Abstract:
The proposed study of this paper investigates the effects of total quality management (TQM) and eco supply chain management on business sustainability. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research and uses an online questionnaire as a tool to collect data from respondents. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 568 Manufacturing company managers who were determined using the simple random sampling method. The questionnaire was designed to contain statement items and the Likert scale used in this research. The data analysis method used in this research was structural equation modelling partial least squares (PLS-SEM) with data processing tools, namely SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this research specify that TQM and eco supply chain management had significant effects on business sustainability. The results of this research indicate that TQM and eco supply chain implementation were manifested in the company's ability to produce high product quality directly affecting the business sustainability of manufacturing companies.

Abstract:
This study aimed to know the role of strategic creativity in the sustainability of business in the Jordanian tourism sector in the shadow of the Corona pandemic, in addition to knowing the impact of its growth and what is the level of strategic creativity in the Jordanian tourism sector. The study population may consist of all employees of tourism companies in Jordan with all their services, and a questionnaire was created in order to achieve the aim of the study. The study used the analytical, descriptive, quantitative approach, whereby a random sample (319) respondents were distributed. After analyzing the study, the results showed that the level of strategic creativity in the Jordanian tourism sector is high, and that strategic innovation has an impact on the sustainability of businesses in that sector. The study recommended the necessity of supporting the Research and Development Department as a strategy for tourism companies to get out of the Corona pandemic.

Abstract:
Most SME owners have understood the importance of several strategies to run their business more professionally. Financial literacy, technological literacy and supply chain practice are some of the important strategies to maintain the sustainability of SMEs. The research was conducted in Indonesia, in the East Java region whereas a developing country, SMEs are the backbone of the economy because most of the people are involved in this sector. The research sample was taken from data recorded at the Export Center office, and as many as 485 SME owners were involved in this study. Quantitative analysis using SEM-PLS analysis found that financial literacy, technological literacy, and supply chain practice contributed positively and significantly to the sustainability of SMEs. If SME owners are aware and understand the importance of financial literacy and are supported by technological literacy and strengthened by supply chain practice, then the opportunity for SMEs to run their business in a sustainable manner is even greater.

Abstract:
The objective of the current study was to examine the role of innovative ideas in business sustainability. The mediating role of innovative process, innovative production and innovative supply chain was also examined. Therefore, the relationship between innovative ideas, innovative process, innovative production, innovative supply chain and business sustainability was examined. Data was collected from the employees of textile companies. As the Indonesian textile companies were under investigation in the current study. Data was collected from Indonesian textile company employees. 300 questionnaires were sent to the textile companies with the help of email. Hence, email surveys were preferred with the help of questionnaires. Results of the study highlights that the innovative ideas had a major role in business sustainability. Introduction of new ideas inside the boundaries of the organization expedites the business sustainability. Additionally, innovative ideas have a positive effect on innovative production and innovative supply chains. Moreover, innovative production and innovative supply chain have a positive effect on business sustainability. Therefore, innovative ideas increase the innovative production and supply chain which further shows a positive effect on business sustainability.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the entrepreneurial orientation (EO) of the Small Rural Business (SRB) entrepreneurs in Malaysia by taking Business Networking (BN) as the antecedent. BN is used to explain the influence of EO as a mediator and its’ consequences towards SRB Business Sustaina-bility (BS). The survey method was employed in this study and the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) multivariate data analysis. Based on the SEM analysis, it can be concluded that in this study, the relationship between BN and BS was not mediated by EO. However, BN has direct effect towards EO. Moreover, EO and BN were significant as predictors towards BS. Size, age and technology of SRB were used as control variables in this study.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods.
