This study aims to analyze the relationship between technological innovation and the supply chain of environmentally friendly building materials in the context of a sustainable environment. With the increasing need for more environmentally conscious construction practices, technological innovation plays a pivotal role in enhancing sustainability within the construction industry. Through an extensive literature review, it is found that the adoption of technological innovation in the supply chain of environmentally friendly building materials can have a positive impact on the sustainable environment. Technological innovation enables improved resource efficiency, reduced construction waste, and promotes the utilization of eco-friendly building materials. Moreover, this research highlights the crucial role of the supply chain in mediating the relationship between technological innovation and a sustainable environment. The supply chain plays a vital part in integrating technological innovation into construction practices, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and fostering wider adoption of sustainable solutions. This study employs a quantitative analysis method, gathering data from various primary and secondary sources. The analysis results demonstrate a positive correlation between technological innovation and the supply chain of environmentally friendly building materials with regard to a sustainable environment. The implications of this research lie in providing a better understanding of the significance of technological innovation and the supply chain in achieving sustainability within the construction industry.

Customer behavior of environmentally friendly products becomes marketing attention by implementing a green marketing strategy to improve customer’ green trust. The study concentrates on the correlation of eco-label attribute, perceived innovation, perceived quality, and green trust of a customer. The study was conducted in 2020 with a survey of supermarket’s customers who were familiar with green products. There were 200 customers who were selected randomly; data from a customer was taken by questionnaire. Then, data from the questionnaire was processed by using SEM approach through SmartPLS. The research finding determined that the implementation of an eco-label attribute may influence on customer’ green trust directly through customer perceived quality. Furthermore, it was determined that customer perceived quality could play the mediation role between eco-label attributes and green trust. Besides, it has known that the value of innovation of green products could not be affected by eco-label attributes and it could not affect customer’s green trust. The study provides a recommendation from the model of green customer behavior with mediation focuses on customer perceived quality. The finding can provide important information for marketers and producers who use the environmental issue, and it is implemented to green marketing strategy.

Entrepreneurial orientation is carried out to improve management's ability to deal with market changes. This study examines a new concept of network chain capability that is capable of mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance of goods in tourism market. The study also verifies the architectural marketing capabilities and organizational commitment to improve network chain capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance of goods in tourism market. In this study, 6 hypotheses are developed and tested with data collected from 185 respondents in the handicraft industry focused on tourism market. Data are analyzed using AMOS 22.0 statistical software which successfully tested 6 hypotheses with significant results. The study proves that network chain capability is declared feasible as a mediating variable. Managerially, network chain capabilities can be practiced as a marketing tool to improve performance.

Labuan Bajo Seaport's maritime logistics ecosystem serves the marine logistics supply chain as an essential part of economics and social development in the region. It is one of the economic regions that need to be developed where green operations management must be applied to suppress the negative impact of port operations. The research aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, business, and operation management on Sustainability. A cross-sectional study has been conducted in this research with data processing using partial least squares (PLS) path modeling. The population is the stakeholder of Labuan Bajo seaport, and the samples are 100 with a purposive sampling method. Findings show that green marketing has influenced business, operation management, and Sustainability. However, the green industry also influenced green operation management and impacted Sustainability. The study indicates that Sustainability can be achieved when the seaport operates using green principles from planning to monitoring by the involvement of the stakeholder.

Small and Medium Business (UKM) of bread and cake can develop and encounter business competition if they are concerned greatly with their marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. The effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance of Bread and Cake UKMs. 2.The moderating effect of competitive ad-vantage, strengthens or weakens, of market orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of Bread and Cake UKMs partially. Data were obtained through offline questionnaire distribution to 80 respondents. The respondents were the business owners and employees of Bread and Cake UKMs in Bengkulu, Indonesia. The data analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) which was operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program, SmartPLS 3.2.9. The result indicated that market orientation and product innovation partially influenced marketing performance. Competitive advantage partially moderated (strengthens) the effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. This research contributes to the theoretical development of competitive advantage which moderates the effect of market orientation and product innovation partially on marketing performance. The study also helps to find the strategy to increase the marketing performance of Bread and Cake UKMs in Bengkulu, Indonesia.

