Abstract:
This article aims to study technological intelligence in innovative startups in Algeria using Kerrโ€™s model. Technological intelligence consists of four main dimensions: intelligent systems, competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and intelligent processes. To collect data, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 255 innovative startups in Algeria, and the data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with Smart PLS software. The results indicated that the two-dimensional model combining intelligent systems and competitive intelligence provided the best fit, with a relationship value of 0.605 between these two dimensions. On the other hand, the relationship between market intelligence and competitive intelligence was weak, with a value of 0.281, reflecting the limited use of analytical methods by startups to monitor competitors. Based on these findings, the study recommends that innovative startups in Algeria enhance their use of competitive intelligence and intelligent systems to improve decision-making processes. Additionally, these startups should make better use of available market technologies to develop their products and services, while focusing on continuous competitor analysis and identifying opportunities. In conclusion, technological intelligence is a strategic element for startups, helping them improve their performance and achieve a competitive edge in the changing business environment in Algeria.

Abstract:
The organizational performance at Punjab healthcare is crucial and often faces stock-outs of critical medicines and equipment at emergency department of different hospitals, which increased the mortality rate. Therefore, the study determined the effect of disruptive factors and inventory control as a mediator on organizational performance. Quantitative method with survey questionnaires on a 200-sample size through cluster sampling was used. SPSS and AMOS were used to examine Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling. The results found full mediation with a significant positive effect between study variables. Further, the study indicated that strict compliance of standardized operating procedures, professionally well-equipped staff, stock availability, and accurate inventories could reduce costs with improved service quality. This study is useful for the public healthcare facilities, ministries managing inventories and body of knowledge. Finally, the backlog inventories at public sector organizations need to be researched in future.

Abstract:
This study aims to review the factors which influence the form of green advertising and their impacts on green awareness improvement. The study is conducted with 200 students from Indonesia and Malaysia as respondents. Data from respondents is obtained through a questionnaire, and it is analyzed by two stages, which are confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. It emphasizes the results conducted two research hypotheses based on the t-value. The research results state that respondentsโ€™ point of view associated with the media of green advertising was different between Indonesia and Malaysia, but the issue used in green advertising had similarities. It has known that green advertising is advertising media, which is formed from three dimensions; namely green theme, green impact, and green message. Furthermore, it is found that green advertising had an impact on green awareness improvement. The finding of this research is useful for a company that uses green marketing strategy, considering the factors assumed to be important from green advertising to improve customer green awareness on environmentally friendly products.

Abstract:
Management towards control of risk issues appeared as an important area in E-supply chain for researchers in the present fast growing market. Extensive research has been accomplished in this area, but still there are several risks and uncertainties. The present research aims to identify and consolidate various e-supply risk factors for developing a constructive measurement model. The study also assesses the influence of risk factors over e-supply chain operation in Indian mechanical industries. Thus, after a thorough research and detailed discussion, 38 Risks factors are identified through literature to prepare the questionnaire. A questionnaire based survey is carried out for collecting the primary data from 148 experts of mechanical manufacturing industries located in the national capital region of India. The research methodology is combined with descriptive statistics and factor analysis. SPSS 21 software tools is used for investigating the reliability and Amos Graphics 21 software is used for the fitment validation of the theoretical construct. The results suggest that all risk issues create significant negative influence e-supply chain process. The results also show negative effects of risks over e-supply chain performance. The current research outcome develops a stochastic model based on the e-supply chain risk factors used for reducing risks in e-supply chain operation.

Abstract:
This study investigates the adoption of Green Construction Finance (GCF) and its determinants within Kenyaโ€™s construction industry. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 registered property developers and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal a nascent GCF landscape characterized by a stark paradox: while 98% of developers express a conceptual willingness to adopt green practices, actual uptake is restricted to a mere 1.03%. The structural model indicates that the eight theorized determinants, awareness, accessibility, institutional, financial, environmental, technical, risk, and socio-cultural factors, collectively explain only 5.95% (Rยฒ=0.0595) of the variance in adoption. Critically, the analysis identifies a "barrier bundle" effect, where a lack of discriminant validity and high multicollinearity among constructs suggest that stakeholders perceive regulatory, financial, and risk-related hurdles as a single monolithic obstacle. Notably, environmental factors exhibit a negative path coefficient (-0.6313), implying they are currently viewed as cost burdens rather than value drivers. The study concludes that piecemeal interventions are insufficient; a holistic, systemic strategy is required to de-risk the sector and move beyond the current state of statistical fragility toward meaningful, sustainable construction uptake.

Abstract:
This paper presents an empirical survey on understanding the content validity and reliability of technology acceptance measurement (TAM) among 278 university professors who worked for university of Shahid Beheshti located in city of Tehran Iran. We use a questionnaire consists of 37 different questions in five categories including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards the use of technology and operating plan in Likert scale. The proposed study uses first-order confirmatory factor analysis for validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach alpha is employed for measuring the reliability of the questionnaire. The results have confirmed that TAM questionnaire maintains sufficient content validity and reliability. In other words, The measures were refined and stream-lined, resulting in two six-item scales with reliabilities of 0.89 for usefulness and 0.87 for ease of use.

Abstract:
Tourism industry is one of the most important low carbon industries and it can provide good opportunities for developing countries to take advantage of their natural attractions such as historical monuments, culture, etc. to create value added. However, there are always some barriers in front of developing this industry and a good strategy could help it develop faster. There are different methods for strategic planning and SWOT matrix is one of the most popular one. In this paper, we present an empirical survey to find the most important and strategic items for developing tourism industry in Iran. The proposed study designed a questionnaire and distributed it among 384 tourists who were visiting Iran in a three months period of year 2011. The information gathered were analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. There are seven important factors involved in developing tourism industry. The first factor, price and having sufficient infrastructures, is the most important factor according to our survey representing 14.623 percents of the changes. The second factor is associated with political and international affairs, which represents 13.926 percents of the changes. The third factor is associated with culture and civilization attractiveness representing 9.342 percent of changes on tourism. The fourth factor is natural attractiveness representing 6.691 percent of the changes. The fifth factor is related to economical factor representing 5.632, the sixth factor, human resources, represents 5.353 percent of the changes and finally the last factor is related to diversity of creatures, which represents 4.749. These factors include 60.3 percent of the success of tourism.

Abstract:
Leagile supply chain management has emerged as a proactive approach for improving business value of companies. The companies that face volatile and unpredictable market demand of their products must pioneer in leagile supply chain strategy for competition and various demands of customers. There are literally many approaches for performance metrics of supply chain in general, yet little investigation has identified the reliability and validity of such approaches particularly in leagile supply chains. This study examines the consistency approaches by confirmatory factor analysis that determines the adoption of performance dimensions. The prioritization of performance enablers under these dimensions of leagile supply chain in small and medium enterprises are determined through fuzzy logarithmic least square method (LLSM). The study developed a generic hierarchy model for decision-makers who can prioritize the supply chain metrics under performance dimensions of leagile supply chain.
