In project management, a schedule is considered as a list a project's milestones, activities, and deliverables, normally with some start and finish time schedule, which are estimated by some information incorporated in the project schedule including resource allocation, budget, task duration, and linkages of dependencies and scheduled events. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the studies associated with project scheduling. The study uses Scopus database as a primary search engine and covers 3370 records over the period 1963-2019. The records are statistically analyzed and categorized in terms of different criteria. Based on the survey, "decision support systems" is the keyword which has carried the highest densities followed by heuristics methods. Among the most cited articles, papers published by researchers in Germany have received the highest citations (9084), followed by United States (7058) and Belgium with 4853 citations.

As the world is getting overpopulated and over polluted the human being is seeking to utilize new sources of energy that are cleaner, cheaper, and more accessible. Wind is one of these clean energy sources that is accessible everywhere on the planet earth. This source of energy cannot be stored for later use; therefore, environmental circumstances and geographical location of wind plants are crucial matters. This study proposes a model to decide on the optimum location for a wind farm among the demand area. To tackle the uncertainty related to the geographical position of the nominated location such as wind speed; altitude; mean temperature; and humidity; a simulation method is applied on the problem. Other factors such as the time that a plant is out of service and demand fluctuations also have been considered in the simulation phase. Moreover, a probability distribution function is calculated for the turbine power. Then Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) performs the selection between all the nominated locations for wind farm. The proposed model takes into account several important elements of the problems. Elements such as land cost; average power received from the wind blowing; demand point population etc. are considered at the same time to select the optimum location of wind plants. Finally, the model is applied on a real case in order to demonstrate its reliability and applicability.

This research is intended to systematize the theoretical background of chatbots and assess the factors affecting customer satisfaction when they use Facebook chatbot. The study provides an insightful analysis for planners and field workers who are involved in the promotion of Facebook chatbot for online stores in Vietnam. It suggests different recommendations and solutions for individuals and organizations providing chatbot services on Facebook platform, in order to improve service quality and operational efficiency. An analysis of 271 customers who used chatbot services pointed out and evaluated the positive and negative relationships around customer satisfaction.

Integrated cell formation and layout (CFLP) is an extended application of the group technology philosophy in which machine cells and cell layout are addressed simultaneously. The aim of this technological innovation is to improve both productivity and flexibility in modern manufacturing industry. However, due to its combinatorial complexity, the cell formation and layout problem is best solved by heuristic and metaheuristic approaches. As CFLP is prevalent in manufacturing industry, developing robust and efficient solution methods for the problem is imperative. This study seeks to develop a fuzzy simulated evolution algorithm (FSEA) that integrates fuzzy-set theoretic concepts and the philosophy of constructive perturbation and evolution. Deriving from the classical simulated evolution algorithm, the search efficiency of the major phases of the algorithm is enhanced, including initialization, evaluation, selection and reconstruction. Illustrative computational experiments based on existing problem instances from the literature demonstrate the utility and the strength of the FSEA algorithm developed in this study. It is anticipated in this study that the application of the algorithm can be extended to other complex combinatorial problems in industry.

This study focuses on investigating the relationship between tourist quality service, satisfaction and loyalty among international visitors who came to Vietnam. Specifically, this research also aims to discover the mediating effects of tourist satisfaction on the relationship between tourist quality service and loyalty (revisit and recommend to others). By using the data collected from 516 international visitors who travelled in Vietnam, authors use a meta-analytic path analysis to show that only two factors of tourist quality service had significant effects on tourist satisfaction and loyalty, including tangibles and responsiveness. Moreover, tangibles and responsiveness not only had direct effects, but they also they had some indirect impacts on tourist loyalty throughout tourist satisfaction. Interestingly, the relationship between tourist satisfaction and their loyalty was strongest.

Nowadays, industrial robots are being pervasively used in almost every manufacturing organization for improving operational quality, safety and productivity. Depending on the nature of task to be performed, many varieties of robots are now commercially available from different manufacturers. For efficiently carrying out the designed task, a number of functional attributes of an industrial robot are also simultaneously responsible. Therefore, selection of an appropriate and competitive robot alternative becomes a complicated and equally challenging task for the decision makers. A quite strong model of multi-criteria decision-making is needed to deal with this problem of industrial robot evaluation and selection. In this paper, the applicability of fuzzy axiomatic design (FAD) principles is explored for solving a real time robot selection problem. Seven candidate robots which are commercially available for light assembly operations are evaluated with respect to a mix of nine criteria. All these criteria are either qualitative in nature or expressed as a range of numerical values. Suitability rankings of all the feasible alternatives are derived using FAD methodology, thus establishing it as a systematic and dependable tool for solving industrial robot selection problems in fuzzy environment.

The purpose of this paper is to understand how transfer pricing law affects transfer pricing decision making in foreign direct investment enterprises in Vietnam. The study also suggests further research on the determinants over transfer pricing decision making of these enterprises to have better solutions to deal with transfer mispricing in Vietnam. A quantitative research method involving self-administered closed ended questionnaires is extended to manage Directors/Chief Executive Officers, Tax Managers/ Directors, Chief Finance Officers or Heads of Finance from foreign direct investment enterprises in Vietnam. Findings indicate a strong probability of a relationship between transfer pricing law and the transfer pricing decision making of foreign direct investment enterprises in Vietnam. Therefore, there is a need for government to have specific law on transfer pricing. Good transfer pricing database is al-so expected; punishment should be reasonable; transfer pricing audit process should be stronger; transfer pricing trainings should be introduced more to the enterprises. It is be-lieved that the implementation of suitable transfer pricing law in Vietnam will assist the government better deal with transfer pricing abuse in foreign direct investment enterprises. The findings support Vietnamese policy makers to improve the law on transfer pricing. Nevertheless, tax officials and accounting representatives can have indepth knowledge with regard to transfer pricing decision making which the outcome of this study aspires as guidance for better understanding the aspects of transfer pricing decision making while doing business in Vietnam.

In this paper, we present a new Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA) to solve a bi-objective unrelated parallel machine scheduling problem where setup times are sequence dependent. The objectives include mean completion time of jobs and mean squares of deviations from machines workload from their averages. The performance of the proposed ICA (PICA) method is examined using some randomly generated data and they are compared with three alternative methods including particle swarm optimization (PSO), original version of imperialist competitive algorithm (OICA) and genetic algorithm (GA) in terms of the objective function values. The preliminary results indicate that the proposed study outperforms other alternative methods. In addition, while OICA performs the worst as alternative solution strategy, PSO and GA seem to perform better.

This research seeks to examine and introduce an appropriate method for evaluating and selecting suppliers in multiple sourcing and compares two efficient and effective methods, i.e. MADM and ANN for selecting the suppliers. The results of using the methods are compared with each other by using the measurement criteria such as RMSE, NRMSE, and R2 and they indicate that ANN could perform relatively better than MADM methods.

This paper presents a scheme of implementation of the protocol for diagnosing stakeholders of educational space, which aims to meet the needs and interests of both contractors and the university, and makes an efficiency assessment in achieving the goals of the university. The ranking of the social status of the stakeholders in the association is obtained, which demonstrates the importance of each stakeholder in the collaboration. The relationships between university and stakeholders, the degree of communication of stakeholders with each other, the attitude of each stakeholder towards the group of stakeholders as a whole and the total activity of group interaction based on the calculation of sociometric indicators are determined. Finally, the effectiveness of the level of involvement of stakeholders in the activities of the University is also proved.
