Contemporary businesses usually pay considerable attention to improve their employee work abilities, by paying attention to aspects of human resources. This study analyzes the effect of organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior and transformational leadership as aspects that are predicted to increase job satisfaction and work morale. Sampling was taken using a non-probability sampling method, and through a Likert Scale with the questionnaire being distributed to 96 employees. The results of regression analysis show that there are significant effects of job satisfaction on work morale (t=2.706 and p=0.008 ≤ 0.05), organizational climate on job satisfaction (t=6.701; p=0.000≤0.05), and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction (t=3.295; p=0.001≤0.05). In examining the mediating effect, the findings showed that there were significant effects of organizational climate on work morale through job satisfaction (t=2.492; p=0.015≤0.05), organizational citizenship behavior on work morale with job satisfaction interventions (t=2.311; p=0.023≤0.05). However, the study found that there was neither any significant effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction nor transformational leadership on work morale with job satisfaction mediation. In theoretical term, the findings emphasize the importance of job satisfaction in forming company climate and employee morale. In practical side, this study found a basis for managerial level to pay more attention to job satisfaction in workplace as it also reflects an atmosphere that provides a combination of inside and outside work.

This study adopts the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework to examine the effect of the government-initiated Entrepreneurship Student Program (ESP) on the entrepreneurial intentions and behavior of students. In addition, the research also examines the market information adequacy and standard psychological components of TPB, namely attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control as predictor variables. Data are collected from 208 university students in Semarang, Indonesia, with the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique employed for analysis. The result shows that ESP and the adequacy of market information directly influence the entrepreneurial behavior of Indonesian students, while the influence of attitudes and perceived behavior control is mediated by entrepreneurial intention. In conclusion, this study implies that ESP can be considered effective in preparing and facilitating entrepreneurship among university students, therefore the government needs to consider increasing its availability to cover a larger number of universities in Indonesia.

Results of school accreditation and national examinations are two indicators that are often used to describe the achievement of quality in education in Indonesia. ‘Accreditation’ reflects the fulfillment of 8 national education standards (NES), while the national exam (NE, or UN in Bahasa) for students describes academic performance. Eight NES and academic performance are latent variables. The relationship between the two variables and the validity of its indicators can be evaluated by several methods. Path analysis with latent variables can be obtained through general structured component analysis (GSCA) with the assumption of homogeneity of variance. Since the data are not homogeneous, this study aims to apply the fuzzy clusterwise generalized structured component analysis (FCGSCA) to evaluate the relationship between the NES and the UN, and the validity of the indicators. The results showed that there were two school clusters in Indonesia. The evaluation of the measurement model indicated that some indicators of the accreditation instrument were not valid, i.e., 6 indicators in cluster 1 and 15 indicators in cluster 2. The structural model evaluation of the two clusters indicated that standard of process to the UN was not significant. Based on the overall goodness of the fit model, the total diversities of all variables that could be explained were 61.60% in cluster 1 and 59.90% in cluster 2.

A good performance potentially creates competitive advantage for any organization. Performance is determined by the role of leaders who influence all members of organizations through clear directions. Likewise, employee satisfaction in improving the performance of an organization also depends on the leader. This study investigates the role of leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s performance. Sample of this research includes 160 employees in a public organization in Indonesia. They are analyzed by descriptive and inference statistics for the linearity and regression analysis. The results of the study show that leadership had a significant impact on employee’s performance and job satisfaction. They are recommended to be considered when performance needs to be improved.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the influence of intellectual capital, potential absorptive capacity, realized absorptive capacity, and cultural intelligence on innovation in the tourism sector in Batam City. Batam has geopolitical and geographic advantages, located in the Malacca Strait, adjacent to and directly facing Singapore and Malaysia. It has not been optimal in exploring the potential for innovation in the tourism sector. Thus, this sector does not yet have a significant contribution to economic development. The research was conducted on the management of companies that are members of the Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies in Batam City, totaling 54 people. By using the analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.0, the results show that 1) intellectual capital has no effect on innovation; 2) potential absorptive capacity has no effect on innovation; 3) Realized absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on innovation, and 4) Cultural Intelligence has a significant positive effect on innovation. The results of this study will give some insight to company managers in the tourism sector for developing innovation to maintain business continuity.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between technological innovation and the supply chain of environmentally friendly building materials in the context of a sustainable environment. With the increasing need for more environmentally conscious construction practices, technological innovation plays a pivotal role in enhancing sustainability within the construction industry. Through an extensive literature review, it is found that the adoption of technological innovation in the supply chain of environmentally friendly building materials can have a positive impact on the sustainable environment. Technological innovation enables improved resource efficiency, reduced construction waste, and promotes the utilization of eco-friendly building materials. Moreover, this research highlights the crucial role of the supply chain in mediating the relationship between technological innovation and a sustainable environment. The supply chain plays a vital part in integrating technological innovation into construction practices, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and fostering wider adoption of sustainable solutions. This study employs a quantitative analysis method, gathering data from various primary and secondary sources. The analysis results demonstrate a positive correlation between technological innovation and the supply chain of environmentally friendly building materials with regard to a sustainable environment. The implications of this research lie in providing a better understanding of the significance of technological innovation and the supply chain in achieving sustainability within the construction industry.

