The use of e-procurement aids organisations in reducing business costs, broadening their market access and simplifying purchasing processes. However, in Jordan, only 27.6% of firms utilise e-procurement systems. Hence, the usage of e-procurement systems by Jordanian firms is still in its infancy. In this work, the technology, organisation and environment (TOE) factors affecting the use of e-procurement systems by large firms in Jordan were investigated. Previous studies have reported inconsistent findings with regard to the antecedent factors that may affect e-procurement usage. Therefore, this work aimed to determine the factors related to e-procurement usage and whether or not top management support moderates the relationship between TOE factors and e-procurement usage. Results revealed that all TOE factors used in this study influenced the e-procurement usage of the firms. Moreover, the moderating role of top management support was found to be positively related to relative advantages and organisational readiness and negatively related to complexity.

This research aims to explore the impact of AI-induced anxiety on the adoption of mobile payment services in supply chain firms, viewed through the lens of Mental Accounting Theory. In an era driven by technological advancement, supply chain companies' use of mobile payment services has arisen as a crucial problem. This study is the first to investigate the complicated links between AI-induced anxiety, perceived utility, and the adoption rate of mobile payment systems using the Mental Accounting Theory as a theoretical framework. The study employs a quantitative research approach, using Smart PLS for regression analysis, and gathers its data from major supply chain business players. Our analysis offered important insights into the many aspects influencing the adoption of mobile payment services in supply chain companies. The acceptance rate was shown to be adversely connected with AI-induced anxiety and integration expenses, posing obstacles for businesses seeking to embrace mobile payment systems. In contrast, characteristics such as perceived utility, usability, confidence in security, and backing from upper management were positively connected with adoption rates. These findings provide not only theoretical contributions to the current research, but also concrete advice for supply chain practitioners seeking to exploit mobile payment systems for operational and strategic advantage.

During Covid-19, organizations, particularly hospitals, encountered difficulties in providing services. Telemedicine has shown to be an alternative in service provision during these times. Based on this, acceptance of telemedicine in Jordanian public hospitals has become a very important issue to increase the attention of the health care organization toward it. A conceptual model was constructed based on previous literature. The model includes government policy, the capacity of external suppliers, and the capacity of the project team, top management support, as independent variables where their influence on the acceptance of telemedicine in Jordanian public hospitals as a dependent variable is examined. Respondents were chosen using a Purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires were delivered to 320 respondents using Google Forms. SEM was used for statistical analysis. The findings revealed that all the proposed factors including government policy, external supplier capacity, project team capacity, and top management support have a significant influence toward accepting telemedicine. The results of this study may aid Jordanian public hospitals in making the best use of the proposed factors to increase the acceptance of telemedicine in Jordanian public hospitals.
