This study examines the impact of social and economic factors on community adherence to COVID-19 health protocols in Surabaya, Indonesia, through a supply chain management perspective. It applies the five-component supply chain model encompassing supply chain policies, governance structures, consumer attitudes, process efficiency, and the integration of culture/technology. The primary data is derived from a survey of 119 participants, supplemented by secondary data on national health protocols and local COVID-19 cases. The analysis reveals critical gaps in compliance with health protocols, particularly regarding mask usage, social distancing, and avoiding crowded spaces. Specifically, only 17.6% of religious adherents follow these protocols, while 82.3% do not. In traditional markets, compliance stands at 19.2%, while 80.8% of participants ignore the guidelines. Among the youth, only 12.4% adhere to the protocols, with 87.6% disregarding them. The study highlights the need to improve the supply chain of public health interventions, from awareness campaigns (demand generation) to efficient delivery systems (process optimization) and monitoring mechanisms (evaluation and feedback loops). Emphasizing a supply chain approach, the findings suggest that strengthening the upstream (policy and governance), midstream (public behavior and attitudes), and downstream (cultural and technological adaptations) components can enhance compliance rates and reduce COVID-19 transmission. The study concludes with actionable recommendations, such as increasing public health awareness, strengthening governance frameworks, targeting interventions for vulnerable groups, and fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships to create a resilient health compliance supply chain in Surabaya, Indonesia.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of government policies in the field of audit and financial audit infrastructure in improving the smoothness of the supply chain and its implications for financial management compliance in regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government, Banten Province, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 225 respondents consisting of 19 from Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government. Sampling technique using technique purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires was then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of research and data analysis show that: Government Policy in the Audit Sector directly has a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of the Supply Chain; Financial Audit Infrastructure directly has a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the Supply Chain; Government Policy in the Audit Sector directly has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Compliance; The government's Financial Audit Infrastructure directly has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Compliance; The smoothness of the Supply Chain directly has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Compliance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government, Banten Province, Indonesia. The smoothness of the Supply Chain is able to partially mediate Government Policy in the Field of Audit and Financial Audit Infrastructure on Management Compliance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government, Banten Province, Indonesia.

Word of mouth (WOM) advertisement plays an essential role for business development. WOM helps consum-ers become familiar with new products and services, the quality of services and promotes different choices with possibly better features. This paper examines the effect of word of mouth advertisement in medical treatments in Batavia hospital in west Jakarta, Indonesia. The study examines the effects of WOM on patient’s fulfillment, satisfaction and re-admission in this hospital. The study designs a questionnaire and distrib-utes it among some patients who are waiting to receive medical care at this hospital. The survey only concentrates on patience who used the medical treatment for at least two times. Structural equation modeling is used to examine the hypotheses of this survey. The results indicate that WOM could increase the patience’s awareness and positively influence on patience’s choice for getting more treatment.

The current study aimed to shed light on the influence of quality 4.0 including Data, Analytics, Connectivity, Collaboration, App Development, Scalability, Management Systems, Compliance, Culture, Leadership, and Competency in supporting organizational efforts of digital transformation among Jordanian telecommunication organizations. A quantitative approach was adopted to achieve the previously mentioned aim. An online questionnaire was filled out by a convenient sample of 141 quality managers and employees within Jordanian telecommunication organizations: namely Zain, Umniah, and Orange. SPSS was used to screen and analyze primary data and AMOS version 23 was used to test the study hypotheses. The results of the study accepted the main hypothesis which indicated that quality 4.0 increases organizations seeking to accomplish digital transformation due to its ability to present better chances for the organization to develop and adhere to quality standards. The study recommended supporting organizational IT infrastructure to make a good environment for quality 4.0 adoption.
