The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between big data adoption and Internet of Things adoption and entrepreneurial behavior at Amman Stock Exchange The study focuses on how the ability to innovate mainly mediates this link. The study method uses a quantitative approach that includes conducting a professional survey, conducting a statistical analysis, and testing mediation Key results show that the use of big data improves the ability to innovate largely, and affects employees’ practical leadership capabilities The interaction between Internet adoption and leadership capabilities is influenced by product capabilities, which emphasizes the important role of innovation as a mediator in shaping employee behavior emphasizing Practical results of this study show that Amman Stock Exchange companies strategically use big data and IoT technologies to promote innovation. Shortcomings of the study include the specificity of digital work, the reliance on self-reported data, and the use of static analysis. Subsequent research should expand participants and use more comprehensive methods. Recommendation: Embrace technology with an emphasis on innovation, provide leadership training, and increase knowledge about technology, innovation and human behavior.

This study investigates the impact of market power on bank financial stability using bank-level data from 24 banks in Vietnam over the 2008-2017 period. In order to measure the degree of market power in the Vietnam banking sector, we compute the separated Lerner index by fixed effect model, random effect model, and Z-score as a measure of financial stability. We use the static and dynamic panel data regression methods to esti-mate the relationship between market power and financial stability. Our results support the “competition - sta-bility” view and show that Vietnamese commercial banks facing little competition tended to be less stable. We also find that size had a positive effect on stability while loan growth rate had a negative effect on financial stability. The study suggests some important policy implications for improving bank stability in Vietnam.

The research study was carried out to investigate the actual business performance model in herbal medicine business in Thailand. The conceptual framework was developed from resource-based theory of herbal medicine community enterprise, and other contemporaneous research in herbal medicine business performance. Accordingly, the study considered the importance of the factors of marketing channel, competitive advantage, logistics integration and innovative management. In this direction, the study employed a quantitative research approach. Questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were collected from 340 entrepreneurs of herbal community enterprise. Finally, data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the actual herbal business performance of the organizations studied through all operational links in the marketing channel, competitive advantage, logistics integration and innovative management. Results of the study found that marketing channels had a positive effect on herbal business performance. Competitive advantage also had a positive effect on herbal business performance. Furthermore, logistics performance had a positive effect on herbal business performance. Finally, similar results were found in case of innovative management which shows the positive effect on herbal business performance.

Organizational justice (OJ) has a significant impact on employees' job satisfaction which means the importance of caring and using it in any organization. OJ shows the importance of showing clear interest regarding the procedures related to work such as clearing the rights and duties for employees, providing the employees with opportunities to complain about the decisions, representations of information related to work, decisions and alternatives. Numerous studies are available on this, but Jordan scenario is different due to Arab economic and political conditions. Middle East is recognized due to richness of oil and transportation of oil to other parts of the world. Therefore, the performance of employees directly affects the whole world if the oil industry under performs. The proposed study of this paper is a quantitative survey that empirically verifies whether organizational justice has significant influence on job satisfaction. Data are collected from employees of logistic sector of Jordan city and they are analyzed by multiple regressions through SPSS. The results indicate that organizational justice has a significant impact on employees' job satisfaction. The distributive justice has no impact on job satisfaction which means that there is no effect of delegating authorities and sharing them with employees and no impact of distributing equal opportunities and work schedules on job satisfaction. The procedural justice had an impact on job satisfaction, which means the importance of showing clear interest regarding the procedures related to work. The effect of interactional justice on job satisfaction is found to be relatively high. The study recommends the managers to encourage working by team sole and build good relationships with all the workers, helping the employees to evaluate themselves and seeking to solve the disputes and conflicts fairly.

This study presents a multiproduct fabrication cost-minimization model featuring external providers, commonality, rework, and postponement in the supply chain environment. Customers’ requirements simultaneously emphasize quality, variety, and fast response time in current markets. To satisfy customer needs, most manufacturers in various industries (e.g., clothing, household goods, automotive, etc.) plan their multiproduct fabrication by incorporating a postponement strategy, rework process, and an outsourcing option. Motivated by the viewpoints above, this study offers a decision support system to address customers’ external expectations while optimizing internal operating expenses and machine utilization. We propose a single-machine, two-stage delayed differentiation system under a rotation cycle policy. All needed common parts are made in stage one, and stage two fabricates different end products. An external provider is hired to supply partially needed common parts to shorten uptime. The defective items are inevitably produced in both stages. They are categorized and reworked to maintain the desired product quality. Finally, we derive an optimal cost-minimization rotation cycle for our model and use a numerical example to investigate the collective and individual influences of reworking, postponement, and outsourcing to external providers on the multiproduct fabrication problem. In summary, this study can offer an optimization solution for production planning in various modern industries.

