This paper is conducted to investigate the impact levels of inside determinants on the quality of accounting human resources in accounting service firms in Hanoi. Data are collected using 120 questionnaires from accounting service firms. Based on the data collected, we use Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA and regression model for learning the effect of different variables on the quality of accounting human resources. The results show that three inside determinants including Human resource assessment (A), Human resource training (T) and Human resource recruitment (R) had positive relationships with the quality of accounting human resources. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for improving the quality of accounting human resources of accounting service firms in Hanoi.

The study aims to identify and measure factors affecting the job satisfaction amongst accountants in accounting service firms in Hanoi. Based on literature review and the results of some interviews, a total of 200 questionnaires were sent to research participants for recollection within 1 month; 145 of them met standard and were subject to analysis. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) identified 5 main factors affecting job satisfaction amongst accountants: (i) salaries, (ii) welfare regimes; (iii) Recognized achievements and rewards, (iv) working conditions and (v) training and promotion. On this basis, some recommendations have been improved the job satisfaction of the accountant in the accounting service firms in Hanoi.

Data are collected using 145 questionnaires from accounting service firms. Based on the data collected, we use Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA and regression model for learning the effect of different variables on the quality of accounting human resources. The results show that three outside determinants including International integration of accounting, Policy of accounting human resource development and Accounting labor market needs had positive relationships with the quality of accounting human resources. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for improving the quality of accounting human resources of accounting service firms in Hanoi to ensure sustainability, including applying international financial report standard (IFRS) in Vietnam, strengthening cooperation between universities and businesses, and improving the quality of the labor market.

The aim of this paper was to investigate the impact of determinants of accounting service quality. Data were collected from accounting service firms in Hanoi from 2017 to 2018. Both qualitative and quantitative meth-odologies were employed to analyze the impacts of each determinant. Questionnaires were designed with a 5 - point Likert scale, and the validity of the data were measured using Cronbach’s Alpha and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The results of the implementation of multiple regression method show that four determinants; namely Tangibles, Effectiveness, Empathy and professionalism had positive correlations with the accounting service firm quality in Hanoi, at different levels. Some recommendations were also made for improving the quality of the accounting service firms.

his study is conducted for evaluating the motivation for accounting human resources by material stimulation in the accounting service firms in Hanoi. Based on literature review and the results of some interviews, dependent variable of the motivation for accounting human resources by material stimulation includes seven attributes. The study has also performed some descriptive analysis, Cronbach's Alpha, Independent T-test and ANOVA for measuring the motivation for accounting human resources by material stimulation in the accounting service firms in Hanoi. The results show that the motivation for accounting human resources by material stimulation achieved an average of 3.74 and with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient greater than 0.6. The study does not find any difference on evaluation of the motivation for accounting human resources by material stimulation in terms of gender and job experience. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for improving the motivation for accounting human resources by material stimulation in the accounting service firms in Hanoi.