Customer behavior of environmentally friendly products becomes marketing attention by implementing a green marketing strategy to improve customer’ green trust. The study concentrates on the correlation of eco-label attribute, perceived innovation, perceived quality, and green trust of a customer. The study was conducted in 2020 with a survey of supermarket’s customers who were familiar with green products. There were 200 customers who were selected randomly; data from a customer was taken by questionnaire. Then, data from the questionnaire was processed by using SEM approach through SmartPLS. The research finding determined that the implementation of an eco-label attribute may influence on customer’ green trust directly through customer perceived quality. Furthermore, it was determined that customer perceived quality could play the mediation role between eco-label attributes and green trust. Besides, it has known that the value of innovation of green products could not be affected by eco-label attributes and it could not affect customer’s green trust. The study provides a recommendation from the model of green customer behavior with mediation focuses on customer perceived quality. The finding can provide important information for marketers and producers who use the environmental issue, and it is implemented to green marketing strategy.

Entrepreneurial orientation is carried out to improve management's ability to deal with market changes. This study examines a new concept of network chain capability that is capable of mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance of goods in tourism market. The study also verifies the architectural marketing capabilities and organizational commitment to improve network chain capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance of goods in tourism market. In this study, 6 hypotheses are developed and tested with data collected from 185 respondents in the handicraft industry focused on tourism market. Data are analyzed using AMOS 22.0 statistical software which successfully tested 6 hypotheses with significant results. The study proves that network chain capability is declared feasible as a mediating variable. Managerially, network chain capabilities can be practiced as a marketing tool to improve performance.

Labuan Bajo Seaport's maritime logistics ecosystem serves the marine logistics supply chain as an essential part of economics and social development in the region. It is one of the economic regions that need to be developed where green operations management must be applied to suppress the negative impact of port operations. The research aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, business, and operation management on Sustainability. A cross-sectional study has been conducted in this research with data processing using partial least squares (PLS) path modeling. The population is the stakeholder of Labuan Bajo seaport, and the samples are 100 with a purposive sampling method. Findings show that green marketing has influenced business, operation management, and Sustainability. However, the green industry also influenced green operation management and impacted Sustainability. The study indicates that Sustainability can be achieved when the seaport operates using green principles from planning to monitoring by the involvement of the stakeholder.

Small and Medium Business (UKM) of bread and cake can develop and encounter business competition if they are concerned greatly with their marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. The effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance of Bread and Cake UKMs. 2.The moderating effect of competitive ad-vantage, strengthens or weakens, of market orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of Bread and Cake UKMs partially. Data were obtained through offline questionnaire distribution to 80 respondents. The respondents were the business owners and employees of Bread and Cake UKMs in Bengkulu, Indonesia. The data analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) which was operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program, SmartPLS 3.2.9. The result indicated that market orientation and product innovation partially influenced marketing performance. Competitive advantage partially moderated (strengthens) the effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. This research contributes to the theoretical development of competitive advantage which moderates the effect of market orientation and product innovation partially on marketing performance. The study also helps to find the strategy to increase the marketing performance of Bread and Cake UKMs in Bengkulu, Indonesia.