Big data analytics capabilities have piqued the curiosity of academics and practitioners in recent years. However, there has been little research conducted on the effects of these capabilities on supply chain sustainability, particularly in emerging economies. To address this gap, this article attempted to investigate the impact of big data analytics capabilities on the supply chain sustainability of Jordan's hospitality industry using quantitative data derived from 512 managers in senior and middle levels of hotels listed in Jordan Hotels Association (JHA). Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was conducted for hypothesis evaluation. The research findings proved that the dimensions of big data analytics capabilities, which were infrastructure flexibility, management capabilities, and personnel capabilities, had a significant positive role in enhancing supply chain sustainability. Therefore, the research provided a series of recommendations for managers in these hotels, the most important of which was allocating significant investments in modern data-collecting technologies to record key changes across the supply chain, including manufacturing, transportation, and distribution.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the assessment of Human Resources Development (HRD) Planning on the Government Organization Performance through Bureaucratic Reform Management. The Government Organization tasked with preparing public goods/services must be able to provide certainty of their performance capacity as an organization that is professionally organized and is non-excludability in providing an adequate level of service. This research is based on the performance of Government Organization that have not been maximized. The method used is the Second Order Structural Equation Modeling analysis method. The research results showed that HRD Planning had a significant influence on Organization performance through Bureaucratic Reform Management. Tests on the research model simultaneously proved that the model was fit with the fulfillment of all model fitting sizes indicated by the value of GFI = 0.925, CFI = 0.927, RMSEA = 0.075, and CMIN / DF = 1.995. The findings of this study prove that HRD Planning has a significant effect on Organization performance through Bureaucratic Reform Management. Based on these findings, the right strategy to strengthen Organization performance can be done by improving aspects of HRD Planning. Also, there is a need to pay attention to the management of strategic change by being more responsive and adaptive to environmental changes and HRD Planning.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of the halal supply chain on the halal tourism industry and economic growth. The idea was tested using quantitative methodology in this study. The research instrument was a questionnaire filled out by the respondents. The participants in this study were MSME actors in the tourism industry in Banten Province, Indonesia. For this study, 113 participants were selected using purposive sampling, and data were analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM). The findings from this study are that the halal supply chain has a positive and statistically significant effect on the halal tourism industry. In addition, the halal supply chain and the halal tourism industry affect economic growth. These findings contribute as additional literature for further research that the halal supply chain is an essential factor for the halal tourism industry in Indonesia.

Implementation of quality management is very important for hospitals to improve processes, solve problems, and reduce variations and errors in service, including through the implementation of popular Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma (SS) as new quality management strategies to increase profitability, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's operations to meet customer’s needs. This study aims to develop an integrated hospital quality management model from the practice of TQM and SS to provide synergy in improving hospital performance. The study design was cross sectional through a survey using a questionnaire on 863 respondents, namely all employees ranging from doctors to administrative personnel at 8 hospitals. The TQM and SS practice integration model identified as “Quality Management Alliance Model (QMA)” consists of 6 variable constructs, namely: Management Practice (MP); TQM Infrastructure Practice (IPTQM); SS Infrastructure Practice (IPSS); Core Practice TQM (CPTQM); Core Practice SS (CPSS); and Hospital Performance (KRS) with 12 structural equations hypothesized. Data analysis are performed using Structural Equation Model through 2 tests, namely analysis of measurement models using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) second order approach and structural model analysis. The results of the first order confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) analysis, after issuing invalid indicators (SLF≤0.5 and t≤1.96), obtained constructs of latent variables with models fit, valid, and reliable. Then in the second order CFA analysis on the overall model after being simplified through LVS (latent variable score) the study obtained construct model fit, valid and reliable. The results of the structural model analysis obtained a model fit with 11 structural equations that are positively and significantly related (t> 1.96). This study proves that the QMA model is feasible and can be applied to measure the implementation of hospital quality management. Hospital management is recommended to implement the QMA Model optimally to improve performance.

This study studies the influence of omnichannel service benefits in customer product purchasing decisions and investigates the omnichannel adoption behavior of customers in fashion apparel retail in Bali. Data collection is completed twice in stages I and II, covering fifteen to thirty days (15-30). The population in this study is a group of Balinese customers with high adaptation to technology. The maximum sample in this study is 210 respondents. The study findings reveal that their path coefficient values supported some hypotheses while some others were not supported. The research findings indicate that the variables of service integration and perceived effectiveness cannot be proposed to expand the UTAUT 2 model. The technology familiarity variable can be the variable proposed to expand the UTAUT 2 model. This study’s findings confirm the inconsistent relationship between the effect of intention to purchase apparel products on product purchase behavior that could be overcome by studying behavioral intention to use behavior using a longitudinal method. Implications of research through the data collection method involves two stages of research by collecting the same sample group, which is declared to be able to observe changes in customer behavior.