This study assesses the green project management competencies of students in the College of Business at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. This study uses a structured questionnaire to evaluate ten competencies: teamwork, leadership, communication, conflict management, achievement motivation, cognitive skills, adaptability, self-control, negotiation, and social awareness. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Cronbach Alpha results revealed that effective communication was the strongest competency, explaining 71.6% of the variance, followed by leadership (65.3%) and teamwork (60.6%). Self-control demonstrated the highest reliability (α = 0.966), emphasizing students’ ability to manage stress effectively. Conflict management explained 48.9% of the variance, while adaptability accounted for 57.4%, reflecting students’ resilience and flexibility. Cognitive skills explained 51.7%, highlighting critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Negotiation explained 63.8%, emphasizing stakeholder collaboration, and social awareness accounted for 50.1%, reflecting cultural sensitivity and empathy. Achievement motivation explained 54.8%, underscoring students’ proactive and goal-oriented behaviors. These findings provide valuable insights into strengths and gaps in student competencies, offering a basis for targeted improvements. Green project management competencies are vital for advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By aligning academic training with industry demands, this study supports the global sustainability agenda and Saudi Vision 2030. The study provides policymakers in Saudi Arabia with valuable insights into aligning educational strategies with industry demands, highlighting key gaps in green project management competencies. By addressing these gaps, policymakers can enhance curriculum design to develop sustainability-focused skills, advancing Saudi Vision 2030 goals for workforce readiness, economic growth, and global sustainability leadership

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different factors influencing on employment of accounting graduates in Hanoi, Vietnam. The necessary data were collected using some questionnaires from ac-counting graduates working for enterprises in the area of Hanoi, Vietnam. Based on the data collected, Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression model were implemented for learning the effect of each independent variable on employment of accounting graduates. The results show that five determinants including accounting student factor (ASPF), Part-time work before graduation (PWBG), information technology (IT), University factors (UF) and Related legal and policy environment (RLPE) had posi-tive relationships with the employment of accounting graduates. Based on the findings, some recommenda-tions were given for improving the employment of accounting graduates in the area of Hanoi, Vietnam.

The objective of this study was to examine the role of sustainable human resources management (HRM) in supply chain, profitability and resource utilization. The mediating role of operational accuracy was also examined. Finally, the relationship between sustainable HRM, operational accuracy, supply chain, profitability and resource utilization were also examined. The relationship was investigated among the cement manufacturing companies and cement manufacturing companies of Indonesian were selected for the purpose of this study. Finally, data were collected from the Indonesian companies and employees of these companies were the respondents of the study. Finally, 450 questionnaires were distributed among the cement manufacturing companies. The results of the study show that sustainable HRM has a major role to increase operational accuracy. Sustainable HRM practices had a positive effect on supply chain, profitability and resource utilization. Moreover, operational accuracy maintained a positive role to enhance supply chain, profitability and resource utilization among the cement manufacturing companies. Moreover, sustainable HRM showed positive role in operational accuracy and operational accuracy showed positive role to enhance supply chain, profitability and resource utilization.

This paper aims to examine the role of CSR in the impact of two marketing tools (social media and CRM) on two dimensions of strategic marketing (innovation orientation and marketing capabilities). Gathering data from a sample of managers and employees in service firms using a questionnaire, it was found that both marketing capabilities and innovation orientation are positively related to social media and CRM. However, CSR mediates only the impact of social media on marketing capabilities and the impact of CRM on marketing capabilities. There was no significant mediating role of CSR in the effect of CRM or social media on innovation orientation. Furthermore, the study revealed that CSR did not moderate the effect of social media and CRM on innovation orientation and marketing capabilities. Such results contribute to marketing literature through answering an important question: does CSR mediate or moderate the effect of social media and CRM on innovation orientation and marketing capabilities. Moreover, this study suggests that CSR is a crucial mechanism for developing marketing capabilities and at the same time CSR is not a pivotal prerequisite for the impact of marketing tools on strategic marketing to occur.

Kuwait’s SMEs contribute to the economic growth of the country by creating productive jobs for Kuwaiti youth and professionals and improving income diversification. SMEs in Kuwait are faced with numerous challenges and these problems must be addressed to achieve and ensure longer-term success and better performance. This paper seeks to examine the relationship between the determinants of organizational performance such as entrepreneurial leadership (EL), learning orientation (LO), and innovation capacity (IC) of Kuwaiti's Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The study used a quantitative method. A survey questionnaire was administered to gather the data, where the useable data was obtained from 384 of the 500 SME owners and CEOs in Kuwait. The outcomes of this study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership and learning orientation had positive and significant implication on organizational performance. Moreover, the innovation capacity is also found to be a significant mediator in the relationships.
