Ambidexterity is a company's capability to manage operations and strategy simultaneously and effectively, facilitating innovation and adaptation to market changes. Companies must be able to maintain operational efficiency and stability while also innovating and adapting to market dynamics. Ambidexterity enables companies to manage operations and strategy effectively and efficiently while at the same time, facilitating innovation and adaptation to market changes. This leads to an increase in company performance, such as increased revenue, increased market, and increased operating efficiency. It is also necessary that there are several mediating variables, such as effective supply chain collaboration, supply chain management, and innovation capability, which influence the relationship between supply chain ambidexterity and firm performance. This study aims to determine the extent to which ambidexterity can influence supply chain performance and how the role of lean and agile supply chains mediates the relationship between these variables. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The number of samples analyzed in this study was 225. The results of the study concluded that ambidexterity helps companies to overcome pressure to optimize short- and long-term performance, maintain agility and flexibility in adapting to changes in the business environment. Studies on ambidexterity and supply chain performance have shown that ambidexterity can help directly optimize supply chain performance but can also amplify the positive impact of practices such as lean supply chain and agile supply chain. The implications obtained from the findings are that companies are expected to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness and have the ability to adapt to environmental changes and market demands.

Recently, the importance of service quality in various industries has gained much attention. Along with the development of technology, firms offer self-service technology to serve customers and create customer satisfaction. This aims to achieve positive behavioral intention, which could potentially become behavioral loyalty. This study aims to analyze how SST-Servqual affects customer satisfaction, behavioral intention, and behavioral loyalty mediated by corporate reputation in the Indonesian public service sector. We collected data from 400 self-service technology users through an online survey. To answer all hypotheses, we use Structural Equation Modeling with Lisrel 8.71. The results prove that SST-Servqual affected satisfaction, behavioral intention, and behavioral loyalty, both directly and indirectly, through company reputation. This research provides knowledge for the Indonesian service industry to build new technologies for increasing satisfaction, positive behavioral intentions, and behavioral loyalty.

The study aimed to analyze and measure the impact of renewable energy consumption on economic growth in Jordan during the period 1990-2020 using time series analysis; the study tests the stationarity of the time series using the ARDL model. The results show a positive and significant effect of each, renewable energy consumption, gross fixed capital formation, carbon dioxide emissions, and total population, on the real gross domestic product (GDP). The study recommends the importance of government agencies adopting specialized programs in reducing emissions with stakeholders' participation. To work together to spread awareness in this field, limit the spread of these emissions, and ensure that this is a complementary condition for the sectors participating in these programs to obtain funding and provide it over other sectors.

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) is an organization of micro finance which is in the scope of Balinese traditional villages. More specifically, LPDs whose members are indigenous people are very strong with a culture that grows and develops in society, so that activities in achieving organizational goals can be achieved through collaboration of cultural capital. The desired achievement describes organizational structure, cultural capital, and credit risk in improving financial performance which places cultural capital as a moderating variable in LPD in Bali. Quantitative methods are used in this study, namely selecting specific cases on the structure of the role of cultural capital for the organization. Quantitative data processing using SEM-PLS, the number of samples includes 100 respondents obtained through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that cultural capital plays an important role in LPD activities, especially related to organizational structure, credit risk, efficiency, and financial performance. Even though in a pandemic condition, the LPD spends to provide massive assistance, this proves that the LPD is a hybrid organization which also emphasizes a social perspective with an emphasis on wisdom. Novelty raised in this research is the emergence of collaboration patterns between LPDs and customers in the framework of common interests. This research has implications for LPD as a reference for positive perspectives on the role of cultural capital on organizational dynamics. Furthermore, this research can provide input to local governments that local regulations are needed that can assess social activities carried out by LPDs.

E-commerce security threats can undermine public confidence in electronic payments. In addition, most users are relatively unfamiliar with the technical details of electronic payment security. This study aims to determine the effect of price value, hedonic motivation, promotion and technology security on the interests of small and medium businesses using mobile payment applications. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 157 small and medium scale entrepreneurs in Bali Province with an even distribution of the sample and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the value of price, hedonic motivation, promotion and technology security had positive and significant effects on the interest of entrepreneurs with small and medium-scale businesses using mobile payment applications. This study uses hedonic motivation variables used in researching financial technology by linking the latest theory, namely UTAUT2, which can effectively explain and analyze the behavior of acceptance of new product information technology.

