emirates' digital solution in the telecommunications industry. The research takes a positivist philosophical perspective and uses a quantitative data analysis strategy to sample 130 clients who utilize the digital solution of the telecommunications sector in the United Arab Emirates. Exploratory component analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to evaluate and validate the validity of the suggested scales and the research model's linkages. The research discovered a strong correlation between customer expectation and customer experience and the degree of satisfaction of individuals in the United Arab Emirates due to their use of or engagement with digital solutions of the telecommunications sector, independent of generational differences. The study's findings are entirely consistent with the Expectancy-Disconfirmation and Evaluation Congruity Theories.