This research was conducted by analyzing the factors that affect company performance with supply chain management practices, supply chain responsiveness, company capabilities and competitive advantage variables as intervening variables. This research method was a quantitative survey and the object of this research consisted of 460 distributors, at the level of lubricants retailers, in Indonesia determined by simple random sampling. The research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires through social media and the questionnaire was designed using open statements with a Likert scale of 2 to 7. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling with validity test analysis, hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling techniques with smartPLS 3.0 software as a tool to assist data processing. The results of this study indicate that the company's ability had a positive and significant effect on the company's competitive advantage, supply chain management practices had a positive and significant effect on advantage, supply chain responsiveness had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage had a positive and significant effect on company performance and finally supply chain management had a positive and significant impact on company performance.

This paper attempts to explore the drivers of green export performance by considering case studies in Indonesian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Conceptually, the uniqueness of green products and export entrepreneurship is proposed as an antecedent of green export performance. The ability to exploit the capacity of green products is used as an antecedent for the uniqueness of green products, while competitive capacity and market explorative capacity are considered as an antecedent of export entrepreneurship. 383 exporters in Indonesia are involved in this research. Using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS statistical software, findings show that the capacity of exploitative green products and the capacity of green product exploitation had a significant impact on the uniqueness of green products. The competitive capacity and explorative capacity of market distance have positive significant effects on export entrepreneurship. Moreover, the uniqueness of green products has a significant positive effect on export entrepreneurship and on green export performance. This finding indicates the importance of exploiting green products to improve export performance by SMEs in Indonesia.

The present study's primary goal is to examine selected financial risks and financial performance of commercial banks listed on the Bahrain Bourse from 2014 to 2021. However, as independent factors, chosen financial hazards include capital risk, liquidity, and bank size as a control variable, while financial performance as a dependent variable is assessed by return on equity. The panel regression analysis of data technique was used to attain the study goal. Whereas the statistics for the banks were gathered from their annual financial reports. A fascinating conclusion was the discovery of strong correlations between capital risks, bank size, and financial performance. The findings also revealed a negligible link between liquidity concerns and financial success. Due to the limitations of the present study, several ideas for future research may be suggested, such as performing research on other financial hazards, other financial institutions, and other financial performance metrics that are not included in the current research.

Several administrative areas in Bali are not ready for an effective spatial regulation for the tourism industry resulting in large-scale land conversion, including changes in productive agricultural land for tourism and other industrial needs. These changes allow environmental damage that threatens the performance and sustainability of tourism in Bali. The purpose of this study was to investigate the seven factors of ecotourism success, and their impacts on quality tourism experiences and sustainable tourism. The research was conducted in Bali by taking 200 samples from four village samples. The analysis used was Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by the Partial List Square (PLS) application. The results show that the research model yielded feasible Goodness of Fit. The results also show that ecotourism as a source of income was unable to support economic and infrastructure development. Community involvement had no significant impact on conservation efforts. Conservation had no impact on ecotourism performance. Services did not have any an impact on tourism performance. Thus, ecotourism as a source of income, community involvement, conservation and services as successful factors in improving ecotourism performance are strategic management priorities to build quality tourism experiences and sustainable tourism.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of international networks in mediating the effect of internet technology capabilities and international entrepreneurship orientation on export performance. The population of this research is creative industry SMEs that have been exporting for at least the last 3 years in Bali. The size of the sample used was 170 managers of creative industry SMEs exporters with a purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results show that the internet technology capabilities have a positive and significant effect on export performance. International entrepreneurship orientation also has a positive and significant impact on export performance. Furthermore, the internet technology capabilities have a positive and significant impact on international networking; international entrepreneurship orientation also has a positive and significant impact on international networking; and international networking affects export performance. In addition, international networking is able to mediate the effect of internet technology capabilities and international entrepreneurship orientation on export performance. Therefore, it is important for SMEs of creative industry exporters in Bali to develop their internet technology capabilities and improve their international entrepreneurial orientation in order to be able to build wider international networks and have an impact on increasing export performance.
